32 Degrees now called 20 Degrees has been in town for a while now. The place has a rotating selection of Froyo, so your favorite might not always be available. One good thing is they always have a non dairy sherbet to choose. Which is great for my family, as my son is allergic to dairy. From there you get to load up your froyo with as many toppings as you please. Fruits, cereals, candies, gummies, and of course... sprinkles. You pay based on weight, a little pricy for a frozen treat, but it's better then 31 Flavors. There's plenty of seating, and the staff is nice. Good for a hot summer day or even a cold winters night.

I have never ever ever whatsoever, having come from So Cal, where I have been enjoying froyo for eons, seen signs plastered everywhere saying not to eat until after you pay. Duh. I was flabbergasted! Then the wing nut female that appeared to be "in charge" told husband, who asked how to get hot fudge, as the hot fudge, marshmallow and hot Carmel containers were hermetically sealed, that they wrap the fudge up before they close (it was 9 pm Friday, sign on door says close 10 pm,and yelp says 11 pm on Friday). Holy Moley! What a bunch of BS. I cut my teeth on this stuff. Get a clue.

Came to this place for the first time today, but will not be coming again. Sign says 20% of sales donated to charity between 4 and something PM today. (I was there at 4:10.) I went to check out, and the guy asked me, "Would you like to donate a dollar to Putnam County Habitat for Humanity?" So I said "Sure," and then paid $6.85, a dollar more than my actual bill. Then I said, "And 20% also goes to Habitat, right?" The guy then said, "No, we don't actually donate a percentage. It's just the donations." I said "WHAT?" The sign clearly says that 20% of sales is donated to the charity of the day." So the guy then says, "Oh, that's not all charities. It's just the donations." Now I'm wondering whether my extra dollar will even go to the charity. Like I said, I won't be coming back. The yogurt was pretty tasteless anyway. I'll go back to the other yogurt place in town, where the yogurt - and service - are great, and where they don't lure people in with phony claims about donating to charity.

My wife and I were in Cookeville visiting a friend for his birthday and decided to stop in for a cool treat before traveling back home. We walked in and were greeted byes a less than enthused employee. The decor, music, LCD menu screens, and elaborate wall fountain were incredibly distracting and unnecessary. It felt like we were in a place that was more focused ones trying to be hip and more like a club than a nice yogurt shop. It was quite obvious that more money was spent on decor and expensive technology including a whip cream holder and spoon dispenser rather than investing in creating a positive experience for customers and how they are served. As my wife and I stood at the three yogurt dispensers we knew there had to be sample cups available so we asked an employee who was cleaning a table and texting on her personal phone. She went behind the counter and said I have to get the samples for you. She grabbed the cups without washing her hands and met us by the dispensers. After we told her what flavors we wanted to try she filled our sample cups and handed them to us as it was their policy customers are not allowed to get there own sample. Further adding to the feeling that we were being babysat, there were numerous signs with "Do not...." messages plastered around the shop. Having those signs did not make me feel welcome in the establishment. In fact, it made me want to leave quicker. Overall the yogurt was good. However, the lack of friendly service, menacing signage, and discotheque atmosphere, made this experience less than enjoyable.

Some girlfriends and I had a small night out last week and decided to treat ourselves to some frozen yogurt. I had never been there but my friends had nothing but good things to say about it. When we walked in we were greeted with nothing but smiles. After finding out I had never been there before an employee told me many interesting facts about the yogurt and gave me a few samples. I proceeded to make my tasty treat and enjoy the evening with my girlfriends. While in the establishment I noticed how much children loved the place and decided to take my family out for a healthy snack a few days later. Overall an amazing addition to cookeville.
