Well went back to try again. When did Chili's get so expensive! If you are in for lunch on a Saturday hard to find a burger or a sand under 7 bucks. We decide to try the 2 for 20 gig. Chips and guac where decent, roasted corn made it different. The order of chicken tenders where okay, nothing special. The chicken fajitas where very strange. The chick breast was boiled or steamed with a few flicks of pepper. What happen in doing it on a grill? The rest of the fajita set-up was okay but lets face it the meat needs to be done correctly. This was not fajitas, the cast iron server was not even hot...very poor. And what's the deal in the mini marg's for 241? Really, buy some real glasses and serve them right too. This chain has lost it's way.......

stopped in for a late lunch. Must have startled the hostess, because she had to check to see if there was a table available. It was 3 pm. What? I ordered an unsweetened tea with lemon. It came out with no lemon. Asked for lemon, our server, Nicole was not pleased. The food was decent. The women's room was not. Afterwards asked for check. Waited for ten minutes. Nicole came by and picked up our plates.....waited another ten minutes and she strolled by and left a ticket on the table, with no have a nice day, not sure why. Maybe because I requested lemon twice. Probably do not want to waste your time.

I'm a sucker for Chilis. You cant be too tough rating them cause after all it is just Chilis. Don't expect a 4 star restaurant. In my opinion Chilis provide a better menu than TGI Friday, Applebee's, or O'charleys. At this location, we always get great service at the bar. Great place to catch a game late at night. Now they are offering healthier options as well but I just can't pass on that chocolate molten cake.

First of all, the hostess was a bitch. She acted like she didn't want to be bothered with us and had an awful attitude. The waitress was the same way. She didn't keep our drinks refilled and was quiet and hard to understand when she talked. My food came out so much later then everyone else's. Everyone was done eating by the time mine was done! The cook messed up and had to start over cooking it. When the waitress handed me my plate she didn't warm me that it was hot and I burned my hand and nearly dropped my food. Later I had to ask for burn cream for my hand because it started to blister! The food didn't taste good and it was cold and the salad was dry! It was the worst chilis experience I've ever had and I will not go back!

Used there mobil app to order some take out. It asked if I wanted to used the curb side service and what type of car I would be driving. it said they would bring the food out to my car. I pulled into a spot marked for curbside and waited. About ten minutes later I decided to go in and check on it. There was a sign said for curbside pickup please see bartender. I have used curb side at several other places and they come right out and get your payment and if your order isnt ready they tell you and bring it out when it is. My order was already cold. What really got me was there were several servers sitting at a table rolling up silver ware into napkins at the curbside pickup and should have seen me waiting there. also two employees came out to smoke yet nobody thought to check on the guy waiting in curbside. Very poor service.

I saw the two star rating and thought no way Chili's could be bad... Well I was wrong. On Cinco de Mayo, certainly figured there would be a wait but the hostess said it's a 30 minute wait.... Oh I mean one hour wait. We looked around the half empty restaurant and said why? (Literally half the tables were empty and clean) She responded that they didn't have enough kitchen staff and had a big rush. (You think, it's cinco de Mayo, no surprise there) So we asked if we could just be seated and get drinks, she said no I'm not allowed to seat anyone else. Horrible... Listen to the reviews, they speak the truth.

My husband and I used to frequent this location to have dinner when I worked at Cool Springs Galleria. The staff used to be great and the food was delicious. However, lately the staff has gotten very lazy and the food quality was sucky. On our last visit, we ordered the skillet queso, and after having a bite wondered if the recipe had been changed because it tasted so bad. The waiter brought us our food, but didn't bother to check on us the rest of the time we were there, even when we tried to get his attention because my salad was not fresh. There were no water refills either, so needless to say this waiter got a very bad tip for horrible service. We will no longer frequent this location and stick to the locations near where we live.

I love Chili's and have eaten at the all over the United states, but don't waste your hard earned money or time with this one. It took almost an hour to get our food and we were never offered a refill on drinks. Our waitress was full of excuses and we were horrified to hear the manager yell at the kitchen staff "Don't even think about asking me for a break!" When our food finally got to our table, it was less than warm and we immediately asked for to go boxes because we were late for hair appointment...had to wait for the boxes as well. We could have walked the check, but we're too honest. Our waitress said the manager was going to discount our bill but he never came back to the table. I found him before we left, but he just gave me a blank stare when I brought it up. I plan on contacting their corporate office because judgIng from their other reviews, they obviously have a big problem at this location. I struck up a conversation with a woman at the hair salon and told her about our experience and ironically she had the same bad experience under the same manager's watch. Now I will say the food tastes ok - but we could tell it sat out for a while before we got it.

