My first time eating here, I ate with 2 other people. Our table got the steak fajita nachos, chicken chimichangas, and a super combination. Honestly it wasn't really.. good the nachos were good at first but as you got to the bottom they became very watery and the steak was inconsistent. The chicken chimichangas were not very tasteful there was suppose to be 2 but it was just 1 cut in half... The super combination was overpriced for what your getting... The rice and beans were very standard and lack flavor. Overall the service was good our waiter was very nice and attentive, however there were employees standing around talking and on their phone.. I do not plan to return but if I do i would make sure the food is grilled with no lettuce!

I really like the nachos here. I haven't really tried much else but I've liked what little I have tried. I didn't give it a 5 because I don't like the noisy environment.

Don't know how the food is. Been here 45 minutes and still no food. Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen so this one won't be getting anymore dimes of mine

Never coming here again. This place sucks. This is the worst Mexican place I have been to in a long time and a prime contender for worst ever. They got my order wrong. Small serving sizes and bland food. Whoever reviewed this and called it authentic is full of it. They have lame salsa. No hot sauce on the table so when I asked for hot sauce the guy gave me a crazy confused look and then informed me that they had hotter salsa but I would have to pay extra for it. Not cool IMHO....but the food was so bland and salsa so lame I opted for this extra. Never coming here again.

We have never been disappointed when going to this place, every time we go they act like they were waiting just for us! The guacamole salad is the best anywhere and they don't mind putting a tad extra on it if you ask. Fajitas wonderful and the beef enchiladas are always right on point. We followed them here after they moved from Germantown and never regretted it! To sum up, the most consistently prepared dishes each and every time! Owner is also very hospitable. (Roberto)

Good, average Mexican food. The food is good, but basically the same as most Mexican places. Prices average to slightly higher than average.

We discovered this restaurant years ago when it was close to the Target in Germantown. Great food we loved it. People would line up on Fridays and Saturdays starting about 5 pm and it was always crowded. The Super Burritos were great and Tacos were great we loved the dip and salsa, fajitas were great and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant in Collierville seems different. The Super Burritos are different too instead of ground beef now they make them with more beans and a little beef is mixed in with the beans which makes the consistency like baby food and not pleasant. I ordered a taco and it was so greasy I couldn't eat it. I don't know if they lost their cook or just changed recipes but until til they change back to the original I will stay away.

I've been here numerous times and have never found anything I liked. I still am not very fond of this place as I dislike Tex Mex but hubby loves their nachos so we will likely be back every now and again for that. Their salsa is decent and their Ranchero Cheese Dip is excellent but it doesn't really count as a meal. Trust me, I tried to make it a meal but only eating salsa and cheese dip made me feel sick. Their food usually isn't that great, but I found the Pollo Fundido to be tolerable. I wish I could remember the things I got and hated in the past but I guess it'll just have to be Russian Roullette next time we end up here. Don't get the guac- it's plain guacamole with nothing added in. I threw in some pico from a friend's meal to make it how I like. Heads up: They have horchata! (Sometimes) It's not on the menu and they don't always have it, but if you ask for it they can tell you if they have any left or not. It's really sweet though but if you don't like sweet you can always ask for a cup of water as well and add some to it (which my hubby does). Loved: - Horchata Ok: - Nachos Locos (hubby fav) - Pollo Fundido - Ranchero Cheese Dip - Salsa Disliked: - Guacamole

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
