Awesome place! The salad bar is the best I have with fresh smoke salmon, salami, beets, pasta, palm hearts, vegetables and three kinds of cheese. And the bbq meat are extremely delicious including lamb chops, beef, ribs, bacon chicken wraps, chicken legs. We had the creme brulee for the dessert while it is so sweet for me. Very warm and kind service, beautiful decoration and surroundings. By the way, I like the side dishes and mini popovers. They taste so amazing. Here is a nice place definately!

I don't care for meat, especially steak. But this place has the best salad bar I've ever had! I love going here with friends on special occasions.

One of my favorite restuarants of all time. I visit this place at least once a year. The salad bar has a nice variety and everything tastes good. Their unlimited side dishes include carmelized bananas, a mashed potato style dish and tasty pollenta (sp?). Now the meats: oh boy i get hungry just thinking of the 12 different meats. They are all great. They also have leg of lamb and lamb chops. Their house special is wonderful. The garlic steak is fine! I went yesterday for Valentines Day and even though they were at capacity the service was still stellar. If you're in Knoxville definitely give this place a try. The price is a bit high for dinner, but is reduced during lunch hours.

The food was good, but didn't really care for the $35/person price. I understand it's pretty much all you can eat beef/pork/chicken, but do you really eat $35 worth? It's worth the 1st expericence, but wouldn't be a place I'd go when you're debating what's for dinner on Friday night after work.

It's hard to go wrong with a Brazilian steakhouse, so even though this is a mediocre Brazilian steakhouse, it is still a fantastic restaurant. The servers are friendly and the meats are delicious. My only complaint is that the meat servers are slow at times, but once they notice your green button that's no longer the case. Would I recommend this? If you like meat, definitely

Just amazing Found myself in Knoxville for the weekend and wanted to try a restaurant not available at home. Brazeiros had great reviews so decided to go there. The place was not crowded and we were sat immediately. Our waiter explained the dining process since it is unique. They have a self serve salad bar to start and it w a nice. Only drawback was the cold unseasoned asparagus. Here you have a card that is red and green on each side. There are chefs constantly walking around with 12 meats to choose from and when your card is flipped to green they will come to your table and cut you off some of the meat they have. Also when you first flip to green your sides are brought out. With how the service works you never have to wait to eat if you don't want to. It can be overwhelming at times all the meat available, but a flip back to red gives you a break. The sides were mashed potatoes, crunchy pollenta and caramelized bananas. All were quite tasty especially the pollenta. Almost all 12 meats were fantastic. Nice and hot with good seasoning. We had only been there a half an hour and I was already stuffed. The key lime pie for dessert was delightful too. If you are looking for a restaurant different from the norm you won't be disappointed with Brazeiros.

Typical Brazilian steakhouse. The salad bar is good and the meats are great. The service was attentive. I will return the next time I am in town.

Good food, and a fun experience. Different than anything else in this area. Reminds me of my travels to south america, but more sanitary.

Great service and atmosphere. The selection of meat is excellent. In my opinion, the price is too high. Unless you eat huge portions, it's hard to get your money's worth. People who don't eat much end up subsidizing those who do...

The best service and food I have had in a while. The salad bar had a terrific variety. The meat was cooked to perfection.

Atmosphere was fabulous. The food was stellar and the service was exceptional. Definitely worth every penny we spent.

Very good quality meats served by very friendly, polite servers. Excellent salad bar. The "side items," (polenta, banana) however, are very underwhelming.

  • Andrew A.

Excellent as usual. The served sides are mediocre at best but that's not why you come here. The selection and quality of meat brought out to the table is fantastic and delightfully rare.

I love this place.. My advice is to fast for about 2 days and then go to there.. (I'm so serious) this is a place for carnivores. Pass on the salad or get a very very small one. The first time I went to the salad bar.( big regret) and this reduced my meat intake. : the variety of meat available is overwhelming at first. One of my issues with braizerros is the mashed potatoes. I have been here 3 times and they are always cold.. I have almost been tempted to go over to Arby's and get a hot bake potato an sneak it in. (I aggravate my husband all the time about doing it) A perfect meal to me is steak and warm mashed potatoes. I give it a 4 stars b/c of the sides. I would love a little more side options maybe steamed broccoli or asparagus.

