Ordered two pizzas, wings, soda, Parmesan bread bites, and chocolate crunch cakes plus a few dipping sauces at 5:24pm. At 6:30 we received the pizza, wings which were cold and soda. The rest of our order was missing. Contacted manager who was very pleasant and offered to remake missing items, send the left off items that were still at the store on top and credit my account for $25. At that time I thought well mistakes happen but I'm glad they so courteously resolved the matter. Dominos offers a tracking feature for the order and my new order for the remaining items showed they had been completed about 20 minutes after calling. An hour and a half after reporting our problem I called the store again as our missing items had yet to arrive. I was told by Jacob who answered the phone that the store was extremely busy and they do not have enough drivers to accommodate the orders. When I told him our food had been shown to be completed over an hour ago he said "yes" but reiterated that they're short staffed. Finally 2 hours and 40 minutes after placing our initial order a new batch of tepid food arrived. We did contact the store who in turn refunded our money, but we were left with food we had to reheat and two very hungry children. The situation has sullied my Dominos experience and we will be giving out business back to Papa John's. Be sure if you brave this location you make sure their staffing is able to match the work load!
