I had to stop and try out the birthday cake frappuccino! I must say it was perfect for ME I'm in LOVE My service was awesome!

Updating from my last review: Went back and tried again. This time the staff was very pleasant and friendly. Two young men. The young man on the register was cordial, rather soft spoken and took a while to ring me up (maybe he is new). Overall way better customer service than in previous visits. Ordered my regular drink. It was just ok. When I get my caramel macchiato from this location, it never seems to have 'body' to it - not frothy at top, they are watery compared to my normal location. When paying $5.50 for a medium coffee, I would really like it to taste like more than just the watery coffee i can make at home. Oh well. Guess I will just keep going to the one on the other side of town. ------ Too long to type the full story, but the customer service here is poor. It's not always, but today it was. They made my coffee wrong 3 times - i finally figured out they were putting in sugar free vanilla instead of regular (didnt order that) - and do you think I got an apology or a coupon or anything? Instead, I got a funky attitude from the guy behind the counter making the coffee. The young man making the coffee needs to be fired, his attitude sucks. Going back to my regular Starbucks.

Terrible Hours. They close way too early for such a busy location. They are in the same parking lot as a 24 hr Wa-Mart and a Super Target and they close at 8 pm on a weeknight?!? Give me a break. There are several churches near by that have Tuesday and Wednesday services and meetings and this location would benefit if they were open later. Not much room for seating and the staff it not pleased to see you enter right before they close. Go to the Macon and Germantown Parkway location if you can.

Ok, first off, I love Starbucks coffee so this review is intended only for this location and its staff, not the coffee drinks themselves. I've been going to this particular store on my way to work for the past 4 years and never had a complaint, however, due to recent staff and management changes the service at this location and the quality of their drinks has gone consistently down hill in the past 90 to 120 days. It seems it has now reached an all time low thus prompting me to write this review. My usual drink is a skinny Caramel Macchiato and a low fat berry coffee cake. I didn't try to take a sip from my cup until I got to the office. The drink was so horrible, I ended having to dump it out - bitter tasting coffee with a hint of cream or something and definitely no caramel. When I took the pastry out of the bag, it was totally dried out and old. I could not bear to swallow the first bite I took as a result and ended up disposing of it also. Again, I consider myself a Starbucks customer but this was the worst experience I had there and when I tried to call, nobody would pick up the phone. I recommend giving this location some time to sort out their issues and plan to stop by on the way home to alert them to this because spending almost $8 on breakfast to end up with nothing is a little steep. If you read this and live in the area, I recommend going to another location just down the street at the corner of Macon Road and Germantown Parkway - they also have a drive through and seem to have their act together when it comes to providing quality service on a consistent basis. I haven't had a problem there before and frequent this store mostly on weekends when I have more time due to their nice seating arrangements.

As much as I'd like to not jump on the MASSIVE Starbucks-is-awesome bandwagon, every time that I've been there it's been great. Seriously. Every drink is delicious. My most recent discovery is the shaken Tazo green tea. It's so good and a bit sweet. Lighter than a heavy coffee drink -- just a little pick-me-up and pretty cheap. They need gluten-free/dairy-free options in the bakery. They'd sell out, guaranteed.