SKIP THE SALAD BAR. I know it will tempt you toward it, with its alluring display of fancy cheese and artichoke hearts, but look away. Because if you give in, you won't have as much room for the meat that will shortly be coming your way. The other reviewers here have already given some very well-written insight into how the Brazilian steakhouse concept actually works, so I won't go into that. All I can give you is my advice, gleaned from numerous expeditions into this cave of calorie-laden wonders: Skip the salad bar. Do not feel like a failure if you have to flip over your card to red before everyone else. And double up on the Lipitor, grandma, because you are going to ingest like five pounds of delicious red meat that is sometimes covered in bacon.

    (5)
  • Jay R.

This is simply carnivores paradise. Skip the huge salad bar and flip your card to green. Yes, its pricey, so go hungry, but its a special occasion type of place, where you can spoil yourself by stuffing yourself silly with every cut imaginable.

Ehhh...it's okay...but nothing to brag about. I remember hearing about Knoxville finally getting a brazilian steakhouse and being super excited, because I had eaten at one in Atlanta years before and loved it. I think for some people that have never been to another brazilian steakhouse before, they will be entranced because it's different, however when compared to other restaurants of its kind, it's lackluster. There are very few meat choices and the flavoring is not that great. Also, I think a buffet style bar for sides (offered at other brazilian steakhouses) would have been a better choice than the forced three options they provide.

Incredible, This a beautiful restaurant with outstanding service. For us it is a once in a blue moon place to eat because it is pricey but we'll worth it for a special event. It is a dining experience not just for grabbing a quick dinner. It's food you will not likely have at home either. The meat selection is sublime. My personal favorite is the beef short ribs. So tender and fairly brimming with flavor. The salad bar is extraordinary too. Fresh mozzarella and asparagus. Yum! You'll save a little if you go on Sunday from 11-3. We'll worth the price for the way the staff makes you feel, the quality of food and the experience!

Great place for date night! The chocolate eruption cake.. Delicious. Excellent service, food, and food quality.

  • Salmaan T.

Just fantastic. The meat is as good as any steakhouse. Lamb chops are the best I've had at a restaurant and the service is fantastic. The salad bar is excellent as well if that's what you're looking for. I believe you can even just opt for the salad bar at a lower price. Filet mignon was great and they even prepared it without bacon for us. Love the polenta. I like a thicker mashed potato but that's the only draw back. When you get to sample so many quality meats, the price is actually very reasonable. Love this place. Wish them the best in business.

I'm a fan of the Brazilian steakhouses and Brazeiros delivered some outstanding meats. I think they lack in decor and the salad bar when compared to others I have been to. Not as many options as others and nothing really stood out. If you've never been to a Brazilian steakhouse before I don't think you'll be disappointed. It was a really good meal and great service but at those prices I expect more because I've received so much more from others. They also do a special meat that isn't on there regular menu and apparently they don't do every day. That by far was a favorite and they need it to be a regular on the menu.

The salad bar was great. Should have stopped there. All the meats were tough and salty. Sides were not good at all.Super expensive. 39.50 each! Desert was. 8.50 each. Service was slow. Would never go back!

  • I G.

The food here is very good and there's plenty of it. Servers hurry around the restaurant and serve you portions of grilled meats sliced right in front of you. The service is excellent. The main reason i'm going to give the restaurant four stars instead of five stars was because all the meat was cooked a little too rare for me. There is a nice selection of meats and they are very flavorful. I thought a small glass of house wine 6oz for $14 was excessive. The sides were good but salad bar a bit unimaginative. We ate there Thanksgiving lunch and lunch was $8.00 more per person than on a normal weekday. Maybe not the best methodology to increase your loyal customer base. Restaurant was only about half full. Wonder if they charged $29.50 instead of 32.50 would the restaurant have been packed?

Went with my family for a nice dinner. The atmosphere was great. We all started eating like normal when all of a sudden my son started feeling bad. It was like dominoes it hit us all! Upon examining the chicken legs we all had started to eat we found they were not fully cooked. 4 trips to the ER and lots of gatoraid later it's needless to say we will NOT be returning

Very good. Went for lunch wasn't really busy. Great salad bar, wonderful meat, and then creme brûlée for dessert. It was delicious. Will be back.

