I'm sure chipotle tastes similar for all locations. So, this review will focus on other aspects of this restaurant. The customer service is above average. It isnt too bad, and it isnt too great either. Ive been here many times, and I haven't experienced any problems. They seem fair in giving you what you want. The restaurant itself is clean. The lines are short.

Chipotle is always a friend of mine. You made Denver proud! ...However... If anyone else knows the premise of chipotles free range/ humane raised farm products/ animals named Bob and Sally that had a good long "happy" life before becoming an Americanized burrito, you would feel happier consuming happy poultry and four legged farminals... Or would you? (Go veg!) Much to my dismay, I saw a sign at this particular chipotle that read something like this, "due to the shortage of products we are using local chicken bought products... " (not verbatim) I couldn't help but wonder if Chipotles integrity was compromised in this shortage. They will give you the bare minimum of rice and beans and because I'm vegetarian I asked for extra beans after which i was drowning in beans. Otherwise, it's standard chipotle and satisfies my burrito fix.

This was my first trip to a chipotle restaurant so I was pretty hyped up! So many people have told me the food was very good. They were out of steak when I got there which probably would've made it better but I went with the chicken instead. The food was a little bland, which I was disappointed about. And the price was a bit higher than I was expecting as well. $25 for two burritos and bowl, no drinks and no chips. Overall a decent experience and I will most likely try another one at some point. One thing I will say is the portions are huge! So if you're hungry, then this will definitely hit the spot

I've been to this Chipotle twice: once on opening week and just recently this weekend. Both times that I've been there, the service has been horrible. I can see why things were so hectic on opening weekend but I was just recently there and was placing an order with the girl behind the counter. I had to repeat myself SEVERAL times on what I wanted because she wasn't paying attention. The music wasn't even that loud and there weren't many conversations going on that she couldn't figure out what I was asking. The food was alright but of course the customer is SEVERELY lacking. These people need to be focusing on what's going on and not on personal conversations going on behind the counter.

Okay, so I was super excited to try this place out cause everyone claims it's "super delicious". What the heck....I was unimpressed.... I mean really? The steak was no better than the taco bell steak, for real! It was dry and rubbery. The food was not bad, but I still don't get what all the hoopla is about. I will probably go here again, but it's not my favorite.

Awesome food, I like to think of this place as a Mexican Subway with style. The dinning area needed some attention while we were there but everything tasted great. Burrito bowl are hugemongus!! Definitely try yours with the cilantro infused rice, save the guac for the chips.

This was my first experience eating at Chipotle and I admit I was excited. This excitement quickly turned into disappointment. I was given the wrong burrito (I am sure you are asking how does one get the wrong order when they make it right in front of you?)Well.... Once my burrito was complete they placed it next to two other burritos and proceeded to shuffle them around as if we were playing the ball in the cup game at the fair. I pride myself on not being a picky eater so I figured I would be able to eat the wrong burrito and go about my day. WRONG! One of my few food dislikes is sour cream and wouldn't you know this burrito had three and a half pounds of sour cream on it. I would be impressed if I was not so mad. I then ordered chips and salsa and to my delight they decided to hold the salsa and give me an extra side of stale chips. Chipotle is officially dead to me! WELCOME TO MOE'S!!!!

The food was good, but the restaurant was dirty - every available table had food remnants on it. Ate outside and my wife cleaned our table off. 12 customers in all in the restaurant during the forty-five minutes we ate. Tables were still dirty when we left. Rotten lemons at the drink bar. Informed associate when we first discovered it. Associate replied that it would be replaced. Put a lid on it instead and left it. I've eaten at Chipotle locations in three other states and each was very clean.

Chipotle is awesome. And their APP is definitely my favorite. I can order through there, pay if I want to , or just know my total and pay when I get there . They also tell you the time your order will be ready so you'll be there promptly AND you don't have to wait in line. I love the options (there are MANY) and I love that everything is super fresh. It's delicious!

Great Vegan Options and fresh food I was so excited to be staying at a nearby hotel and see this restaurant just off the highway because usually they are nowhere near highways. I wanted to try their sofritas-their non-GMO tofu filling. So I got one for me and two for my kids. Now both their black and pinto beans are vegan friendly so I tried both and the kids liked both. I was pleased that brown rice was an option and both rice selections are vegan. chipotle.com/sofritas-in… Restaurant was well staffed so no wait to speak of, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the food ingredients. So happy to finally try their sofritas, will definitely stop here again if I come back through town!

Sold out of carnitas. Sold out of guacamole. Sold out of fajita veggies. Sold out of smoked tabasco. All the tables are dirty. Come on guys.

It becomes increasingly harder every time we go to justify this location. The food is good and Nate Appleman has created great recipes that are consistent. The problem is this location, not Chipotle at large. Do you remember when starbucks first opened and it was like a huge deal to say medium instead of grande? This location fancies itself pretty upscale and the staff is very good at letting you know that you are doing something wrong. The music in here is deafening, to the point where there is shouting at the ordering line followed by lots of questions and more shouting. EVERYTHING IS EXTRA! If you ask for extra it literally stops the process so they can inform you that it will cost more and is that ok . The staff is rude. I have had a few select people do the right thing but every other time I have to prepare myself before going in. The dining room is cold. Temperature and ambiance both. My kids will sit there but I would not go as far as saying it is kid friendly. Lastly, it's good food, difficult staff, temperamental environment. We have to really want it and then convince each other that we don't want to go somewhere else.

Second time eating at this location and it was the second time it made me sick to my stomach. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

The food isn't too bad. The "quesadillas" kinda suck though. The cashier is always rude. Today she was especially bitchy. Hey, I was having a pretty crappy day too, but I didn't take it out on her, though maybe I should have!

