I love this Bonefish location. It's always fun and welcoming. One of the managers sometimes serves on the bar-side only and she is so, so great. Be patient in the bar area because it gets cray, but trust that they really are trying to be there for you! First, the franchise always runs great specials and menu features. Right now, it's Soft shell crab season! if you're a fan of soft shell crabs, you know it's a small window, especially for land-locked locations to offer a good option. Bonefish always delivers with fresh, seasonal seafood. They also currently have a wild-caught salmon, which was of course delicious. I will note I take issue with this being seasonal, but that isn't just for this restaurant. I find it unacceptable that so may "nice" restaurants offer Atlantic salmon at high-dollar prices. It is mercury-laden chum of the supermarket. All restaurants, especially seafood, should offer wild! Luckily, Bonefish usually does, as a special. The mac and cheese side wasn't as good as I hoped, but the lamb chops (lolli-pop chops if you order as an app) were tender and cooked to absolute perfection. Non-seafood eaters should not be weary of Bonefish. They have one of the best burgers in town, and steaks galore (rib-eye, filet, sirloin) plus flavorful asian-styled bowls featuring teriyaki beef, and a few chicken dishes (which sound boring, even though I like chicken). Good speciality cocktails are seasonal, but they ALWAYS have the best deal on wine at Happy Hour! 3.5 a generous pour. They also typically offer one or two High-Grav beers, which is unusual for chain restaurants in this area. Brunch here - is a must. A great deal on mimosas and traditional brunch favorites, plus seafood options. Flourless macadamia nut brownie for dessert and bam! stick a fork in you. Bon Appetit!

Oh back here again. This time, I ordered off their new menu the Spring Basil Fettuccine. My thoughts? It wasn't too bad, but I think they're maybe still trying to hammer out the kinks as well. There was a lot more pesto than basil. Maybe rename the dish to say it was a presto dish rather than basil? I would think that if it was basil in the title it would be a main hint or feature of the dish. The dish came with artichoke, tomatoes, chicken, and a creamy sauce. It was salty and not much surprising. I think it's still a good idea, at least for me, to keep with the things I know that are good. Bang bang tacos?

Service, atmosphere, presentation, and flavor deliver. Always an enjoyable outing as a group, a family, or even a quick stop for a cocktail!

Took my wife there for our twentieth anniversary tonight. It was so hot in the restaurant that we couldn't even stay. It was actually cooler outside. We didn't stay it was too miserable.

Great place for a healthy meal with grilled fish or chicken added to a salad. The sourdough loaf with flavored olive oil was tasty. The salad greens were delightfully low in "stem" content, unlike most romaine mixes. The citrus vinaigrette could have used a little more punch of vinegar, but all the ingredients in my (Florida Cobb) salad were yummy. The coffee was excellent, much more flavorful than Starbucks brews. The salmon was grilled perfectly.

So Bonefish has endless bubbles during brunch. That's enought in itself. Not only does Bonefish have bottomless mimosas, pimosas, and bellini cocktails, the place ALSO has a really good brunch. I mean the kind of good that when I told my ma how delicious it was she kept saying "Bonefish?!?... Bonefish?!?..." Brunch at chain restaurants is one of my least favorite things. There is usually little to brag about, sad pancakes, and even sadder fruit bowls. Bonefish ,however, really wowed me with some unique items (shrimp over corn meal cakes anyone?) and well done favorites. My table of four got several different menu items and we all loved our food. The French Toast was surprisingly great because they used caramelized raw sugar as a light glaze instead of syrup. The lobster and asparagus omelette was also a hit. I am not a big Bonefish fan, but I'd go back from brunch anytime. Turkey Creek is almost a breakfast desert, so I welcome a new spot for mimosas. Oh and ask for Steven.

I've been to other Bonefish locations and they're all pretty much the same experience food and service wise. I equate it to an "Olive Garden for Seafood" - on this evening I had the lobster grilled cheese and it was marginally good. The lobster and cheese both seemed over-processed but it was edible and I wasn't expecting more than I got. We had good drinks and good service as well - if you're not adventurous and like to stick with the chain-type places, Bonefish is a good bet.

We always enjoy BG around the country, and this was our first trip to this one. We came for a late lunch, and both of us selected a dish off the lunch menu. My wife chose the lobster flatbread and I the fish & chips. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. When I asked about the fish, she said it was tilapia, aquaculture raised. That was new to me but is apparently a hybrid of farm raised & "free range". Our order took a bit longer than it does normally, and they weren't particularly busy. But upon arrival, I was pleased with the fish n chips. Well prepared, very hot (temp), with pleasing crispness and firm mild texture/flavor. But the flatbread was drenched with roumalade sauce, and on the limp side. Flavor was OK, but overall could have been better. I would've asked for less sauce or on the side. Nevertheless, I am sure we will return in the future.

My husband and I visit Bonefish on a regular basis, but tonight we were unfortunately surprised, but the new manager. We ordered the last crab, but the dish was given to another table, not only did our waiter break the news to us initially - should have been the manager on duty - when the manager did come to speak with us he comp'd our app, not the my husband's replacement meal. What?! We are both in customer service, and would have hoped to seen a different approach by the manager. Poor experience tonight.