Brazeiros is your typical brazilian steakhouse. A lot of people recommend skipping the salad bar, but i love the salad bar. Lots of really good options and with the amount of meat you consume there, eating a few veggies isn't a bad idea. I love that they always have manchego cheese too, my favorite. The meats are always a bit salty at these places and Brazeiros is no exception. Get a cut of meat that's not on the outside if you find it too salty. My favorite meat dish is the beef short ribs. I noticed they only bought it out when I asked for it. Trust me and ask for it, it's very tender and flavorful. The dinner is served with a few sides. Mashed potatoes are really good and they are unlimited. Drinks are great there too. Service is very attentive. Price is a little high, but you are eating unlimited amounts of meat.

  • Chuck C.

I didn't like the meat and was so excited to see that they made an option to just get the salad bar. I think they might have the most beautiful salad bar in town, and it's very good, it really raised my opinion.

This place is one of the best Brazilian restaurants I've been to. All the meat is absolutley to die for and everything was perfectly cooked and tender. The salad bar is phenomenal. The staff was extremely friendly to my friends and I (there were 13 of us). Hands down a must try for anyone looking for a wonderful dinner.

  • Megan B.

Very slow service during a Thursday lunch. We ate at 1:00 and often the servers would skip our table, half of the meat menu like the sausage and chicken never made it to our table, and frankly the meat wasn't the best. I went with my husband and in-laws and we were all disappointed.

I have never eaten at a Brazilian restaurant before, so I have nothing to compare my experiences to. I have must say that overall this was the best dining experience I have ever had. The meal had two courses: salad bar and all of the meats. All of the ingredients on the salad bar were fresh and there were many that I have never seen on a salad bar before (i.e. smoked salmon). We tried most of the meats that were available and they were all delicious. They were seasoned well, tender, and juicy. The staff was extremely attentive and we did not want for drink refills or new meats to try. I don't even live in Knoxville, but I will definitely return!

Truly amazing! I tried most of the meat that they have and I loved all of it. The Polenta, and bananas mmmmm. Cheese and salad bar was fresh and delightful. The lamb was so Good I had 2nds and 3rds. :) The house Special is top sirloin cooked to your liking and served table side. A must have. Not one dry our over cooked meat in the bunch. I would recommend you go hear and take your time. If you have a birthday it anniversary you get a free desert. I had the cheese cake because it was my birthday and they brought it to my table with a candle and happy birthday done around the plate in raspberry puree along side balloons made of lime & lemon puree and chocolate balloon strings. It was rich and delicious. The staff was wonderful. The manager pulled my chair out for me and helped me put my jacket and handbag on a chair then covered it so it would be safe. Each person was helpful and friendly. I could not have had a better birthday. My husband and I are already planning to return for are Anniversary.

I was not too impressed. I've eaten at Fogo in ATL and Chama Gaucha in SAT, so I knew what I was getting into. Myself and three others (two of which had never eaten at a Death by Meat steakhouse) dined here for lunch on a Friday. Service started out incredibly slow. I think it was only about half full at noon, as well. Salad bar was good, but small when compared to Brazilian steakhouses. They had about 1/3 as many items. After three of us finished our salads, we flipped over our cards and waited several minutes before any of the hispanics (yes, hispanics... not south americans or gauchos or whatever) came with meat offerings. The first 5-10 minutes we had our cards turned over, we saw about 3 meats at our table. At the end of this timeframe, we FINALLY got our sides delivered to the table. Polenta, mashed potatoes, and caramalized bananas were all inferior in quality when compared to the other two places I've referenced. Meats were good, of course, but every single piece I had was also inferior to Fogo and Chama. The quality just wasn't there. They also don't serve ribeye. What the heck?!? Had I never experienced a Brazilian steakhouse, this would probably be 4-5 stars. But, since I have some previous benchmarks, it nets a solid 3. The price is much better than the others (roughly $22ish for lunch I think... I didn't pay), however, so that is a definite plus. Everything else failed to live up to the expectations I had.

Great Brazilian churrascaria. Good selection and moderately priced. Would go again when in town.

