Location is gone... Burned down. It's all gone. Down to the cement. No ruins, no mess. Feel bad for them. Their other location doesn't exist either... Been taken over by a place called Soho.

The restaurant is clean and the decor is wonderful. I was happy that I was seated with no wait and the food looks beautiful. The lunch menu portions were excellent and cheaper that eating at a fast food price. If you have time to sit down, and enjoy your food, go here instead of a chain burger place.

Excellent Chinese food, and believe it or not ... the best french fries EVER. I get takeout and / or delivery from Jade Dragon 2-3 times a week ... they are always my "go to" for Chicken Stick, fries and tempura veggies! Best Chinese in Clarksville, bar none!

Jade Dragon is our favorite Chinese delivery in Clarksville but EVERY TIME I've tried to order the sauteed string beans they call to tell me that they're out "for the night".. if you're not going to keep your kitchen stocked with something, take it off your menu.

I ordered delivery at 5:15 pm from here and it had still not been delivered at 6:30 pm when I had to leave for work! I called the restaurant twice and they kept telling me he was "a few minutes" away. The worst part is that I pre-tipped using online ordering. Would have taken most if not all of that tip away!! I got to eat some of the food later and wasn't impressed either. Beef lo mein had hardly any vegetables in it. Hot and sour soup was the only good part of my meal from here!

I gave this place a try because I wanted sushi delivered. I saw the negative reviews, but a friend swore to me that the place has a bad wrap and it's actually a secret gem. I found out after I ordered that she meant the OTHER Jade Dragon, the one on Ft. Campbell Blvd, not this one. 5 minutes after I placed my order online, I received a call from the restaurant informing me they were completely out of fish and couldn't make sushi. I said I'd take a different roll, but they said they couldn't make ANYTHING. I'd ordered some Chinese food as well, so I paid for that portion of the order over the phone and was told my food would arrive "within an hour." 2 hours and a "Where's my food?" phone call later (which I got the extremely lame excuse of "We fell behind and have no way of replying to people who place online orders," which also happened to be a lie because I had been called twice by the restaurant, once when they told me they had no sushi and again when they needed to verify my credit card), my food arrived. It would have been subpar even if it wasn't cold. The eggrolls had gotten soggy and really gross. My Singapore rice noodles weren't bad and the General Tso's was actually pretty good (teetered on giving this place another star good), but the lo mein was terrible and the fried rice was the worst I've EVER had.

Over the week that my family and I have been in Clarksville, TN we have had the pleasure of eating at some good places and some not so good places. I'm sorry to report that the Jade Dragon is by far the worse of all. First it cost me $50.15 to feed a family of three and that's ordering from the Special House Dinner Menu. Second the food was cold when it arrived and 20 minutes after eating her dinner my wife had to run off to the rest room; no need to go into details on the out come. As you can see I gave the Jade Dragon one star but that is only because they don't have a 1/2 star option. Bad Taste and High Price will be their down fall and the fact that they gave themselves 5 stars is proof of how sad they are. I'll say try it for yourself because I'm picky and you may like it but do it at your own risk.

I don't know what the other person's problem with this place is. I love this place. They have awesome vegetarian options, and they are one of few places that makes vegetarian potstickers (actually they are the only place I've found). The food is yummy, and they always make my carry-out orders quickly.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
