Honestly their customer service sucks. They're not friendly. Not very knowledgeable and they tend to forget stuff you ordered. Like today they forgot our dessert but we were already home and not in the mood or place to drive back. Plenty of time I've gone upto the counter and just stand their. The kitchen is always full but not the cash register area. Not all Panera is like this. Just this one so far for whatever reason.

Just your basic Panera. This place get's pretty busy but they move through lines and food orders pretty quickly. They have lots of seating, indoor and out. Friendly service. I've have always been pleased with my meals here.

I absolutely love Panera Bread and the food is very good (kinda on the expensive side though), but this location sucks because you seriously can never find a place to sit. It kinda makes me mad actually, cuz you get your food and it was just my husband and i and we waited for 15 minutes just standing around looking for a seat which no one leaves for forever, then when we found one and our food was lukewarm/cold. So, get it to go i guess :)

Panera Bread is one of those places that my wife and I will go because the food is awesome and healthy, We have only lived in the clarksville area for about a month and we have already eaten here like 5 times. Food: The food choices here are really good, everything is fresh and pretty healthy. The bread is always warm fresh out of the oven and the pastries are never stale. Food almost always comes out in less than 3-5 minutes unless it is super busy. I don't like how small the sandwiches are, I like more meat, and maybe a bit bigger, probably better for me since they are small. Service: Awesome service, staff are always friendly, polite and smiling. Atmosphere: Lack of seating isn't really a concern of mine, this place is popular and that comes with the territory. I would say the eating area is pretty clean considering how many people come and go from this place. Eating outside is always pleasant too. Overall: 4 Stars, i'd give it 5 if the portions were a little bigger..

This is my first visit here, I felt like my first visit to Starbucks (confusing menu) the staff was pretty helpfully but we ended up with a $40 bill for 3 people. Extremely overpriced for what it look like a half toast sandwich. It was flavorful but after leaving I was hungry still. It is very unlikely that we return. Next time I will buy the bread, the ham, the cheese at the grocery store and I won't spend as much for one meal. Verdict, good but over priced.

This is my very first time eating at Panera, despite having one at near Memphis. Before I actually went to the place, I thought it was going to be more of a restaurant but turns out it's like a cafe. Which is totally cool with me. Walking in, there was the sweet smell of the bakery...which was amazing. But it was pretty packed when I came with a friend. The line was long, but it didn't take long for us to make our order and paid for our food. The place was placed, seating was limited but the manager was kind enough to tell those who was waiting that they should have it to go if they are not willing to wait for an available seats (which will take about 20 mins). Every body was really nice. I went and got the 2 for idk how much deal lol. I got a bowl of cream of chicken and rice and a chopped chicken cobb with avocado. It took like less than 10 mins for our food to be pick up. (We found a table btw) I didn't order a drink, but they had cups for you to get water. The piece of baguette came with the meal. It was warm and fresh, simply yummy!!!! I also love the salad because they used real chicken slices. It was a nice touch. The soup was creamy and goes well with the bread. Good food, I recommand!

Love, love, love this place. I have had the squash ravioli which is fantastic and the broccoli cheddar soup bowl which was equally fantastic. Also have to get a load of raisin bread every time I go! Just wish they had a bigger dining area.

Panera is always good. Glad they opened one up here in Clarksville. Prices run a little high, but the quality is better, and you get what you pay for. Menu/choosing can be a bit hard, it feels like your first time at Starbucks. What I like to do, is go on my iPhone in their mobile version website and choose what I want. There is an option to order online and pick up. They also have a drive thru! Two things we love to order from here are the bagels/cream cheese spreads for breakfast. The bagels are freshly baked, soft, doughy, and there are a variety to choose from. My favorite is the asiago cheese bagel. Second fav is the chocolate chip. For lunch we order the pick 2 option. Their sandwiches, soups, and salads are all great. Their smoothies are delicious, try the mango! I prefer their smokehouse turkey Panini, or the Tomato Mozzarella Panini, and chicken Cobb with avocado salad. It comes with a side. You can get a French baguette, apple, fruit cup, or baked chips. There are also great choices on their kids menu. Only drawback is the long lines. It is new here in Clarksville still, and it's a very popular lunch option but it does have a drive thru. When it's just my wife and I on a lunch date w no time constraints it's definitely dine-in, but if not we use their drive thru. They package everything really nice, especially the salad. You can take it to one of the parks here in town and enjoy it there.