How can they turn a profit? is what the gf asked when I described my meal at Brazeiros. It's a fair question, and I have the answer. But first let me explain why she asked. I called on a Thursday afternoon for reservations Saturday at 7 pm. Already booked full. They had tables available at 6 or at 9. We chose the former, and when we arrived promptly at 6 the place was already jammed. There's ample parking, but even that early we had to park around back. Brazeiros is busy, and the tables don't turn over fast, so don't wait if you're thinking of making reservations (highly recommended.) We had a few minutes wait in the bar. It's spacious, and fairly elegant. The walls are painted red, and the subdued lighting and occasional geometric wall ornaments somehow recall an upscale opium den. Here we got our first taste of both Brazeiros's quality food and gracious service: the bartender brought us a free basket of what he called "cheese bread," though "lumps of cheese baked in a pastry puff" would be more accurate. Delicious! (And steaming hot.) Here too we got our first clue to answering the gf's question: call-liquor cocktail, $8.50; bottle of Budweiser, $3.75. Our table was ready soon enough, and transferring the bar tab to our server was handled smoothly and accurately, a good sign. We met our server, Sasha -- very pleasant, efficient, and helpful, though the servers at Brazeiros don't do much actual serving. Sasha explained the deal: You get a two-course meal for your prix-fixe ($32.50). First, help yourself to the salad bar. When you're ready for your meal, turn the provided poker chips over from red to green. Sounded simple enough, and it was. We descended on the salad bar. In addition to the usual lettuce, tomato, croutons, cucumber, and such, we also found a very large wheel of Gouda to scrape from, shredded cheese of a lighter variety, quartered red and yellow sweet peppers, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts (yum!) and golf-ball sized lumps of fresh feta (double yum). Though not keen on salads generally, I piled a plate high enough to make a meal by itself. Salad aficionados might be displeased with the paltry selection of four dressings offered, but then, salad is not why you come to Brazeiros. You come for the meat, and that's what you get, and it's damn good too. When you flip your poker chips to green, various guys ("gauchos") strolling around stop by your table and carve whatever meat they have off their skewer onto your plate. There's several cuts of steak, small pork sausages, a couple different versions of lamb and chicken to round it out. All were good (though none of our party bothered with the chicken). The filet mignons wrapped in bacon were terrific; they're small, but then, you can have all you want. My own favorites were the round cut of seasoned steak and the tenderloin lamb chops in the same seasoning: charbroiled crispy, tender, delicious, succulent, tasty o god I want more now. We ate meat. We ate more meat. They kept bringing more meat, so we ate that too.And it was all sooo good. Meanwhile, Sasha -- or somebody -- brought our side dishes: three small plates for a party of three. They weren't trying to stint us: you can have more, if you care. They were tasty enough, garlic mashed potatoes, small polenta sticks, and caramelized bananas that looked like Great Dane droppings. It was all good. We ate more meat. We ordered a modest bottle of cabernet ($26) to go with all that meat. It was good too. We ate more meat. Two hours later (remember, I said the tables don't turn over quickly), we had stuffed ourselves with so much tasty steak and lamb and what-all-else that it's hard to believe we'd have room for dessert, but a couple of us sure did: a Brazilian flan, and something called a "Chocolate Eruption," which turned out to be a wedge of chocolate layer cake with chocolate mousse as the layers and chocolate sauce drizzled over it. We finished with coffee -- an Irish coffee for the one who passed on dessert. We'd stuffed ourselves so much that I personally did not eat anything for the next two days. All that is what I'd told the gf, so you can see why she asked. And here's the answer: 3 dinners at 32.50, $97.50. Two pre-dinner drinks, $12.25. One iced tea, $2.95. One bottle of wine, $26. Irish coffee, $7.75. Coffee, $2.75. Two desserts, $15.00. Total before tax and gratuity: $164.20. That's how they turn a profit. But it was all worth it. I'll be back. But next time, I won't eat for 2 days beforehand.

