Tried this place out on a whim and was pleasantly surprised. Get the chips and queso. They are amazing! I recommend their 5 course special for $14.99. The service was outstanding which included a visit from the manager to explain that one of our plates had been dropped and was having to be remade. That didn't bother us because the food arrives so promptly we would still be finishing our salads anyway. He also gave us a free appetizer on our next visit when he found out it was our first visit. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

Typical knock-off of the major chain style peanut-filled steakhouses across the country. I travel for a living and always make it a point to try and find a great ribeye every couple of weeks. I was very disappointed not only in the steak which was virtually tasteless and cooked incorrectly, but also in the poor service and lengthy wait for just about everything. I'm sorry to say I won't be returning to this restaurant.

Steak and other food was great.. Was a little crowded and took awhile to get weird on. But I think that was due to we came at shift change. I would recommend and look forward to trying the burger.

This place is amazing. The steaks are so tender and juicy. The chicken fingers are so good. Everything here is just to die for. They also have the best fried pickles but they aren't on the menu you have to ask for them. The staff is great also, everyone is so friendly.

Went here for the first time a couple months ago or so. We were seated but were waiting on 1 other person to come. The whole time we waited no one ever came to serve us. When the other person came we decided to move over to a booth. We had to call for a server before they ever came to us. I ordered the 5 course meal for $15, a really good deal. It came with bread, salad, soup, entree, and dessert. I ended up with a house salad, steak and mashed potatoes, and cheesecake. The salad was great! I'm picky about my salads and I would definitely come here just for that. I had the baked potato soup and I didn't care for it, the potatoes were way too large and underdone. My friend had the chicken tortilla soup and I thought it looked really gross but it was really spicy. The steak was average, just your typical steak. The mashed potatoes were fine but the gravy (I chose white) was dreadful. It had a very strange taste to it that rendered my potatoes inedible. Cheesecake was fine. May or may not return. Did enjoy the salad!

Had a good meal here service was good and fast. Steaks were cooked properly at mid rare. We ordered the 5 course meal for 14.99 which was a great price for the amount of food. For what we payed the food quality was well worth it. Only possible thing we could say was a negative would be the food came out real quick but that's nothing to complain about. And they had a manager actually out on the floor touching tables which I am a old school restaurant manager and I thought that was a forgotten thing. Other places have this in place but the management is to lazy to do it. Really nice to see management out talking to their guests.

This was the third time I have eaten at this restaurant. We visit Cleveland often because we have family there and the location is very convenient. The previous experiences have been positive but today I was not impressed. My husband and I decided to split an order of fajitas and I ordered a cup of the loaded potato soup. My soup was brought out cold which was particularly disappointing considering it was a cool, rainy day and soup sounded perfect. The waitress was nowhere to be found and we were told that she was "very busy" by a much friendlier waitress who brought out a second, much hotter, bowl of soup. When our fajitas were brought out I noticed they weren't sizzling at all in the pan the way they normally do at every other restaurant. She had also gotten our order wrong and brought us the fajitas for two instead of just one order to split. When I opened my foil wrapped tortillas they were stuck together and had a rubbery texture. Using a tortilla from my husband's foil package, I decided to grin and bare it having already complained about the soup. It was just awful. Not only were they not sizzling, they weren't even hot! Eventually the manager came over wanting to make it right and we were not charged for our meal but it will be a while before I return if ever.

We just came across this place as we were turning around in the parking lot, and decided to give it a try. We ordered a Jumbo Fried Cheese (four super large mozzarella sticks) to start off -- was very good & fresh tasting. Some fresh tasting rolls came to our table soon after, the butter had brown sugar in it, I enjoyed it. For our main meals, my fiancee went with a 10oz Rib Eye, I ordered the "Death Burger" (minus the onions, jalapeños). Our meals were delicious, we enjoyed the food quite a bit. Our server, Edwin, was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. We'd certainly stop in to any other Santa Fe Cattle Co location again, it's a well-run chain restaurant.

This restaurant is a complete, but poorly executed, knockoff of Texas Roadhouse. Their yeast rolls are under baked. The food is mediocre and the ambiance is very blue collar. Let me preface this by saying I do not care for chain restaurants, but you would be better off going across the street to Chili's for Tex-Mex, or drive on into Chattanooga for a real Texas Roadhouse. Of course, in Cleveland, TN I'm not sure if you could expect more. On the bright side, the staff was very friendly.

We have eaten here several times when in town to visit family. There have been a few times that we have had to wait for quite some time. The food is always delicious. The Santa Fe "Taters" are amazing. The service has always been good as well. The only negative thing I can say is that there are times you'll have to wait (Friday evenings, Sunday lunch, etc.).

This restaurant continues to surprise me with the best customer service. I visited this place last night and of course for a steak. I got my steak well done and it was so good I did not have to use steak sauce for the first time in my life on a steak. Yes, it was that good. The baked potato was excellent too as it was also the best baked potato I ever had. The baked potato had salt on the out side which you can use to lick them chops with for a great taste. My server was my bartender again as I sat this time at the bar. She was very attentive and took care of me. Furthermore, she recognized me, and thanked me for being return customer, and asked me to come back. Just go ahead and give her a raise and give her the regional managers job.

