Went on a Sunday Afternoon with my wife and son. We hadn't been to an O'Charleys in a very long time so we decided to give it another shot. First impression wasn't good, as we walked in there was trash in the ground as we were lead to our table and the carpet didn't appear clean. Our waitress was friendly and took our orders and brought two wrong drinks, apologized and corrected it. Then came back and said they were out of French fries...this is the first time I have ever heard this. Next up was our salad to which she forgot which dressing my son ordered so she brought several. They never brought rolls and we had to pretty much bus the table ourselves. When our food came my sons burger was under cooked but our food was decent. The whole time we were eating there was a table of 10 next to us with 3 adults and 7 kids and the kids were wild and loud, everyone in the restaurant noticed yet the managers did nothing at all until the people with the wild kids started to complain because they wanted their meals free--which I'm sure they got. Bottom line is stay away from this place, it's dirty, has bad service, mediocre food and terrible management

What is wrong with this O Charley's? Where to begin. The positive, our waitress Kaitlyn was outstanding. That's it for the positive. It is a Sunday...Fathers Day and only place in town with no brunch wait. Our first signal. They didn't have enough menus when we were seated. It took 25 minutes for one of drinks to arrive. My wife's coffee was cold and full of grounds. Food arrived. My omelet was cooked to death, never got my toast or fruit. Everyone else got waffles. They were chewy like they had been re heated. Only two small things of syrup. No butter or sugar on my wife's. Her eggs were scrambled rather than over hard. Just one thing after another. Never be back for brunch.

My husband and I had a gift card and we typically don't ever frequent O'Charley's because we find it to be a fairly mediocre chain. We tried it out and had great service in the bar, but again the food was lacking. Pretty "meh" overall if you ask me. I had the famous loaded potato soup and nachos. We likely won't be going back unless we have another gift card.

Been here many times and the service is hit and miss and the food is above average. When in the Indian lake area you don't have to set your standards to high to be above average with the number of chain restaurants in the area. Tonight was especially interesting though. We ordered the nachos with no chili but with extra cheese on the side. We got a plan plate of nachos with Everything on the side. The comment from the person who brought it was priceless. " I didn't understand the order so I brought you this" so extra cheese on the side resulted in everything on the side? But wait there is more. When I asked if the cheese they brought (on the side) was the white queso cheese she said "ya but it's not always white" o goody the cheese you advertise as spicy white queso isn't "always" white? Wonderful. Overall for the area it's not a bad place, decent happy hour. I'm sure I will go back because compared to the other places in the area its a good value.

O Charley's has a new manager who is really great! We had a mix up in our to do order and they more than made up for it by mailing us 2 coupons. When we came in to use our coupons, the new manager was very warm and friendly and went out of his way to accommodate us. Their Rib Eye Steaks were delicious! We usually add on a side of their onion tanglers which they really make nice and crispy. Also, Wednesdays are the best days to go because you get a free pie!

Under new management. Chris and his team are definitely going the extra mile to make you happy. The food is good, the standard O'Charley's fare. Served hot and fresh, I've never had a bad meal here. And now it comes with better service. I'll take it!

Been a customer for years. My wife loves the chicken pecan crusted salad. So we use carry out often. Last evening was a disaster. Arrived at 6:30 on Sunday evening and 5 cars of customers there I went in to pick up my order and one of the customers in side said she had been there for 40 minutes, another was missing half their order. My order was supposedly ready, but was opened several times and I would intergect that was my order. After this happened several times a "manager" responded to my query " I hope my dinner is still warm" by opening my dinner and touching my salmon with his finger and said"the foil will keep it warm. When I got home the balsamic dressing for the salad was missing, my side salad was missing and the cedar planked salmon was replaced by a dried up piece of fish with a aged piece of lemon, and my hush puppies were extremely dry and over cooked. The rolls were good. As a whole totally unacceptable experience was had by all. Left a message for the general manager to call me today .

I've had many more poor experiences at O'Charley's than positive experiences but they have made improvements at this store. The menu has been completely revamped and the store has been remodeled. It's only been in the Hendersonville location for a few years, but the remodeling looks good. The food was prepared perfectly and our server was fantastic. I still find O'Charley's to be a little pricey for the quality of food but it's a better value with the $9.99 menu items. I order the Tuscan Chicken which is a grilled chicen breast with melted cheese served atop a Parmesan pasta. The chicken was pretty good and the pasta was quite good. I also added a spring green salad and always good (how do you screw up cooked sweetened condensed milk) Caramel Pie. The salad was ample and had a good variety of greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and the always good O'Charley's Blue Cheese Dressing. My wife had the grilled chicken salad and she raved about that. My son ordered and I tasted his French Dip and it was piled high with meat and well worth the $10.99 with a loaded baked potato. Our server did a great job and she was attentive and very friendly. Our food arrived as we would have expected it to and we never had to ask for refills. The total bill was $43 but I felt this was fair but not outstanding. Overall the other servers seemed to be working hard and the manager was busy and visible in the dining room. We'll go back based on this meal. Hope they can keep their act together.

I've been to several different locations of this chain but this was the first time at this particular one. Kids chose it because they love the rolls (which are pretty darn good btw). We arrived a little after 6 and there were plenty of empty parking spots so we figured it'd be easy to get a seat and served quickly. We were correct. My initial impression was that the outside of the building and parking lot looked warm, cozy, and inviting. The inside, not so much. Was way too bright for me but that's a minor thing really. Didn't seem overly clean but certainly not dirty. The hostess wasn't overly nice and cheery which normally I would expect them to be since they are the first impression, after all. We were seated within 2 minutes and brought some bread and menus. No silverware. We had to ask for that AFTER we had ordered appetizers and salad. Minor annoyance. The kids' food (chicken tenders, fries) and the rolls were perfect. Salad and the mixed appetizer (potato skins, cheese wedges, chicken tenders) were also great. Waiter kept our drinks full and was funny with the kids. My only real complaint was that the chicken (I got Tuscan and wife got Italia) were both a little too charred. Pasta was also quite greasy and a tad cold. We got a chocolate brownie with ice cream on top for dessert and it was awesome. Kids destroyed it! All in all, much better than the horrible visit we had to the location in Goodlettsville a couple of months ago. Might go back again if we are in the mood. Was maybe a little high priced but not too bad.

Food was good but service was somewhat slow. One rule of customer service...don't try to give an excuse for why service might be slow even when you are busy and a table of 15 was just seated.

Been here multiple times, only because I keep getting giftcards to this place. Let's start with the rolls, they are hit or miss. They are either pretty good, or stale and terrible. What gets me is the tv promotions that focus on the rolls as some new invention that only O'Charley's knows how to create. How do you make a profit in the restaurant industry on free rolls? I digress, the entrees are over-priced and just generally unsatisfying. Salads, Burgers, Pastas, you name it, they are all just OK at best. The soup selection is alright, but the potato soup is heated up Cheez Whiz. Lunch menu is terrible, and nowhere to be found on weekends (may have changed since I last went). Service is okay. I have been to multiple locations, and I just generally dislike this restaurant chain. Chili's is better than this restaurant in every avenue. I would even prefer Applebee's over this establishment, and that is saying a lot.

Food is real iffy to say the least. Way over priced for quality. This chain is WAY over do for a change!!

The food is great. The problem I have is portion size and price. This place is nothing more than a more expensive Chedder's. We had the Spinach and articoke dip. It was $6.99 and the portion size was small. At Chedders you get twice the amount for $4.99. Save your money and just go to Cheeders.
