Ohhhemmmgee! Ewie and gooie! Just the way I like it. Reminds me of a nice NY bagel shop. Nice and fluffy bagels. Homemade creme cheese. All the things I enjoy! I got a fabulous bacon egg and cheese on a everything bagel. I saw jalapeño creme cheese and I had to add it to it. Next time I won't, only because it got a little out of hand. It was outstanding to say the least. If I didn't enjoy making breakfast as much as I do we would of came sooner! When you get a chance! Go Go Go! They have a drive thru! Great people and lots of regulars having a good ol cup of joe!

First time in Knoxville and came here based on other Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. The eggs are real in the breakfast sandwiches and, to me, that makes a huge difference. The bagels are fresh very tasty. Only drawback for me was the amount of cream cheese they put on the bagel. Usually I am a, "there can never be enough!" kind of guy, but when it comes to cream cheese...it can happen. Recommended.

Absolutely the best bagels in Knoxville. The only place nearby to even compare would be Hot Bagel in Oak Ridge. I will never forget when I first ventured to Tennessee after having lived in New York for a few years, and sunk my teeth into a round piece of bread in the shape of a bagel. I was sorely disappointed and felt very betrayed and confused. While chains like Panera and Einstein do a pretty good job, it's a pleasure to have an independent place like this in town. The bagels are high quality, and I really enjoy the bagelwiches as well. Great varietyof bagels and cream cheeses, very affordable. I've tried many options but not all, it's simple to be sure (the pizza bagel has a slice of provolone cheese on it) but it's good! The only thing that could be a little better is the coffee, it's not bad but nothing to write home about. And if they would move closer to my house :-) Check this place out on a Saturday morning, you won't regret it.

Great little shop with 10 tables and 30 different bagels. I grabbed breakfast but they have plenty of lunch options too.

I love Best Bagels and am so glad my husband and I finally stopped by the store. I had their Nova and cream cheese sandwich with fruit, and my husband ordered two bagels with cream cheese. We enjoyed our food so much and decided to get a baker 's dozen of bagels to bring home. We were equally impressed with the hospitality of the employees. I will certainly be returning.

I agree with many of my fellow yelpers, probably best bagels in Knoxville, maybe the only place close to authentic bagels. Clearly the bagel bar hasn't been set very high in Knoxville but they were chewey, good size, baked with care. I'm assuming based on the bagel that they are actually boiled before they are baked which is a true bagel. If you just bake and don't boil it's only a roll and not a bagel. My criticism would be flavor, just a bit bland. Prices are good here. Bagel cream cheese $1.50 and bagel with egg was under 2.00$. A baker's dozen was also like $8.99, very good price. I wasn't fond of the coffee and lack of milk/creamer choices. Also this was July they need to do a better job of keeping the flies out. Will probably come back but only when it cools off outside. Place has a friendly, almost hole in the wall neighborhood feel to it, probably alot of regulars eat here.

Best bagels in Knoxville. The staff were very courteous, and their suggestions for bagel/cream cheese combinations were really spot on. I've visited three times now and the honey walnut spread on a cinnamon raisin bagel is really delicious.

Go and get the everything bagel. Get it toasted with the toppings and or cream cheese spread you want. You won't be disappointed.

For a small joint they offer an expertly crafted bagel. The wife and I had breakfast bagels and the boys had toasted chocolate chips bagels with butter. If you like a light spread of butter on your bagel, make sure to let them know or your bagel will be awash in butter. They have Wi-Fi, but please don't use it. Talk to your meal mate instead! Will definitely make Best Bagels a consistent stop when next I visit Knoxville.

These really are the best bagels in town. I'm from New Jersey and these are the closest thing I've found to being a good bagel. They have lots of different flavors and you can get breakfast sandwiches (I usually get one with egg, tomato, and provolone, toasted.. add a little hot sauce, YUM) and they also have lunch but I usually go for breakfast. I believe they close at 2pm. Great little place.

Long before Einstein Bagel made its appearance in Knoxville, Best Bagels was a hidden breakfast join in a shopping plaza surrounded by tattoo parlors and adult apparel. Sharing a drive thru with dry cleaners, many didn't realize on the flip side of the building was this tiny little bagel shop with sandwiches to boot. They don't offer a thin bagel, so don't go there expecting to stick to your low carb diet. Heavy on the butter or cream-cheese so if that's not your thing make sure to request they use a lighter hand, and they put LOTS of onions on their nova lox bagel, so keep that in the back of your mind. Great prices and always a coupon in the school coupon book!

Well, they don't lie! These bagels are fantastic and the coffee is hot and delicious! I enjoyed an everything bagel with spinach bacon creme cheese. The cashier said if be back and the next time I'm in town, I will be!

This place has a very good plain bagel. I always start with the plain to make sure they do it right, and they do. They can be a little pricey. Don't order a egg and bacon bagel because it really is not very good. The eggs they use to put on the bagel has no flavor and the bacon is the same way. If you are looking for a way to feed any of these: your family, a sleep-over your child has, or a soccer team etc, then this place is the way for you to go. The bagels are extremely fresh and the cream cheese is also very good. If you are in a hurry make sure you get there early especially in the mornings because they usually have a line. Enjoy!

As a NJ transplant, I appreciate BBIT. They make a faithful NJ/NY bagel! The cream cheese is very good as well. It makes me feel like I'm back home! I'm mostly a bagel and cream cheese girl.....so I can't judge them on their deli. I'm deducting one star for one specific reason: the coffee. I don't enjoy the coffee here.

Yurp, the name pretty much sez it all. I've tried many bagels here in Knoxville, and this is my go-to spot. They have egg bagels, which really is kind of a stretch since these aren't exactly the bright yellow, fluffy bagels some might be used to, but it's tasty. I always get one toasted with their lox cream cheese, which is pretty dang good. I'm a fan. Hubband gets the everything with spinach and bacon cream cheese, which has been shelved for the season and replaced by pumpkin cream cheese. Oh how I loathe the takeover by pumpkin every fall...
