Who doesn't love chick fil a?most employees are super nice and even though the drive thru is always long, it actually doesn't end up being that long to wait!

I always wonder why people write reviews on fast food...and yet here I am, writing a review on fast food. I guess I can justify it with the fact that this is the only fast food I'll eat. Period. Ok ok, yes, when I'm really really drunk you **might** find me at a Taco Bell at 2 in the morning, but that is just peer pressure. Oh...and there was that one time in Gulfport for a horse show when I went on a Backyard Burger kick...but I digress, Chick-fil-A is the only fast food I eat regularly. Wow, that was just an epiphany...I guess I do eat it quite often. Maybe that is why I haven't lost weight. Anyways, it is clean clean clean and the staff is always nice nice nice. I never worry about what they are doing to my food and even though the (2!!) lines are always wrapped around the block, it moves relatively quickly as the staff is very competent. And the food actually looks like food. This is important at a fast food place. I feel like I'm actually eating real food that isn't *that* bad for me. I mean, fattening, yes, but still real chicken.

Chick-fil-a is consistently good no matter which location you go to or what you order. The famous fried chick -fil-a sandwich is superior to any other fried chicken Sandwich at any other fast food oulet. It is always served hot and flavorful. The restaurants are always clean and the servers exceed my expectations for service.

It's an iconic standard of what Chick-fil-A is meant to be. I've always found this place clean, and running so smoothly, it should call itself the "Tasty Chicken Factory." There's a play-place for your little ones and the folks really seem to care about how well they're doing. When I couldn't stop my toddler from spilling her full box of nuggets on the floor, they replaced them for free (though I wouldn't count on this myself). Good cheap chicken and fast and friendly service with a slight twinge of perkiness. I've always found the Chick-fil-A perkiness edgy and slightly off putting, but I guess it's better than crude and rude service. I'm not giving 5 stars since there is no dedicated person in a cow suit.

For a quick meal with all the kids you can't beat this location. They have the lunch crowd down to a science complete with a parking attendant to direct you to the next open spot! Score for the friendly and efficient staff who bring your food so you don't have to keep the kids occupied at the counter. New bonus is you can exchange the toy for a free soft serve ice cream cone at the end of the meal. This location has a nice play area for kids ages 3 and younger which is safe and clean. They also have free mouth wash in the bathroom---what a nice touch! And baby wipes to wipe the kids sticky hands. The chicken is tasty and they now offer diet lemonade. This is the way to run a place, folks!

Chick-fil-a must be the best fast food place in the country. I'm convinced of it! I've never had a bad experience at one. Every other fast food place in this city must require an attitude to get hired on. The food is always fresh and the service is fast.

I eat here more than I would ever want to admit. So much so, in fact, that the cashiers and managers know me when I walk in during the middle of their busiest times. That's what separates this CFA (and most others) from everybody in the fast food world: the service. Not only do they recognize me when I walk in, they go out of their way to be as helpful and kind to every customer as they possibly can. If a mom by herself walks in with 3 small kids, you can bet that at least one CFA team member will carry her stuff out to her table without being asked. They also go out of their way to anticipate any needs you may have. Refills, clearing your tray from your table, extra CFA sauce, etc.; they are constantly making sure you have everything you need. I could go on abut the service, but I should probably talk about the food too. I've never gotten anything I didn't like, but if I did I'm pretty sure they'd replace it. Everything is always great tasting and given in good portion sizes. I get the salads a lot and they are always fresh too. This place is always clean, too, which is important to me and other germaphobes across the world. The only downsides to this CFA are the bathroom sizes and the traffic at meal times. It's such a great CFA that everyone in the nearby area wants to go there. So if you want CFA for lunch or dinner, make sure you don't go at peak meal time (12p or 6p) because it is super crowded, especially in the drive thru. In the end, this is my go-to restaurant!

Been here 4 times and they mess up my order EVERY time. Got a regular size meal when I paid for a large, Gave me chicken soup when I ordered and paid for a deluxe chicken sandwich, forgot the fries, and wrong orders. I don't know why they hire so many people to stand around by the drivethru, all they seem to do is dick around. I love Chickfila but the drivethru is unacceptable.

