The service was good. Staff was friendly. Food came out quick and hot. Consistent McDonald's quality. We went for breakfast and they were not very busy. Good experience.

This McDonald's was terribly slow and hotter than hot. We got inside and the line was not terribly long and thought that it would be a quick trip. Not so much. We waited over 10 min in line and then another 10 min for our food to come out. Once we sat down I felt like it may have been cooler in the outside 95 degree temperature rather than inside the restaurant. It was terrible. If you go, don't expect it to be quick or cool. It's cooler outside!

Horrible McDonalds!! They do not have the normal full menu and the staff was horrible. The place was nearly empty but most of the tables were still dirty. Avoid this McDonalds if you are able to.

Pretty filthy. It seems that no one is assigned to wipe down tables during the day. Bathrooms are disgusting. Most poorly managed McDonald's I've ever been in in terms of cleanliness.

Floor was pretty drity, tables were dirty, and they had lots of staff. Did not want to use bathroom based on dining area appearance. Ice cream machine was broken, but they had maintenance guys working on it. I hope the warm people of Gatlinburg can enjoy some ice cream soon! No Spicy McChickens.

People complain there's a McDonalds in Gatlinburg, but it really doesn't feel out of place next to the twenty different gift shops selling the same "Free Hugs" t-shirt. This location had good service, though I did confuse the girl at counter by giving her ten dollar coins, I got from the parking station. She wasn't sure what to do with them. Either way it was a good cheap break from the overpriced nonsense of Gatlinburg, plus we did get to see a bunch of highschool kids get attacked by a pigeon.

Terribal ! Rude service , unsanitary staff , and they messed up our order twice and didn't even refund us the money they overcharged us for !!!!

Well it's McDonald's. I can't give it a five because it's fast food. I am addicted though so ill give it a 4/5. Great location and isn't out of place at all. Many complain about the location, but it doesn't really bother me at all. Decently priced compared to other area eateries such as bubba gumps and the Hard Rock Cafe. Good place to get a drink or a quick meal. 4/5 TA

Absolutely the worse experience at a McDonalds I have ever had. The staff was ridiculously understaffed for the crowd. The tourists there were rude obnoxious and pushy (of course this is nothing new... They are like that all over the county... No matter were you go) The tables were dirty. The floor was sticky. The whole place smelled of dirty mop water. The entire time we were there we were hounded by flies. They were out of tea and ketchup which was par for the course. On the bland side, the food when we finally got it was normal for a McD.... You get what you pay for when you go to the Golden Arches in a tourist town. I knew better than to go on a weekend but sometimes you jump into the fire and hope for the best.

McDonalds in general never gets high marks from me because the quality of the food has taken a nose dive in recent years. That being said I love this McDonalds in particular, although I will tell you it probably has a lot to do with this being such a busy area and the staff is always challenged to keep the grills cleaned and the cupboard stocked with fresh food. The staff is always smiling and ready to help you and the food is piping hot, their coffee and hot chocolate is way above par in the quality category especially. If you like McDonalds and are in the area this is your Mickey D's, it's pretty much as good as they get and worth the money.

So after a couple of years away from good ole Gatlinburg Im driving down the parkway to my hotel and what do I see. The golden arches. I was pretty disapointed that Gatlinburg would sell out like that. I understand there is a McDonalds around every corner in any other down but C'mon. Anyways with that having been said, I was In Gatlinburg in early January 2010. It was FREEEZING. it got down to single didgets at one point the river froze over , roads were closed and it snowed every day.... Im from florida so that was a bit rough for me. Seeking some warmth I stepped into the McDonalds at the suggestion of my fiance'. We both wanted somthing to warm us up and im not much of a coffe drinker so we both opted for the hot chocolate. Im not saying it was the best ive ever had but I was very suprised at it. We ended up Stopping in Twice a day for the rest of the time we were there. I would give it a 4 strictly on the hot chocolate but im still reserving dissapointment in its location so I gave it a 3

Worst mcdonalds ever! ate here twice. both times order was screwed up. ordered vanilla coffee, got hazelnut. ordered plain hamburger, got chicken sandwich. stupid kid at cash register could not work the cash register, which said I ordered a coke, which I didn't. there was a set of halogen track lights that pulsed on and off. altogether DON'T EAT HERE!!!

Couldn't get my husband and son to wake up in the hotel room so thought I'd take a walk down the strip by myself. After eating at expensive restaurants all week (it's not cheap to eat in GB at all!) I just wanted some mcds because I knew it was cheap and quick. The floor and tables were pretty dirty. This is a little hole in the wall mcds so don't expect a full menu. Also don't expect the food to be hot or the buns fresh. The only reason I gave it three stars is the staff seems pretty friendly- I needed 22 cents to keep from breaking a ten and the cashier looked in her pocket to see if she had it. She didn't but at least she tried. Manager was friendly as well.