TLDR: It is not as high-class as brazilian steakhouses like Fogo de Chao or even Texas de Brazil, but is a great value at fifteen bucks cheaper. The meat is pretty close to (and in some cases better than) it's larger cousins. The salad bar is lame, but the desserts and sides are good. If you like meat, you should definitely try this out. They have some minor kinks to work out, and I would recommend going earlier in the night (6-6:30). Full Review: The wife and I made reservations for the opening night. This is usually a no-no, but we wanted to give it a whirl anyway. The restaurant is nicely decorated inside, though, it appeared subtly disheveled. It is also very small compared to other restaurants of this type I've been to and was fairly full. We waited maybe two minutes before we were sat. I'll start with the service. Our server was decent and attentive enough, but nothing special. The gauchos on the other hand, were very on-point. Most of them were pretty personable, and seemed to be well-trained (a couple of exceptions) despite it being their first night. We were in a corner, which we feared would cause us to get overlooked, but it did not. As soon as we rolled green, we only had one single gaucho pass us up, and the rest of the night we were getting plenty of meat. One thing I didn't like was they did not bring us plates to start our meat with. We had to go get them. This never happens at the big joints. There were a couple of things that stood out to me about the service. The first was that when my wife and I were both green, she was always served first. Call me old fashioned, but I thought this was a nice touch. The other thing was that one of the gauchos asked us if we wanted anything special, and my wife asked for one thing and I asked for another. He brought them within minutes, and again he brought hers first, which was a great touch. Finally, the front manager told us that dessert was free b/c of opening night and wouldn't let me go without trying something. She came back to our table three times to check on us. It was yet another great, personal touch. Now to the food. If you are used to the salad bars at the big chain churrascarias, you will be disappointed. The salad bar here is dinky by comparison. I will point out, though, that Brazeiros is at least 15 bucks a person cheaper. Also, I never eat half of the things on the salad bars at the big places, bc I'm there for the meat anyway. They did have giant hearts of palms, asparagus, and a couple of cheeses along with normal salad fare, which satisfied me enough as an opener for the meat. The meat, oh the meat. This is where Brazeiros shines. Most of the meat was on par or, in some cases better, than the larger Churrascarias. If you like lamb, get the lamb chops. If you like beef, get the beef ribs. They were both heavenly and better than the big boys. The top sirloin, the special (it's pictured on the billboard), and the ribeye were all great too. My wife got a chicken leg (I refuse to waste my stomach space on chicken) and even it was tasty. The pork ribs had a good flavor, but were tough, and the leg of lamb and sausages were both meh. The bacon-wrapped filets were good but overcooked. Finally, they have some nuggets of beef with sauce on them. We never quite caught the name, something like steak picante, but that's not it. These were awful. The sauce tasted like fish gone bad and the meat was tough as shoe leather. They also served traditional sides with the meat: fried bananas, fried polenta, and mashed potatoes. These were all good, and because of the smaller salad bar, I actually ate some of them unlike at the bigger joints where I don't have any room for them. We did notice the meat got more well done and less seasoned as it approached 9pm. Also, less of it was coming around. This is a watch point I hope they resolve. The night ended with dessert. My wife's cheesecake was pretty good, and my papaya cream was fantastic. The bartender even came out and poured some chambord on the top. The cream was light with a subtle papaya flavor, and a great counterpoint to all the heavy meat. The manager also pointed out that papaya aids digestion, which made me remember that it has enzymes that act as a meat tenderizer (thanks Alton Brown!). We will probably wait to see if they get some kinks worked out, but we will definitely be back. This place is great for the price, I just hope it can overcome the curse of that building and woo knoxville into letting it stay. I would recommend going early, and lowering your salad bar expectations.

High priced meat buffet......once will be enough for me. If you can't, or don't want to eat 3-4 pounds of meat in a sitting to get your moneys worth, this may not be the place for you. Myself and my friends were hungry and ready for a good meal after playing 27 holes of golf. All of us love steak and good meats so it sounded like it would hit the spot. We were laughing about it reminding us of a high priced meat-only Shoneys before we left. Service was good, very friendly and attentive, just hard to understand what they were bringing by the table because they all had very heavy accents. Starters: The bread was flavorless and filled with something that resembled cheese. Not really sure what it was and couldn't understand the wait staffs replies when we asked. The rectangle (crispy polenta) apps were also not very flavorful and tasted like they were cooked in old oil, much like the plantains or caramelized banana's as they call them on their site. Mashed pot's were good. Salad: Good salad bar but should have been better for the price. Beets and artichokes were from a can and the dressing tasted like it was as well. I expected homemade dressings in a higher end steak house. My complements to the Schwans man. Meat: Several good cuts of meat. Lamb was good. Several that weren't great as well. Really let down by the bacon wrapped filet. Overcooked and way to much garlic butter laid to it. My bottom line: I would rather spend that kind of dinner $ at Ye Old, Ruth's Chris, or Baker Peters and have access to homemade food and quality breads and sides.

