The rest of Cookeville's fast food chains should pay attention to this Chick-fil-A. There's always a large line at the drive through. The dining area is packed. Staff is friendly, respectful, helpful and carry smiles whether taking out the trash, filling up a drink or cleaning a table. No one is lazy. The restaurant is clean. Customer always leave happy and vow to return. This is the lasting model for a good fast-food chain and no one else in town has come close to figuring it out. Sure, it's not amazing food, but when it comes to fast food there's nothing better in town. This massive chain has mastered the art of delivering great service and food that caters to healthy (somewhat) and non-health conscious eaters. There's tasty, fresh salads to compliment more traditional fast-food flare like the awesome Spicy Chicken Sandwich (yum). Whether you're 2, 22 or 80, there's something on the menu for everyone here.

I've eaten here numerous times and always receive quality that I come to expect. Here's the deal though: 1. Kid clearly was coming in, out of uniform, to begin his shift. After thanking him for grabbing the door for me, he responds with the Chuck-Fil-A phrase, "my pleasure." I can't fathom hearing that from a high school kid, not clocked in, at any other restaurant. Kudos to him. 2. While washing my hands before ordering, I overheard a manager respectfully asking another student when she was due to clock in. She replied 330 (it was about 315). In a nondemanding, respectful voice, she asked if she would mind clocking in early (they were slammed). Without hesitating, the girl excused herself from two friends and walked to clock in. The manager thanked her. Solid employees you are developing...both entry level and managerial.

Ugh! Worst Chick-fil-a in the country, chicken is consistently dry and breading is bitter. Also, the men's room was filthy in the exreme, making me wonder about the cleanliness of what I can't see on the back line. The loby area was clean, but if they let the restrooms get that bad, even when it's not busy, how well to they clean areas customers can't see into? I will never eat there again. Why risk your health and well being?

Ummmmm. Delicious! What can go wrong at the Chik-Fil-A? Breakfast, lunch or dinner time is always appropriate for a Chick-Fil-A stop but on this particular occasion we were on our way to Maryville, Tennessee. The parking lot of any Chik-Fil-A is always packed along with a drive through full of cars that wraps around the building and today was no exception. We went into this location and it was a sea of orange! We were in Rocky Top country and it was a game day. All the locals were out and about meeting up at their favorite eatery. The tune of "See ya'll, Hi ya'll, love ya'll" rang in my ears. Despite the crowd we were served almost in the blink of an eye. The staff is always cordial with their "My Pleasure" attitude. The dining area is clean and the kids play area was like a magnet to the kids that ate with their parents. Nuggets and waffle fries were on par as they always are!

Chick-fill-A was our destination while traveling trough Cookeville, TN. In fact the selection of restaurants along the street where Chick Fil-A is excellent. We ordered the meal with the sandwich and another ordered the 12 count nugget. We were told we could have a small drink at no cost if we ordered just the sandwich and fries. We ask for the small drinks with the meal and was told that we could have a senior drink which we opted for . The senior drink was complimentary. The staff at the counter was among the most friendly we have ever seen anywhere. We ask for a refill on our drinks and the counter crew was just as courteous and friendly on a refill as with our originally order. This is a great stop.

We got there just as 100+ young people walked in ... the staff handled it well, got everybody fed cheerfully and quickly. Great place!

I'm breaking my no fast food reviews rule again. But this location is worth bending the rules. There's just something different about Chic Fil-A compared to other fast food joints, something about the service and somewhat over priced chicken, that they really seem to go the extra mile. This location in particular has friendly staff, good service, and they always seem to say "My pleasure." The food is awesome too, The spicy chicken sandwiches, shakes, and surprisingly good chicken noodle soup. The receipt nights are must for this guy.

I love the chicken strip meal with Polynesian Sauce; I even use it on my waffle fries when I indulge myself. Shakes are handspun and of excellent quality. I haven't ordered anything I haven't been pleased with.

Wow!! This was theeee best chick-fil-a food I have ever eaten (and we have traveled the US by car a lot)!! The fast food thru drive thru around 4pm on a Friday was QUICK & SEAMLESS headed from Nashville to Knoxville for a concert!! Also easy to pull around grab gas & get back on 40!! 12pc nuggets & waffle fries buffalo sauce, ranch & honey mustard HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

You know this is one of my least favorite Chick-Fil-A restaurants. A couple meals I've had here were mediocre. I guess I'm just spoiled by the usual amazing quality and consistency of this chain. Eat here!