Lower priced and yet the best Steaks in this town. The lines will stay long as people find out what I have The service and quality is great. Will be returning for lunch next time. Back for 4th time and my biggest complaint is the food comes to fast. Lol. Service at bar is always great and they may have the best mashed potatoes in town.

We like the food here usually but tonight we both had the Cantina Burger which is supposed to be a seasoned half pound patty. When the burgers came they looked good but after our first bite we both agreed that our burgers were very bland and flavorless. My wife even resorted to the salt shaker which she never does. The service was ok but a bit slow. As someone else mentioned, we had to wait for seating but upon getting seated noticed several empty tables. I've seen this in other places who explained to me that they were trying to be fair with the servers. I find this to be a rediculous way to run a restaurant. Customers should be seated as they arrive if there are vacent tables!

I hate to write such a bad review after seeing so many other good ones but this was my dining experience. Mine was a party of 5, we were told there would be a wait time of 30 minutes or less, understandable. It took almost an hour to be seated, this would be understandable as well but there were several empty tables once we were inside and remained empty until half way through our meal. We each ordered steak, all were ordered cooked Medium. There is no other way to describe our steaks but Rare, not Medium Rare but Rare. 4 of us accepted the steaks as is but one sent theirs back to the kitchen to be cooked more. By the time it was finally returned to our table the rest of us had finished our meal. The person that brought it out did take great care to see that it was cooked correctly and we were satisfied with it. 4 of the 5 steaks were very tough, I would describe it as having to 'saw' the meat instead of cutting it. One of the females had to have one of us 'saw' her steak because it was so tough. Being so rare didn't help either. One steak out of the five was tender, under cooked, but tender. The Baked Potato had entirely too much Salt Seasoning on it, same with the French Fries. After our drinks were refilled there was not one cube of ice remaining in the glass. I never got the Steak Sauce I requested. What was good? The Salad was, as was the bread that was very hot and fresh out of the oven. The Bill was $75 for the 5 of us, I left a $10 Tip. All of us agreed next time we want steak we would go some place else.

Foods good but the service is the worst I've ever had. Teach those servers the menu & the beer list! I asked for a beer list... The girl told me they didn't serve those. Wow. Medium rare filet mignon came out butterflied before my salad.

Ugh...just not at all impressed. It was edible, but so fake and cheap that it was gross. Won't get me again!

My husband and I were visiting family in the area and we're looking for a good place to have a steak. We saw all the good reviews here and decided to give it a try. When we first walked in we were told there would be a wait even though there were many tables open. We can understand that and we actually saw the manager cleaning tables. We were seated pretty quickly and our server came over and greeted us fast. She was very nice to us however her service was lacking. She never took any other plates off the table even after my husband piled everything up at the end of the table she would stop by and still leave all the plates there until he finally asked her to take them away. The bread they brought us was not cooked and still doughy and their appetizer was not warm.My husband and daughter ordered steak and I ordered a beef salad. My husband ordered his steak medium rare and the same with our daughters. His steak came out still purple in the middle and hers was slightly undercooked also. Our server came by and took the steaks back to have them cooked a little bit more. When my husband came back out it was overcooked and very greasy my daughters came out fine. We called the manager over to tell him about the food and all he did was make excuses about how the steaks are not frozen first and it was fresh, where was cooked on the grill and that fixing the steak would be no biggie. He never once said he was sorry for the error. The steak for my salad was very bland and tasted like it was just chopped beef. My husband never ended up eating his steak and they still left it on the bill. The managers attitude was absolutely horrible why not just saying something as simple as I am sorry. Overall when we visit the area again this would be the last place we would go.

We've eaten here quite a bit and love it. Fast and friendly service. Great food and drinks at a good price. Kids eat free on Wednesdays with a purchase of a meal of 12.99. We will continue to eat here.

1st off The place was clean. Staff was friendly. Our waitress was Great. I was with a group so she had plenty to take care of and did a Great Job. I got the fried onions to start. Very bland I had to soak them in the sauce to give them a taste. I then had the 18oz T-Bone, It was cooked to perfection ( Med Rare ) tender and good flavor. but out of 18oz's it may have had 8oz's of meat, the rest was a little bone and a ton of fat. Loaded Bake potato was ok, Black beans was just plan nasty. I love black beans but dang. Grilled Shrimp was fresh and tender, I did enjoy them. The other people I was with where 50/50 on there food too. The Chocolate Molten cake was very moist and very good. Over all I just wasn't impressed with the food for what the price is.

One and done. Nothing was exceptionally bad during my visit but I certainly can't anything was exceptionally good either. My wife had the buffalo or spicy chicken sandwich and while the flavor was good it could have stood to have a couple glasses of water poured on it. I had the burger and it really lacked flavor. The service was pretty good, but I can't say I was wowed. I generally don't do the chain thing but on the occasion that I do I would stick with the O'Charley (right out front), Outback, or Longhorn.