OMG!!!! That's the only way to describe this restaurant. This had to be the single most wonderful dining experience of my life. This place has replaced The Melting Pot as my go to "nice" restaurant. My boyfriend and I went on a whim on a Tuesday. We went early and were the first people though the door for dinner. We heard it was hard to get a table but it didn't seem overly crowded while were were there. I do see where you would want a reservation for a weekend or holiday though. The service is the best I've ever had period. We never wanted for anything the whole time we were there and everyone literally jumps if they even begin to think you need or want anything. The food is fantastic. If you like meat this is your place. It's a one fare restaurant and it runs around $34 per person but it's all you can eat meat and salad bar. The salad bar is very fresh, clean and features several exotic items like cold green beans and asparagus, hearts of palm, artichoke hearts and several cheeses and meats. They also have a few prepared pasta salads and Waldorf type salads. Meats include several types of steak, chicken, pork, and lamb. There really is something for everyone. They are more than willing to give you as much as you want and if they aren't carrying the cut you want they will find it and send it over to you promptly. The only down side we saw with the meats is if you eat well done or medium well done meats the slices are very thin because only the outside layers are really done and the insides are more rare. I was surprised with the wine selection. it went above and beyond what I was expecting. The liquor selection is very good as well. The manager talked me into trying their signature drink. It was ok but super sweet. All of the fruit juices and lemonade are made fresh in house and can't be beat. I won't lie..it is a bit spendy but it's worth every cent.

Well I have to say you must be a meat lover to really enjoy this place. As well as hungry enough to eat the back end of a mule. The salad bar is modest but offers unique items such as artichoke & hearts of palm, asparagus,a couple of nice cheeses as well. Then there's the meats. So many to choose from I think I was a bit overwhelmed and so was my stomach and taste buds. Dont get me wrong, this is a great place with top notch service and food. Over all this was a great way to treat my daughter to something out of the ordinary for her 18th birthday and we all enjoyed the whole experience.

If you are a carnivore and looking for a place to eat in Knoxville, I recommend Brazeiros. Brazeiros is located at 6901 Kingston, next to PF Chang's. It is a one fare restaurant. The price is $32.50 per person. The meal includes a salad bar. In addition to cheeses and other traditional items the salad bar had cold asparagus, cold green beans, and artichoke hearts. The meal is served by the wait staff walking around and carving various meats off of skewers at your table. The meats include bacon wrapped chicken tenders, chicken legs, little sausages, pork ribs, leg of lamb, lamb chops, bacon wrapped beef tenderloin, garlic beef (a succulent house specialty), a top of the shoulder beef roast (this is the other house specialty), and three other cuts of beef, all of which were delicious. The side items were fried bananas, polenta, and mashed potatoes. They also served cheese rolls that were very similar to pop-overs. The only fried items were the bananas and polenta. The meat will be served to any degree of doneness you desire. A glass of red wine was $7 Coffee was $2.25. The coffee is full bodied. Desserts were in the $6-8 range. They looked delicious, but my dessert was extra slices of the house specialties. If you want an enjoyable dining experience and enjoy eating meats, you can not do any better than Brazeiros.

The quality of the meats are really good however it is quite expensive at least for the average person. The salad bar also offers good fresh ingredients. I would still highly recommend this place despite the high price tag.

Drove from Nashville just to have dinner at this delicious restaurant. Good variety of meats, yummy cheesecake for dessert. Bill was just under $80 for two people. Very attentive waitstaff. Manager came over twice to ask how our meal was going. We will definitely take the drive again. For the people who are comparing it to Fogo.... You fail to mention that the cost is significantly cheaper. Sure Fogo has a bigger salad bar. But you are paying for it. I don't know about you but I don't go to a place like this to eat from the salad bar. Just sayin.

Went here for dinner for the second time. As a vegetarian you may wonder why I would go to a Brazilian steakhouse...the wonderful selection of salads, fresh veggies (including marinated bell peppers, green beans and carrots with sesame seeds, and more), cheeses and sides for the table, I did not leave hungry or disappointed. And if you are a veg the dinner is only $20 whereas it is $35 for omnivores/carnivores. I have to say that the polenta, bread and garlic mashed potatoes were excellent. My meat-eating companion really enjoyed the various meats. These were constantly changing as various servers circulated throughout the dinning room offering cuts of steak, lamb, chicken, and sausages; there were probably other offering but as a veg it wasn't my main concern. This place was described as my dining companion's favorite restaurant. We will definitely go back!

We went today for the third time. All three times have been Sunday lunch... there's never been a wait, and the price is so reasonable for what you get ($25.50 per person). This is definitely our favorite special occasion place! The other reviews accurately sum up the dining experience. For lunch, at least, you might not see ALL the cuts of meat (although, I think you can request them) but in the three times, we've now checked them all off our list. Some reviews have said the sides are mediocre... I have to say that I LOVE the caramelized bananas (I always eat both) and the cheese bread. I am not a huge meat eater, but I feel like it is worth it with a few pieces of unbelievably good meat, the delicious and unlimited sides and the salad bar. My husband, on the other hand, eats enough meat there for both of us. It does bear repeating: excellent service, all three times. the meats, plates, utensils, sides, etc come quickly. The owner is always walking around checking on things. It might help that we go at lunchtime, but we are always extremely impressed by the entire staff.

