Food is great, wait time is due to made to order. I have been there several times and I always love the food.

We had to wait over an hour for take out. Someone actually received a refund because they had waited even longer. I hope the food is out of this world. I will still never return.

First of all, I will say I have ordered here 3 times. The first two times were good. However, the last time I ordered they were rude to my boyfriend over the phone when he placed the order. Then, we waited 2 HOURS to get our food. When the food finally got here, we had steamed white rice instead of the fried rice we ordered. I was so mad that I called to tell them our order was wrong and the guy said they ran out of fried rice! How do you run out of fried rice? You throw white rice on a pan and fry it!! AND why didn't they tell us this when we ordered our food?? Or call? When I said this to him, he said I really don't know what you want me to say. And I said, sorry would be a great place to start or a refund! I got neither. This guy then argued with me about how we didn't wait 2 hours and that he didn't understand what I wanted him to do. I hope this place shuts down. Awful customer service!

*not even close to gourmet. I did not get what is listed in the Dish. Portions are small and not enough prime veggies. I have eaten Chinese food nation wide and this one has little value for the money

Seafood, Beef, Chicken are below average for Knoxville. Vegetables however are delicious: fresh, large cut, and not cooked into a limp soupy mess. The real bad news is that they take *forever* making your food. If they quote you 20-30 minutes for pick up, it won't be ready until 40-50 minutes. The inside of the restaurant is very simple, and not always very clean.
