If I wrote a review based on Hallie (bartender) and the Manager on duty ...I would have rated a FIVE, but due to less than optimal food portions & time to deliver food, I have to discount the STAR rating to THREE. We sat at the bar and had drinks, which were quickly & efficiently delivered to with a smile by Hallie. We then ordered dinner, the chicken strips & steak & lobster. There appeared to be some kitchen help issues as the steak I ordered medium, was delivered WELLDONE!, and lobster tail small portioned. When the steak was sent back, it seemed an eternity to get a new steak cooked as ordered. The Manager was VERY apologetic and finally delivered a steak that was just as ordered, and we witnessed the same experience with the customer to the right of us. The chicken strips were the BEST, cooked to perfection, but small portioned. I've eaten at many Outback locations and every time the food/service was perfect.....until I ate here!!

This is still considered my least favorite chain restaurant in this area. I agreed to go here with a friend and our two children for Mother's Day. It was not very busy so seating was easy this time. Once we were seated, our drink order was taken and delivered. We then put in our lunch order and then asked for some bread. When the bread arrived, we had no utensils or plates, so we asked for those. Then we asked another server to bring the stuff because our regular server did not bring them. The meals arrived and we checked our food. Everything looked okay but what is so disappointing about the Outback Steakhouse is the overpriced menu items that come on too big of a plate without any presentation or a normal size plate with undersized portions. Visually it is not worth the money nor are the portions, and the flavor of the foods are not even that great. There was a reason I have not been back here in almost 5 years. Goodbye Outback Steakhouse and hello other competitors. This is definitely a place to avoid. For the prices, you'll pay the same and get BETTER food at the Foglight Foodhouse. CONS: pricing, quality, overpriced, management never checked with us, overcooked steak and lobster sent back PROS: easy seating

Went there for lunch today. There was 1 other table seated besides us. Our waitress was Brooke W. She forgot out appetizer, did not fill up our drinks one time, and my husband had to get up and go get his own sugar. There was a bartender and a waitress eating at a booth in the bar. We waited for 35 minutes for our food!! The service was terrible. We eat at this outback at least once a week. We won't be going back for a while!

This place needs a management overhaul. Service is slow and not well trained. I have eaten at many, many Outback establishments and they have all been consistent until now. I ordered a glass of wine...out of stock. Ordered a different wine...several days old...no thank you. Ordered a blood Rita... Out of tequila. Are kidding me! Ended up with a beer and then they brought me a glass of wine. So here I am 30 minutes and still waiting for my appetizer. Jeez! Can't wait to see what happens next. Don't visit here. Not a good dining experience. Somebody needs to start caring. Can I give less than one star.

To give you a little background, I worked at 3 different Outbacks from 1998-2002 and worked as a waiter and a manager. I love the company and the food. I drag my family there as often as I can. This time we were settling in after 2 days of driving to NC from TX. The waiter seemed nice but a little cocky. When we ordered our drinks, my wife hesitated, knowing that I knew what she wanted. "Wallaby Darn," I added. I hesitated as she looked back at me still unsure, "Peach bellini." The waiter nodded as if he knew exactly what we had ordered. Someone else appeared after several minutes with what I suppose they now call a Peach Bellini, even though the menu describes the Wallaby as "An Australian Peach Bellini." No problem. We just miscommunicated. He took them away but shortly returned saying, "They want you to try them. They don't think you have even tried them." Knowing what I wanted but never turning down a taste of something good, I obliged. "Good, but we wanted the Wallaby Darn." He was a little taken back but took them away. The drinks soon appeared. When we ordered our food, I asked for the Alice Springs chicken and a caesar salad. I guess in 10 years, I didn't realize that some get a salad as a side and chips (fries) aren't assumed. He didn't bring me fries. He explained the miscommunication once again and brought me a side order of fries. When they arrived, I couldn't believe how small they were. I didn't need more food, but for $2.99, I expected more than a small french fry from McDonalds. Even my three year old got more fries than me. When I asked if this was normal, the waiter explained that they are supposed to be 8-10 oz of fries and when cooked down, it comes out to be 6-7 oz. I can't believe that's really the case. He asked if I would like a couple more ounces of fries, which would have been 2-3 fries, given the pervious serving. The chicken was a little dry and the server was a little cocky. I can't believe I'm complaining about Outback, but for $60 for 2 adults and a three year old, I expect more. I expect you to just bring me more fries and to not speak condescendingly to me like I don't know what I really wanted. I expect the level of service that I was once accustomed to working there.

Typical chain restaurant with not great food. I've had to send food back multiple times. Waiters were very slow. One time I went they were being kind of racist to my older brother who looks more Mexican then me. What a great way to show him TN! He was visiting me I had to convince him that not everyone was like that here :(

I don't understand the comments about bad service. We had great service last night. We tried the Shrimp and Lobster Bites appetizer and they were excellent! I love the chili lime dipping sauce. My wife's steak was overcooked and the staff was very quick to correct. Overall a good experience.

First sign of trouble should have been that it was the only restaurant on the block that was not packed. We walked in and found 4 families waiting to be seated and were told that it would be a 20 min wait. There was an entire section of the restaurant ( approx 10 tables) that has nobody sitting in it. Greeter and what I assume was the manager stood and talked to one another while it appeared that only 1 waitress was working. I might understand the wait if it was peak hours but it was 2pm on a Saturday and they had been open since 11am. We are Outback regulars but this is out first and last time at this location.

Bad service. Empty tables everywhere. Long wait. Snotty hostesses.

Sorry Outback, you're normally higher stars for this lady's taste. But this one...leaves a little to be desired. I went both times with my family, and both times my brother and father had to send their food back because the server had heard wrong (different servers) and had given them burgers that were pink in the middle. Not just a little understandable pink, but...blood dripping out, pink. I remind you, this was both times. And both times the servers were very apologetic, but..come on guys. Even my little flatbread pizza was poorly presented. Barely anything on it. One of the slices literally had no toppings on half of it. It was my birthday :( And my parents were fed up with this restaurant by that point. So my birthday dinner was a bit sad afterward and I had to pull everyone together to keep my parents from going into "rage-mode". Poor guys..But I mean...the manager came out and apologized, paid for my flatbread and gave us two slices of cheesecake instead of one (for my birthday). The other time that they had messed up (the first time we went) we didn't get any perks (which is fine), but I think by that point we just wanted to bolt anyway. The food is good when it's made correctly, the servers are very eager to help and do their jobs, but get too confident. Good luck guys. Sadly my family won't go there anymore after two bad experiences in a row...just step it up a bit. I'll try and convince them to go again :)

One of the better Out Backs, I've been to. The staff is always super nice and my drink is never empty. They even gave my nine year old an extra loaf of their bread to take home. The food is always above average and a decent price for what your getting. I'm almost full by the time the main course comes. Filling up on the bread, blue cheese wedge salad, and walkabout soup, and of course a blooming onion.