Great meat and service...so so salad bar and sides. The salad bar was small and mediocre, and the sides were unimpressive. The mashed potatoes appeared to be "instant." However, the service was great and all the meats were very good.

I've been to Fogo de Chao in Washington, DC a number of times. This place is the same, without all the frills. Outstanding in every way, unless you're a vegetarian.

This is a "Do-Not-Miss" restaurant. The food is phenomenal, the waitstaff are exemplary and the food - OMG - the food is, quite simply, unbelievable. This meat lovers paradise offers a wide variety of meats, along with a beautiful salad bar, in a super-clean establishment. I'm a restaurateur myself, and this place is impressive. The Owner was in the restaurant when we were there - was nice to see... Zack was our waiter - very very attentive... A+

Carnivores heaven! I typically am a seafood and tofu person, but this place is worth a holiday of red meat. I forget the name but there are little steak medallions with a garlic sauce that I loved! The salad bar as noted is very nice and atypical with asparagus, salmon and cheeses. It is all you can eat, but beware you won't have room for the main courseS! If you can, save room for dessert, also fabulous. However, we were there for lunch (which I assume is cheaper since it's listed as lunch) and for 2 people it was over $80. Great atmosphere and and pleasant service. The manager also approached us to ask about our experience. I didn't feel under dressed in jeans and a t-shirt, but as a first time guest, we were not treated poorly.

My favorite restaurant in town!! Start with a caipirina or caipirosca (a typical brazilian drink), followed by the cheese bread, the always fresh salad bar, the excellent quality meat, then one of the great desserts offered. Top all of this with the best waiting service...I am there whenever I can.

Went there a couple of nights ago with my family for my birthday. Loooooved ti!! Very interesting place. Nice light salad bar with good cheeses, seasoned olives and salmon. Ambiance was a little on the dark side but very classy. The way the restaurant operates is that the waiting staff works as a team. There is a central hostess and several waiters that parade scores of 12 different types of meat to your table. Each person has a round card, red on one side and green on the other. If you want more meat, show the green side, if you want to pass on the next serving, flip it to red. My daughter loved it as it is all you can eat. I think the average wait time for the next serving was no more than two minutes. The meats were the best I ever had and I have traveled to several places in south america and tasted the quisene. Our family of four split two key lime pie slices($7 each) that were delicious, and my wife also had a glass of their house wine($7). For a family of four, the total came to $165 but it was well wort it for a once in a while elegant meal. Treat yourself, and try this authentic Brazilian meal. A little expensive but worth it !!

If you haven't tried a Brazilian Steakhouse yet, go to Brazeiros and experience one of the finest examples. Brazilian steakhouses are worth the extra price with the flow of succulently flavored meats served directly to your plate accompanied by the gourmet salad bar. If you are familiar with Brazilian steakhouses, you are sure to enjoy this owner operated restaurant. The owner, a pleasant Brazilian gentleman, cheerfully oversees the front of restaurant while his brother supervises the kitchen. Since we have eaten in Brazilian steakhouses around the country and are very familiar with the chains Texas de Brazil and Fogo de Chao, we can honestly say the meat here is excellent and the atmosphere cozier than the larger chains. Service is superb. Treat yourself to a feast. Make sure to go hungry! This place would be ideal for holiday parties.

Ok, so a lot of the other reviews paint an accurate picture of the service. Great people, great experience, and I recommend that you go at least once. The side dishes and drinks were really good, too. To be a return customer though, you really have to love meat - just straight cooked meat. I didn't think there was a lot of flavor in most of the cuts. I would have liked some seasoned meat somewhere in the mix, but I didn't really find any; but hey, maybe that's just how it's prepared there. Anyway, go once and decide for yourself.

I was very impressed with this place, the food was excellent, as well as the service. There was plenty of variety in meats, nothing was rushed, but once you turned your red tag to green, the gauchos were in there in a flash, the meat cuts were perfect and tasted great. I highly recommend this restaurant. You could go to another steakhouse and be stuck with one cut and pay a similar price, but here you get 12 different choices. Fine restaurant.