This is by far the worst Chilis I have been too. Service was just as bad as the food. The food was cold and looked grosser than it tasted. The place was dirty, the urinal didn't flush and the bathroom was enough to make you gag. There is a reason this place is empty. Stay away.

The place was half empty and the hostess told us that it was going to be a 20 minute wait because they were really struggling tonight. Turns out she was right. When we were seated the waitress told us that we could sit on her section but it was going to take a really really long time to get to us. She was right also! After a while we just all left and went to Famous Dave's across the street. I don't think they noticed in the least. It's a real shame because we really were looking forward to it.

Chili's Grill & Bar one of my favorite buisnesses....except this location The Good: Waitress was friendly, helpful. Clean establishment. The Bad: 1st of all it was a Wednesday night so not busy at all. Why did it take 43 Min's after we ordered our food for it to be delivered?! 1 burger meal, 1 kids meal and a half rack of ribs dish...43 Min's! almost an hour. OK. so if you look past that ordeal here is another,..wifey informed the girl who served our food that she needed garlic toast, so we waited...and waited.....and waited....during this whole time (31mins) no waitress, no return of girl who dropped off food returning NO ONE...so wifey decided to just eat slowly in hopes that an employee would walk by. Long story short we finished our mediocre meals and was just plain disgusted and tired ready to leave. Our waitress finally returned and after informing her what happened she apologized but hey it is what it is....will not be returning to this location

It's a shame that I HAVE to give this Chili's one star. I've been to many Chili's restaurants in my life and this is the worst one that I can't believe is still open. The entire restaurant was filthy, the wait staff was non existent (and idiots), and the food wasn't worthy of eating. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME WHEN I SAY "GO SOMEWHERE ELSE"!!!!!!

We went to try out this restaurant. Matt had told Tony that the Ribs was really good!! So, while out one day shopping at the Cool Springs Mall, we said "WHY NOT?" so we went. The restaurant was very clean and bright..not enough tvs available to watch for Tony's taste but the decor was very lovely and very mexican...with the bright oranges, yellows and reds. We ordered the 2 for $20 ...we choose the Queso Dip and chips for the appetizer and he took the 1/2 rack of ribs and i chose the chicken fajitas....very good choices. I drank my usual unsweetened tea with lemon and lime and Tony had budweiser Light draft...2 for one happy hour special..we had a great meal. The chips were so thin and awesome!!! We really enjoyed the queso dip. It was very tasty with meat and cheese and jalapenos..I loved it. We will go again!!!

It is sick that I was waiting for over about 10 minutes for my to-go order to come out to me. 7 minutes before anyone even came up to me in my car. If I wanted to waste that much time I would have sat and eaten inside a restaurant.

Great new lunch combos! My waiter was prompt and attentive so what more could I want for a good work week lunch! I also love that I can pay at the kiosk at the table if I'm in a hurry. Not that there was a need since the waiter was there - it was just nice to know I had the option.

Guess we have had good luck with food and service compared to the others reviews. Have noticed pricing has gone up but seems like many places have done the same. We haven't had any problems with service or food temp. Grant it we usually stop by this one for an early dinner so no wait, service is good and food served hot and timely. We will keep coming but each their own.

Stopped in to grab late dinner at Chili's in Cool Springs tonight. We sat in the bar area and our server, Whitney immediately greeted us. We ordered chips and salsa for an app, which came out super fast. For dinner we each had the "triple dippers". The mini burgers were pretty good, the buffalo boneless wings were adequate, and the egg rolls were AWESOME! All in all the dinner was good, Whitney (our server) was very friendly and did a good job, and the restaurant was nice and clean.

As well all know Chili's is a chain... I do not frequent Chili's at all. I found myself here because someone nicely gave me a $25 gift card that I decided to redeem tonight with a friend. We got the boneless buffalo wings as an appetizer. We also got the free chips and salsa that you receive when you Check-in via Foursquare. We both got the Shinerbock burger with fries. Everything tasted just ok. Nothing special at all. I have never been one to be impressed with Chili's. Its one of the most chainiest places I think someone could eat. It just smells of chain restaurant... I would not recommend Chili's to anyone looking for quality food.

