Bojangles has such a great place in my heart because my youngest child, now 20, was elated when they came to Chattanooga. We have fond Bojangles memories. Not sure who is running the Knoxville franchises but Oh My Goodness...Clean Up Your Act! First off, why are fried chicken restaurants always dirty? There are few patrons but it's as if the employees have forgotten how to clean when it's slow. I got the chicken tender salad. The tenders had been sitting in the line for some time. As they always seem to be. Not hot. Not fresh. The salad had clearly sat in a very old fridge for more than a few days. Cukes were opaque! Lettuce edges we're browning. As a filler I selected what I thought were cinnamon biscuits. Instead I was given these horrible berry biscuits that taste like a cheap sugared cereal! The tea was old. The restaurant cold. Oh and both exits lead to a one way only street. Umph!