I love this Chick-fil-A! I've gone to this particular location for years and years, pretty much ever since it first opened in the mid-90s. This one, out of all the ones I've been to in the Memphis area (especially the ones around Cordova since there are none in Cordova specifically) has the most consistent service and food. Pretty much everyone here is super friendly. Going really late at night (I'm talking near closing time) can be a crap shoot but I can give them a free pass then. It's late and they're waiting to be able to close up. But I've never had a grounchypants at 2 pm or anything. It's always "my pleasure" and such. And like I said, the food is always consistent and yummy. It helps that this one is always busy, of course. The Walmart closing years ago didn't do anything to hurt their business, that's for sure. (There used to be a Walmart behind the CFA; it was closed and torn down after the Super Walmart a little ways down G'town Pkwy in Cordova was built.) The food's always hot, and it's hot in a just cooked way, not in a sitting under a lamp way. And what's even better is my order's always right. I hate pickles so unfortunately it means I'm all about special orders here.

Oh darn, darn, darn.... It's to far to drive to Jerries for a Snowcone but wait...what's this? I'm saved again! Chick Fil A to my rescue and my heroes. Like the faithful timely rescue of Lowis Lane by Superman you too can count on the quality, taste, and 100% satisfaction of any Chic Fil A icecream in cup or cone to make your day better. You scream, I scream, We all scream for IceCream....so Save room for Icecream.

I absolutely love Chick-Fil-A, my all time favorite for a quick meal! However this location is very inconvenient I waited in the drive thru line for 25 minutes! Whoever redesigned this location wasted a lot of time and money. It does not make sense and from what I've heard many others will not be visiting this location due to the high traffic and unorganized structure.

Food is always good as is most other Chick-Fil-A locations are! They are one of the most consistant fast food chains on the planet. The two stars missing from my review are for the consistant lack of service at the chain's location. Specifically speaking of the drive thru service, it seems like there is wrong food, items left out - either food, straws, or something else every single visit.

I don't give 4 stars often, and after reading the 2 reviews that were already posted, I couldn't let they ride. First of all, they are always consistently good. You can see the people in the back battering up the chicken and frying it, so you can see that it is fresh. I do not believe I have ever had them give me an incorrect order, although you do have to ask for dipping sauces if you want them and if you get your order to go, you have to remember to pick up your mayo, catsup and napkins. SO, if they want 5 stars, they would 1.) put a napkin in every to-go order and 2.) ASK if you need condiments or dipping sauces. I go through the drive in a lot and almost always forget to ask for dipping sauce. I think it depends on who is working the drive-thru, because some do ask. I think their nuggets and chicken strips are redundant and overpriced, but the sandwich, which is what was originally developed, is quite tasty. Not a bad Chicken Salad, but I wonder if it is locally made or mass produced? Still, tasty. Little known fact: Chick-fil-a has the BEST soft serve ice-cream flavor EVER!! It seriously tastes like my grandmother's homemade ice-cream. I don't eat much ice cream, but I CRAVE this! It is SO inexpensive, something like a buck for about 14 ounces??? Such a treat! Probably loaded with calories, but for a sweet treat every once in a while, worth the drive! Better yet, if you live close enough, get the brownie too, take it home, warm the brownie for a few seconds in the micro and then add the ice-cream - this is what heaven will be like! By the way, they hire handicapped individuals to help in the lobby, clearing tables, refilling beverages, bringing napkins or condiments. I think this is simply wonderful!

My favorite fast food place. I hadn't had them really since childhood, but I recently had their chicken biscuit on their free breakfast day. I've been hooked since. They are very quick, courteous, and the food tastes great! They may be a tad bit pricer, but for the quality, it's worth it.

Food is always hot and fresh. The drive through can look intimidating at lunch time, but the place is so well managed it takes about 10 min. to get through!! I'd love to see other fast food joints follow their business model.

I do not get the mass hysteria for Chik-fil-A. Anytime of the day or night the line of cars at the drive thru are wrapped around the building. At lunch, I have seen them backed up all the way to Germantown Pkwy. Are they slipping crystal meth into the chicken batter? I mean, its okay. Its pretty good. But THAT good? People are like little crack heads trying to get in there. WTH? I just don't get it.

They seem to never get orders right on the evening shift drive thru. Seriously, get someone that can actually count and can take an order.

The food here is always fresh and delicious. The drive thru lines can look daunting during lunch, but this is THE FASTEST drive thru. I have never sat in the line for very long. Customer service is one of the best in the city. There are always plenty of employees, so the service is great.
