1 star is generous. look. if you're even a halfway serious golfer; even if you like to drink and party while golfing (which I had to do to even stomach this place) you'll be appalled by this course. the greens, while small and shaggy, weren't really in all that bad of shape... that's the only props they'll get. the fairways were ATROCIOUS. it was clear that they don't mow or maintain as the ubiquitous patches of clover were mature and in full bloom. I don't mean the rough. I mean full on middle of the fairway and all around the greens. the fairway patches that weren't barely covered with grass were literally bald. cold. hard. packed dirt! if you couldn't care less about golf and just want to have fun. go for it. but under no circumstance should you waste the gas to get there if you don't live in Columbia. just got back from a round there and I cannot tell you how disappointed and thoroughly disgusted I am with the place. wack. just wack.