WOW! Bad doesn't describe this. Went in because we had a giftcard to use. Needless to say we still have said giftcard, and here is why. We walked in around 2pm on a Sunday afternoon to a pretty empty restaurant with a few people hanging out. Good quick service was to follow, HA RIGHT! We were sat by who we assume was the manager. A girl shows up 5 minutes later to take our drink order, waters on such a hot day. Easy to keep up on, right? WRONG! My wife had to get up to get a refill from the bar. I ordered the advertised "New App trio Sampler' and my wife for a buffalo chicken salad w/ grilled chicken. Easy peesy, right? WRONG! Her salad came out and there was no dressing. My sampler came out and here is where it gets good. The southwest egg rolls were tasty. No complaints. The boneless buffalo wings were cold, dry, soaked in some sweet sauce most certainly not buffalo, had some dark hairs mingled in with them. The Guacamole burgers were cold as ice and dressed with a few more hairs. My french fries we , you guessed it right cold and old. Our waitress came back and said that she would get my wife's dressing and would take care of getting me new hot food. Awesome. 10 minutes later, my wife is still waiting for her dressing and again we need more water. Our waitress finally comes back with the dressing a few minutes later and says that my food will be out quickly. Another 5 minutes goes by and I get my fries those are hot and after planning to eat a few on the side at the beginning, that was my meal. She states that the sampler is just about ready. We joked that "right away" would be another 20 minutes. I'm ticked at this point. My food finally makes its way out a time later, who knows ho long at this point, delivered by the manager. He asks if it looks good and walked away. I go to dig into my hot and delicious food, HA! The chick and the egg rolls were hot and delicious and fresh but the burgers, ICE COLD and the GUACAMOLE HOT! IM DONE NOW! Our server comes back over and ask how everything is and I just ask for our check to get the hell out of dodge. This is ridiculous! When you "re-fire" food you are making up for your mistakes! You check that food 10 times before sending it out. The manager walks over and asks what is gong on and we tell him and he says, I don't know at this point, I was not listening and I just wanted my damn check! He asked what the issue was and I told him and he said he would talk to them. I asked again 5 more times for our check so we could just leave and he said to just not worry about it. He also said that he would let us take whatever we wanted to take. So the hot and fresh chicken and the rolls, I took. We've had bad experiences before with Chili's and just should not go back. The server asked for us to come back and tried to make everything better but her service wasn't any better than the old, cold food. I sure hope someone reads this and does something about it. Restaurants and businesses(large and small) are falling left and right still. Put on your "A:" game and act like you give a damn or you might just be the next to fall Chili's.

Okay, it's a chain restaurant, that being said, just because it is a chain does not mean service and quality will be consistent from one location to the next (points to my review of the Chili's in Rivergate). Having said that, this is one of the better locations I have been to. The staff is nice and on top of things. They actually make an effort to make you feel welcome, get your order right (they upgraded a bar order for a diner sitting across from my fiance and me for free because the messed up the original order) and ensure you have a good experience that makes you want to come back. That being said, for a chain they have some of the best food in their category (Steak, BBQ, Burgers and Tex-mex), and are consistent with that quality from one visit to the next (sadly not always from one location to the next). I am a huge fan of their nachos; and while not the best I have ever had, they are still very good and perfect comfort food for me. Also, both my fiance and I love their skillet queso (yes I love cheese), and they have a wide variety of other tasty dishes as well. Like every visit before, my fiance and I have never had a bad experience at this location and would gladly recommend it to any of our friends. That being said, it is definitely a viable option this October, when my fiance and I go to GMX at the Cool Springs Marriott.

Eating here now and found roten lettuce in my salad and what looked like black grease from the grill ( I ordered a house salad no meat) and the manager argued with me that it was cilantro...I cook and know whay cilantro is and that was not cilantro!!! Worst service/ manager EVER!!!

I had a horrible experience here. I don't think it even deserves one star. No one was waiting at the door to seat people, so we decided to sit down. We got nearly chewed out for sitting down on our own. The whole restaurant was dirty. Every table looked nasty, including ours. The only time we saw our waitress was when she took our order. She never made the effort to come back by. I will never go back to this Chilis. Oh and we could see the cooks in the kitchen eating while they were cooking.

The food is pretty good and the service is usually pretty good as well. However, I was very, very disappointed by their "curb" service. We sat at the designated spot for over 45 minutes. The waiters saw us and they did nothing! They didn't ask anything, they didn't come out or anything. Finally, my father went up to the back door and talked to one of the servers. The said about the guy who's supposed to bring the food out, "Oh...him? Yeah he's not here today. Sorry. Come ask the bartender". Um...WHAT? Why was there no sign on the door? We checked both doors and there was n't one, there wasn't one on their site either. No apologies at all. The food was of course, very cold and mostly wrong. It was a shame too as it was a birthday dinner for a family member. Oh, and while we were waiting by the window, we could also see the servers. I'm not kidding, I was was....but one waitress put her HAND in a customer's food basket and ate several pieces licking her fingers, then wiped them on her apron and gave it to the customer. Disgusting.
