We were seated for an hour and a half before getting our food. We had to get our own drink refills because the waiter didn't check back.. They forgot to put my sister's order in. Our waiter was new apparently but this service was terrible. They were not that busy. We had to wait this long with 2 toddlers and a baby who were getting really fussy. Ugh. We were in the restaurant for over 3 hours. Our night was wasted. It wasn't the waiter's fault. He was new and they put him on our table with 12 people by himself. The manager finally came over to help but she was rude. I understand that it was a stressful situation for everyone, but she came to our table with an attitude when she should have been apologetic. she did give us 25% off. but that did not make up for the lousy experience. we will not be going back there.

I've never had a bad meal at O'Charley's and the one I had Sunday was exceptional among the excellent one's I've had in the past! They have a new menu of, like 9 meals for $9.99, and everyone at my table had something different. They were all excellent! I am a member of their Rewards Club and had a Coupon for free Curly Chips and Queso, but forgot to print it out, so only had it on my iPhone. All I had to do was show them the image on the phone and we got our free Chips & Queso! And of course, the hot rolls were melt-in-your-mouth-good, as usual!!

This was a good restaurant. They had very good margaritas. At $4.00 per margarita during Happy Hour, it is really good. It was nice you can enjoy Happy Hour outside of the bar area as well.

Food was good. Service was not! Appetizer came after we ate the meal. We had to ask for drink refills and when we said we wanted more bread they forgot. When my drink was refilled they refilled with the wrong drink. Not the worst place I ever visited however the service is what knocked my rating down from a 5 star to a 3.

Nice service. Food is Better than Nashville locations. Lots of variety on the menu. I had the Cedar Planked Tilapia with rice and a baked potato. The talapia was cooked well, not too dry, and I gobbled up the baked potato. The hostess and waitress were both attentive and kept my guest and I satisfied.