2014-2015 The staff has improved and this location is not as busy. The "newness" has worn off. That being said, they're still "out of ingredients" more often than not, and the consistency of the meals isn't great. Depending on the day you visit, the food may be half-assed made and thrown together. It's all about standards...

I've eaten at many Panera's, but this one is as close to perfect as it gets. Fresh, healthy food at good prices, friendly, knowledgeable staff. (The reason I deducted a star was because it's not always clean - many times, the tables will have remnants of food on them. The waitstaff could be a bit more attentive on that issue.) The people on here that complain about the prices probably haven't eaten at a Panera before. Remember: you get what you pay for. Fresh artisan breads and bakery items, meats with no hormones or antibiotics, fresh fruit, etc. You have a choice to pay a little more for quality or load up on mystery meat and wilted veggies at fast food restaurants. I eat here every time i have to drive thru clarksville, and have always been very happy with the food and the service. For a brunch or lunch option, I recommend it whole-heartedly.

So glad we are getting more and more healthy options in Clarksville. Panera as a chain is great but I particularly like this location because its close and employees here are always very friendly (and patient when I'm taking entirely too long to figure out what to order). Yes, there's not a ton of seating so when I use the wifi to sit and get work done I go during off peak times so I'm not in the way. I love the in house bakery, last week I brought home a loaf of ciabatta and we brushed olive oil on it and put it on the grill for three minutes and used it for bruschetta... It was easy and delicious. I recommend the My Panera card program, you get little freebies the more you eat here. Free stuff, I'm a fan.

I love Panera and an happy there's one in Clarksville. I've recently moved from Dallas. The food was fresh, delivered neatly and served hot. The staff were so sweet and congenial I'm leaving a review. Laughing, joking and accommodating. I didn't go inside so I'll have to check out this wifi spot! ;)

I love Panera and have been to several Panera breads in my travels. This location so far has been my favorite. I loved the drive-thru. My order was done fast and always correct. The staff were always warm and friendly. I was in the area for several weeks dog-sitting for my daughter while she was in Europe. I had to take the pooch out for 2 walks per day and made my Panera stops after each walk. Because of this I never got the chance to go in but I could tell from the outside the inside was nice. My daughter and her hubby do not drink coffee and thus have no coffee pot. Which was fine with me because Panera coffee is the best coffee I've ever had. Love this location. So glad you are there!

The food here is really good. Healthy options are nice. However, it's essentially fast food and extremely overpriced. Costs $40 for my family of 4 to eat here, ridiculous!

Good place for a soup-and-sandwich lunch. The salads are huge, fresh-tasting and served with a chunk of baguette (as are the soups). One problem that we've frequently encountered there is a lack of seating. The "free wi-fi" seems to attract a lot of people who think of this as a place to order a cup of coffee then camp out with their laptops. On several occasions I've seen small groups of what look like college students who seemed to be using the place as a study hall, clogging up tables while diners wander around with their trays of food in search of a place to sit down and eat. Maybe the wi-fi needs to go.

My best friend and I had Panera Bread today. I had the Thai chopped Chicken Salad and she had the Pick 2 half Steak Chopped salad and Broccoli cheese soup. Mine was AMAZING with fire roasted edamame and a tangy dressing. She said hers was yummy with a sweet balsamic dressing. The best part is they post all of the calories so you really know what you are eating, and it was only about a 5 minute wait for our food. What a great choice for a quick sit-down lunch with healthy options!!

LOVE Panera! Service is fantastic, only complaints are their arbitrary decision to eliminate the Duet cookie (my fave)...and that there is not enough seating at this location. Even on a weekday, non-peak lunch time...it's difficult to find a table

I LOVE the Steak and Egg on an Asiago Bagel. I also add red onion to it, you should try it! I'm only giving them a 3 star because 75% of the time I order it they give me BACON and Egg which is not what I wanted. The horror is I usually forget to check and get home with a sandwich I don't want to eat!

This place is terrible. The staff is so unfriendly and uninviting. The food is not good either. I had a panini (10$) and it wasn't even grilled or pressed, it was just a sandwich.....and they don't serve ranch....there a salad place that doesn't have ranch..... Huh? Avoid this place!

Spent literally 20 minutes at the drive through cause the idiot in front of me couldn't figure out what she wanted. Then the drive through cashier didn't have the presence of mind to tell her to go inside and figure it out. I'm still in the drive through now and there are 5 people behind me. Omg and then they had a convo after the fact. Rant over.