I thought I had previously managed to find the worst chipotle in the country-- Colonial Heights, VA. I was wrong. It's here in Clarksville, TN. How do you mess up a chipotle?? Manager should be fired. Quality control is non-existent. Meat is over cooked, every time. Employees are rude and argue in front of customers, place is filthy, line is slow, and they are always out of SOMETHING.

Update: returned here on 23 May only to confirm post below. Food is great chipotle standard, however the service is terrible. Employee rolled eyes/breathing heavy. Seriously? Who is managing this place? A teenager? Chipotle restaurants food quality is super healthy. If you haven't watched their documentary on Netflix I suggest you do, if you care about healthy eating it was very informational. Anyways, I love Chipotle. Their ingredients are superior, fresh, and portions are very generous. Just to give you some insight, they only use 100% beef from grass fed animals. Other food places that sell tacos on the other hand may offer quality meat that is cannibalized; much like some of the poor quality meat that slipped through the cracks during mad cow disease pandemic and current grade of meat served in prisons. Just saying... know what you're putting in your body. When this place first opened up the only negative about it was the long wait no matter what time you tried coming. I've been back several times and now they're a little slower preparing the meals, often having to repeat myself over, and the employees just seem annoyed (although they do maintain their cool). You really need excellent management in a place like this because these folks do get worked. I could only imagine how many people they serve and are expected to prepare the dishes in a zip. However, as long as I'm paying $10 for a burrito, and when you're paying for a family you easily spend $50 here, I will continue to expect nothing but the best both in food quality and in customer service. So until you step up your game in the service I will give you a 3-star rating. (Now a 2)

Typically I really enjoy this place. But they really skimped on the meat tonite. My wife's burrito was half its normal size. Very disappointing.

Let me start off by saying that I love Chipotle. I work in Nashville and live in Clarksville and visit Chiotle 2-3 times a week. The Clarksville location just isn't up to par with the other locations I visit in Nashville. The Clarksville location is consistently running out of items. 9 times out of 10, they are out of sprite and at least one of their coke dispensers, if not both. 2 weeks ago, they were completely out of black beans and on Tuesday, they were out of Sweet tea on top of coke and sprite. Another customer asked if they were making any more tea and they rudely said no. The guac is usually very inconsistent here. Sometimes, it tastes as though there is no lime and other times, the guac is already brown. Also it seems that if I ask for more of a certain salsa or beans or any item, for that matter they slop it on my bowl instead of draining it appropriately. There are very few times that I can remember not dealing with an employee with an attitude at this location. It's just extremely sad, because the food is great, the price is great, and I usually love going to Chipotle... this location is just very disappointing. I hope they eventually get it figured out.

Two words: Patron Margaritaaaah... Burrito bowl with double steak. Great chips. Great guac. Order your 'usual' from their app. Best fast food joint period. Anyone with a review lower than 4-stars needs their stomach examined...

Waitstaff is either oddly rude or weirdly overly enthusiastic...but never particularly service-oriented or responsive. Servings are smallest I've seen at any location. If you go after nine, you'll get old food...which the could not give an s staff will happily serve you without thinking or attempting to remedy. Just kind of crappy.

The food is great, but really what make or breaks me is the service and how they treat their customers. One of the worst customer service I have ever had. I'm not that picky either but man o man, pretty bad..

I was afraid to try this chipotle location due to the awful reviews on here but honestly more people write bad review than those who have a good experience there. If you go during peak hours (lunch & dinner time) obviously service won't be 100% fast and remember this isn't a fast fast food place, it's actually fresh so if they run out of anything keep in mind it might take a few minutes to bring back out. But if you're willing to have an opened mind I would suggest trying it out . This location isn't as bad as they make it seem and the staff is awesome. Food is delicious!

I love chipotle, it was my first time eating at this one. I ordered my vegetarian burrito bowl, with the corn salsa. Sadly when I started to eat I nearly chipped my tooth on frozen corn (which I had mixed with everything else to make the meal very dangerous!). I mentioned it to the workers who took care of making us a new bowl quickly without the corn salsa. And to thank us for our understanding they gave us an extra container of guacamole. Though I was sad to miss out on their great corn salsa I was very impressed with their quick response in taking care of the problem.

I was exited to finnaly try Chipotle since I have been overseas for some time. Walked in to see leftovers on tables, under the tables and on the chairs. I decided to eat in despite the messy place. I was having a hard time to identify if the server was being rude on purpose, but he was. I did like the food but it was not very filling. They messed up my order and I had to ackwardly wait until they fix it. So, other than rude service and un kept place everything else was alright but not great. Will not be my top choice to eat out.

Two words. Patron. Margaritaaaaah... Burrito bowls are great. Some of the best guacamole anywhere. Kids love it. Iphone app works great to order your go to order ahead of time. No longer owned by McDonalds. 5 stars.

I would give chipotle the chain a five star. However for this specific branch a two star. Too slow compared to the rest of the country. I can tell some ingredients are not added to the standard amount, according to my limited experience working for then in the back kitchen. A bit disappointed, but what can you expect when they are the only one within the perimeter, huh?

It's great that they finally built a Chipotle in Clarksville, but this one leaves a lot to be desired. The service is below average, although this is to be expected from a new restaurant. The portions were also the smallest of any Chipotle I've ever been to. It's also in kind of a bad location. It's close to I24, but far from the rest of Clarksville and its difficult to get out of the parking lot and back onto Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Other than that, the food itself is amazing and is one of the better restaurants in the Clarksville area.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
