I was offered free food to sign up for some rewards card. I'm not really sure where the free food comes in. It took my waitress a while to come back with my water, and take my order. I had the buffalo bleu burger. It was okay. Meat was pretty grisly. It was lunch time and slow. I expected more prompt service.

Came out about 8:00pm for some tasty wings. We ordered and very quickly they returned with our wings. My wife's boneless wings were basically cold. Obviously, they were prepared earlier and not fresh. Mine were ok but nothing close to temperature hot. Clearly they aren't freshly made. I asked the waitress about my wife's and ask if she could get some hot ones. She came back shortly with wings they weren't any different than before. This is my 3rd trip here and I've come to realize it just isn't worth another return trip. Sorry ECWs. I'm going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now

I had the peppadew dry rub wings. Excellent. Great staff. And oddly enough this is probably the best place to drink whisky in Kingsport. I think the have more than 20 kinds. Lots of craft beers too. I'm coming back with a designated driver

The wings were pretty tasty but please tell me why one should have to pay extra for sauce? I was not impressed with the presentation either. The only. Way I would go back is for fifty cent wing night. Sorry but they are just not worth what they are charging. Maybe I would have enjoyed it more if I had ordered a beer! Haha

Good food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Wings are meatier than their competition down the road.

Solid. You know what you are going to get here. Nice people and good service. A few local beers, lots of wing choices for sure. It's a big menu and everything is pretty good. I wish they had one closer to Charlotte. I signed up for he rewards program where you get $5 off after you spend $100 and you get a delish app of chips and cheese for signing up right there.
