Great service. My server Marilon was Awesome. She was attentive helpful and very pleasant. The Outlaw Ribeye is great. I had mine with a Parmesan cheese crusted topping. I will be coming here again.

Excellent drinks and food! The perfect margarita lives up to its name. The Jim Beam and ginger ale with fresh ginger purée.... YUMMY! The filet with bleu cheese crumbles melts in your mouth. Oh and the shrimp and lobster cheese dip is heaven! A little tip though, it's better with the bread!

We have visited this location twice in the last month. Both times we had unreasonable wait times with numerous tables empty. Last visit was Dec. 26.@ 3:10pm. No one in the bar, about a dozen people in the main dining area. We were told we would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes. We questioned why there would be a wait. "Because we are cleaning" was the answer. I suppose the cleaning mentioned must have been occurring in the kitchen due to zero activity in the dining area. About 30 minutes later we were seated. Excellent server, great food. Unfortunately, this is the second ( and last ) time we will eat at Longhorn Steakhouse due to poor floor management. Also, there was three of us. The hostess only brought flatware for two. We had to go retrieve the additional set ourselves. What?!? Methinks not! Keith D.

Well for our 12th anniversary dinner we decided on Longhorn Steakhouse. We have ate at several other locations including out of town and have been pleased. We were seated and immediately had to wipe down table and seat because it was greasy and had crumbs from the previous cleaning. We decided to chance it anyway but they are not busy at all right now so try no excuse. The manager was next to us setting a table and noticed but did nothing. Anyway we had not even had a chance to look at menu before we were asked about drinks and we had to ask to be given some time to open the menus. We opted for a Samuel Adams and a glass of Moscato. The Sam Adams came and it was warm because they did not have any on tap as requested. The moscato was good but 7.99 a glass so be prepared. We didn't get any bread until after our dinner was served and no water until after our appetizer and salad had been delivered and we had to ask for it again. The fried green tomato appetizer is really good. The citrus Salmon we ordered was delicious as well as the prime rib. But overall it was not that remarkable. The server was sweet but seemed inexperienced or maybe preoccupied hence the rushed feeling when we first set down and throughout the meal service. We will eat at Longhorns again but for our special night we just didn't feel it was over the top wonderful.

Service is very good but the food quality is inconsistent. We went after 8pm on a weeknight and everything was overcooked; calamri, steaks. Food was satisfactory 2 other times.

This Longhorn is fairly small, so using the call ahead feature is important on weekend nights. We've had spotty service in the past, but our last several visits have been great. A server named Michelle has done an exceptional job meeting all of our needs and ensuring party members with dietary restrictions were served properly. Definitely a great spot for chain restaurant steak dinners. The salmon is my favorite (weird at a steak place, but delightful nonetheless!), and the new Cobb Salad is amazing!

Little frightening but there was a live bug in my salad. Complained to management but the situation was not resolved anywhere near to my satisfaction and was almost nonchalant- no appetite after that. Disappointing. Hopefully just an isolated incident.

We took my father in law to Longhorn for his birthday. Everyone seemed to enjoy their food. My burger though was awful. I didn't eat it, it was mushy. First experience with mushy meat. lol I didn't tell anyone because it was a birthday dinner. Plus, I will never send food back. So everyone else enjoyed their dinner and they brought my father in law a plate full of desserts to share with us. Very nice touch. Our server was good. So I gave 4 stars..I will post pics.

Normally I consider this one of the better chains in the area but tonight was a let down. Instead of the normal salmon I usually get I tried the pork chops and they were so salty I think my blood pressure rose 20 points and even though I drank 3-4 glasses of tea I still felt dehydrated as my body tried to process this huge dose of salt. I ended up not eating one of the chops at all and instead ate some of my wife's meal which was much better. So as a result of the bad pork chops I am left with only a 2 ranking for this session but I will go back and stick to the steaks or the salmon.

Christmas Eve and we weren't in the mood to cook, so we took off for Longhorn Restaurant. We are in town visiting family and they love Longhorn's. We arrived about 5 pm and were seated right away. The restaurant filled the later it got. The employees were happy, service was excellent and the food was very very good. I can say the strawberry pecan salad was excellent. Made with mixed greens and topped with chopped pecans, strawberries and grapes. The lettuce was crisp and fresh, the fruit was equally as fresh. With all of the heavy foods eaten during the holidays this was a nice refreshing change. The rest of the group all had steak, some bacon wrapped and others stuffed with crab. Each and every plate was cleaned and everyone was thrilled with their choices. I will definitely be back the next time we are in the area.

Came here with my girls for dinner between shopping stops. I've been to longhorn effort and it was a great experience so I was looking forward to the same. I was disappointed. First thing I noticed that really threw me of is they they have raised the prices of their dinner salads. $15? For lettuce and a chicken breast? Hmmm. No thanks. We ordered spinach dip for an appetizer. It came out quickly was hot and very good. But as soon as it was set down our salads came out. Dinner came out just as quickly so our table was crowded with plates and food. Glad it was just the three of us. And it would have been great if my server had cleared the table as we finished things but that never happened. My steak was cooked perfectly. One of my girls had potato soup (at the servers suggestion) and she said it had no flavor all. My other daughter had grilled chicken fingers and they were tiny and her fries were cold. I had a skinny margarita no salt that was so sweet I almost couldn't drink it. My second was a new margarita that came in a shaker. They forgot and put salt all over the rim which was ok since you pour it at the table however the shaker leaked all over the place so more ended up on the table than in my glass. Even when held super tight it dripped and left a sticky mess. Lastly the check has suggested tip amounts printed on them. Not only on the original copy but in the copy you sign as well, 15, 18, and 20%. I get that a lot of people tip poorly, but maybe it's because the restaurant leaves something lacking not because they can't do math. I always leave at least 15% minimum and that is only if the experience is horrid. My server was good but clearly not cut out to deal with issues. With all the other choices in the immediate area, I won't be back to this place. At least not anytime soon.

Nice and roomy and my favorite of this chain in town. The staff have been quite good (one exception comes to mind, and we walked out without ordering that night, but that was a few years ago). The prices have been climbing a bit too quickly of late, so I'm visiting the chain less often than before. The new menu is looking good, however, and I like the new items. The fried cheesecake, however, is a bit disappointing and a bit tough.

I tend to eat here with friends about once a month. Always a lively atmosphere. As with any national chain, the food is adequate, but that is more than compensated for by the portion size. At certain times the wait staff seems overworked, especially during busy hours like Sunday afternoon. Again, on the scale of chain restaurants, its a very good one.
