Friendly service, and relatively quick at that. I managed to order a large coffe without being corrected that it was a "venti" which is a personal pet peeve. Its in a busy location so if you catch a rush it will be jammed full of people, and god forbid you go at night, but if you swing in during a slow period its pleasant. It's a Starbucks close to a mall. Need I say more? If you're looking for that fantastic, hip coffee shop where the barista is an eccentric genius, look outside of Clarksville.

Just had the worst experience ever with this Starbucks! I basically throw away 6 dollars on a frap that these employees obviously showed no love for!!! First when I give my order they tell me they no longer serve the hazelnut frap but they can make me one just change the sauce on top to Carmel, and I was ok with that. I specifically told the lady I would like light ice in my drink, once I get to the window I ask again to make sure they made it with light ice, the guy says no they didn't and I politely ask them again to make it with light ice. He comes back to window way too quick with the same first drink they'd already made and asks if this one was ok, I ask if it's made with light ice and again he says no. So of course I tell him that's not what I had ordered! So once I do get my drink it taste like milk with very little flavor, and to top it off no whip cream! He then tells me these fraps are not made with whip cream. Psh! Like I haven't ordered enough of these drinks to know better! Needless to say I will not be returning to this Starbucks while traveling, I'll continue to stay in my home town where I know their made right!

I walked in saw 5 employees no one said hi. Watched a girl pick up a pastry and walk towards the back room while putting it in her mouth. Finally she came back out and took the guys place at the bar. He took my order and she made my drinks. She never said hi and when she handed me my drinks was not friendly. I worked at Starbucks for a long time, you greet people as the come in the door your friendly and customers always come first. I felt like I was a bother here. Good thing I was just passing through.

Fast service we was in line no more than 2 mins then out on the road, they made my white caramel mocha warm not steamy hot so I kinda like that about this Starbucks

Without multiple visits here, I would be hard pressed to truly review the place, but when we stopped in for some coffee on our way out of town they were prompt and friendly. It looks like a pretty busy location, based on the lack of spots in the parking lot, but a nearby Buffalo Wild Wings lot filled in. (I'm not sure if its a shared lot or not). If you need your Starbucks fix, you'd do well to stop in at this one.

It's a good Starbucks. They make my iced mocha just like how I like it. Just wished they got more shipment of the pastries cause it seems like they run out fast.

I can't complain. I come to this location every week and the staff is always friendly here. My order is always prepared corectly no matter how many drinks I'm having to order. I must say though I dislike the after taste the skinny Macchiato leaves in my mouth. I won't be ordering that drink again. Today I'm sticking to what I like... Caramel Latte with soymilk. Aaaaaaah!

As the top customer on Yelp, I feel I have a good perception of this Starbucks location. Service is very good and always friendly. I've been there when its busy and when it is slow and they always want to help. Drinks are the standard Starbucks so you know what to get there.

Just off exit # 4 on I-24, near Clarksville and worth the stop. Thank you Jason for your customer service, just as expected in Starbucks style. The Frozen Strawberry Lemonade is Great and addictive just like Starbucks Coffees.

Yes, it's a Starbucks, and as expected, the drinks are the same as anywhere else. I like this one though. You can tell the employees like the enviornment which comes through in their their level of friendly customer service. There is adequate parking, and a drive through. In theory, I hate the idea of a drive through, because damn, if I want a coffee I also want to chill for an hour and read or have a conversation, not get pushed through the Starbucks assembly line. But, this isn't an indie establishment anyway, and I need coffee on the run sometimes. I like the music they play. Musak me some Neko Case any day. Now if only they'd lower the prices...

By far the loudest coffee shop I've ever been in. It is impossible to hold a conversation or concentrate without headphones. Their parking is horrible due to their allowing neighboring restaurant guests park in their lot. It is not uncommon for their to be no parking and literally have two customers thanks to the management not cracking down on parking.