Im only back to try free samples that was sent to me in an email. The manager made eye contact, nothing more. I would have at least liked him to of said," Hello, welcome back and thank you for giving us a second chance. Again, im sorry for the bad experience...let us make it up to you and show you how we really operate." BUT...NO. Not a word. Lets see. The waiter assumed since i gave him that paper that it was for the bang bang shrimp. Uhhhhh. READ please. Its for new things their bringing in. Then he tried to toss the "new" doughnuts in on us. Oh no. My hubby is a diabetic. Not happening. We chose the chapotle shrimp sliders. Let's see how those go. Waiting patiently. Different. Sticky buns like things dim sum. Hummmm. Not for me. Spongy.

It's as good as any other Bonefish I've been to. It seems like they're consistently busy. The fish was fresh, we have been twice with my in laws. I always enjoy the bang bang shrimp, I had the tuna special which was delicious. While being busy is good for them, the restaurant feels crowded to me for what is supposed to be a slightly upscale dining experience so we only tend to go when invited by others.

Surprised to see there aren't more reviews/better reviews for this place. Yes it's a chain but here in land-locked knoxville we don't have a ton of great options for seafood and this is one of the better ones in west knoxville. Shuck's is very good but it's quite a bit east has a more limited menu actually. This place is a decent seafood place, prices are reasonable for sea food which tends to be more expensive than your typical restaurants. I have not been a huge fan of their asian-fusion attempts, my mom ordered this noodle bowl once that was pretty awful but if you stick to fish, crab, lobster (aka, traditional seafood) dishes they are always very good. Their beer selection is decent and I like their cocktails. Their bread is very good. I like that you can add a salad to your mean for not much extra and they are very good. I usually leave there feeling that I ate well and healthy which is a good combination! I don't think its fair to call it an olive garden for sea food, its definitely better than olive garden but i would not attempt to stay its up to par with a great seafood place and if we lived in a city with better access to the ocean I would say it was less than average but we don't and it's relevant to judge restaurants compared with other options in the area.

Another great experience. First time trying brunch. Celia took great care of us. We even scored some chocolate chips for my sons pancakes. Everyone loved their omelette and the thick cut bacon. I enjoyed the Kobe burger with fried egg and their potatoes were scrumptious!!!

Just tried their lunch menu for the first time. While the food was high quality and very tasty, the portion size was disappointing. My wife's fish and chips came with 2 small pieces of fish for $9.90. My surf and turf burger had 4 bang-bang shrimp on top of a small burger the size of one from McDonald's dollar menu for $12.70. We both left a little hungry. Tasty, but not your best lunch bang for the buck here.

I haven't been to a Bonefish I a few months. I am glad to see that the quality has not changed. I was not as happy that the prices seem to be climbing. I had the Baja fish tacos with greens. Still a good deal at less than $10.

Was in town on business, and was recommended by a colleague to check this place out... Had the bang bang shrimp appetizer (not too spicy- with a little kick), grilled grouper with chimichurri sauce (grilled nicely with nice smoky flavor), steamed asparagus (simple, but cooked just right), and it came with a small side of chickpeas (ok). They had several choices of fish (grouper, sea bass, salmon, trout, and tilapia), which could be paired with 4 different sauces or salsas (my colleague enjoyed the mango salsa). One of my colleagues had a surf and turf combo which looked pretty good. The proportions of their dishes were just right... Nice atmosphere, and service was very friendly and attentive (service tipped the scale to a 4 stars). Would definitely come back when in town.

As far as seafood restaurants goes, Bonefish Grill does an acceptable job at providing a pleasant, up-scale(ish) dining experience for your friends or family. The service here is attentive and helpful. Our waitress was phenomenal in making sure our drinks were always full, and she was very accommodating anytime we had a request for additional sauces, drinks, etc. She did forget to put in one of our orders, but once she realized her mistake, she was able to get the dish out to us within 10 minutes. In my personal opinion, the appetizers here get you the most bang for your buck. The famous Bang Bang Shrimp is great if you want a creamy, spicy, and mildly sweet kick to your seafood, and the Singapore Calamari comes with enough fried octopus and peppers to feed 3 - 5 people pretty comfortably. I would warn against the Ahi Tuna Sashimi however. The tuna did not seem terribly fresh and you do not get many pieces for the price. Entree-wise, all of the fish courses tasted fine, but nothing is going to blow you away. I had the Longfin Tilapia Imperial, which I thought was fairly good. I particularly enjoyed the creaminess of the sauce that covered the fish, and the entree itself was pretty filling because the tilapia was stuffed with other forms of seafood as well. The vegetable side dishes were pretty sub-par. For the most part, they were all bland and undercooked. Three stars for the holistically average experience I had here.

He said: A friend recommended the bang bang shrimp app and it was AWESOME! Ate it with those chopsticks. Fish tacos were done with Tilapia. I don't like tilapia but was sold on tacos so I foolishly went there. They taste like tilapia. Supposed to be cajun spiced, but not really. She had fish and chips which were tilapia. Server had an odd personality, but tried to take good care of us. She said: Had a fairly good meal, but ended up having a serious problem with it. The waiter immediately took the problem to the manager, who addressed it with us and made everything right.
