Great food, service, and atmosphere! Love this place! I would give it 5 stars but the drinks are a little weak, I have to get double shots on all of them.

This was my first time to this Bdubs- 4/11/15. My boyfriend and I stopped in for drinks, appetizers, and to watch the Detroit Tigers. I had been craving some Bdubs soft pretzels like the ones I enjoyed while living in California. We sat at the bar and Jenny was fantastic and she's from Michigan so that just made her even cooler in my book. I was disappointed w/ the pretzels $5.79- they were hard, dry, and had butter or oil on them- this is the first time in a long time I have received hard pretzels and I've never received them w/ butter/oil- maybe this is how they are done in TN but not in CA, MA, or MI- so I was really really bummed. Jenny makes an awesome Bacardi and diet!! ($7.60 for double and $4.75 for single) My boyfriend ordered a couple Lagunitas IPAs ($6.50 each) and a Sweet Water Blue $6.50- he ate their chili queso dip $6.99. We'll go back just b/c it's Bdubs but not for awhile as there are other options in Clarksville.

Stopped here on the way home to St. Louis. We don't generally do chains, but hell, we need hockey! So BWW it was. I got a plain salad and small fries. BF got the naked tenders. Fries were fine. BF's dinner was tiny. Didn't realize how small it was. Oh well. Got a primo margarita and that was really good. Not somewhere we'd go normally, but fit our needs for a quick stop in.

My husband and I love coming here, especially for boneless wings in Thursday. The food is always prepared the same and they rotate their beer selection seasonally which is nice. I've got to wonder why it is always sub-arctic temperatures in here though. I don't understand how they can think it's comfortable

Buffalo Wild Wings has a great menu. Even if you don't like spicy wings, you're sure to find something you like, such as a nice salad, a tasty flat-bread, or an old fashioned burger. We went on a Sunday afternoon in October. The dining room was packed with football fans watching their favorite teams on the wall-to-wall T.V. screens. Everyone seemed to be having a great time. It was a little noisy, but it made for a fun atmosphere. The only reason I didn't give Buffalo Wild Wings 5 stars was because of the uneven division of labor. It's always hard for a customer to watch as a few servers run their legs off covering huge sections of the dining room while a group of employees seem to meander around the front door chatting and socializing. Our server, was practically running from table to table. We had to wait quite a while for everything, but I don't think she could have possible gone any faster. It would have been nice if a few of the employees loitering around the hostess station had jumped in there and helped the wait staff get orders out or refilled glasses. The problems I noticed are really management issues. Maybe Sunday is the "soft" managers day. We will definitely go back, though. The food, atmosphere, and price point are very good.

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Very busy night, but waited on pretty fast. Food was great when we finally got it. A bit of a wait time, but the wings were very tasty and I couldn't finish a small order of boneless. A little on the noisy side, but we had good eats.

If your looking for place to eat lunch or dinner with a group and set talk, watch a game. Then this OK place. Beer is not coldest of the sports bars that I been to but good selection on tap. The menu has one of the better selection for a group of people give everyone choices. Services had real good to real bad depending on the server you get seated with I make point to remember the the names of the ones that wants to earn their tip. I have had couple server that by end game the server was never around just wished we all went to the bar ordered then would have had wait for refills. I not wing fan so on I go with fried pickles or onion rings. I do not recommended their pizza at all. Hope this helps for you when looking for place to set with group for the game.

Life here is a lot better since tilted kilt opened. There is now parking!!!! It's still expensive, and you are likely to get sensory overload. But on the bright side there is a good selection of beers and they can be found doing a decent drink special. The trick is to order chicken strips. The girls will give you as manny sauces as you want then; not the max of two for boneless wings. My last trip here brings their score from a 2 to a 3!

I tried the NEW WASABI..... and it's" What's up... that be way to freaking hot"... but I loved it. Tony, Noel and I was in Clarksville visiting the Rt 79 Flea Market. It's rather large when they are full of vendors but today, so we took about 2 hrs to look around. Everyone was getting hungry so we decided to grab some food. We were going to try The Lodge but it was closed so we opted to go to BWW. Everyone in our party loves BWW and it was our first trip to this particular location in Clarksville. When we arrived it was a little after 11am, we were seated immediately. We all ordered Sweet Iced Tea since Tony could not get beer yet in Montgomery Co., no Beer on Sunday until Noon. Tony ordered the Prime Rib Sandwich with French Fries, I ordered a snack pack size of Wings with the Regular Hot Flavoring and a side of carrots and celery with Bleu Cheese Dipping. I also requested a side of the New Wasabi dipping sauce for my wings to try it out. Noel ordered 5 and 5 of the boneless wings. She always goes for the hotter side of the flavoring...so I never touch hers...too hot for this old mama...she also never orders any ranch or bleu cheese dipping sauces..she just eats them HOT..and HOTTER the BETTER is her motto...ugh...her stomach is strong. The new Wasabi Sauce is sweet at first but has a sour horseradish burn to the hotness as it burns down your throat. It. leaves a lingering deep burn inside your gut. It is pretty good..I used it to dip some french fries in and dipping my wing meat into it..but I had to touch it off with some Bleu cheese to cut the burn.. We had a really nice meal. The food was good. The price was Good. Our waitress was very nice and I left her a 18% tip..our ticket was $35 with taxes...just about what I expected to pay...I would go again and highly recommend.

I've been to many Buffalo wild wings across several states and I honestly have never found anything wrong with them. I love bww and always will. Great food. Great waiters. Great place overall. Love their wings. That's all I ever get but I'm gonna have to venture out to some of their other foods. I'll be back for more.

Customer service is just horrible. Trying to pick up a order on time is impossible. The young girls working at the front that seat you are super rude. The food was good. Every Time I come here the service is worse and worse.

Cold wings. Wrong sauce. Servers cared more about gossiping with each other than getting our order. It took forever to get our check. I only went there for a guys going away lunch for work. I'll never go back due to poor service and the huge no guns signs at the front door. Plenty of better places on Wilma Rudolph that also allow legally carried firearms.

Horrible hostesses who dress unkempt and are highly incompetent. If you like waitresses who ignore you, this is the place. I would give it a half of star If they didn't have mango habanero sauce. They also don't have a drink menu. Way to ruin a portion of your revenue. HAHA.

This place is alright. The food is pretty mediocre to be perfectly honest. Both times I've been here the service was fairly decent but the food was just "meh" this first time I got a buffalo chicken wrap (which I've had before) and it was far more spicy than I've ever had it before, I literally could not eat it. The second time I've been to this location I ordered wings and the server forgot the ranch on two separate occasions, and continued to forget napkins, he could not be found because he was too busy chatting with the girls by the host stand.

My review is based on the service we received from Maureen. She was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. Always was around when we needed something. Definitely one of the best servers I've had in all my travels. Food was good to .60 boneless wing night you can't go wrong (only on Thursday)

I don't usually take the kids to too many chain restaurants, as we like to support local; but we just have such fun when we go! There's a video trivia interactive game the kiddos play against one another, there's the fun staff, the delicious lemon pepper wings, and, of course, football. It's loud in here so if you're looking to wind down at a quiet place it would not be here. But if you have a lot of kids like we do and they like wings, go on the night they have the 60 cent per wing deal. Totally worth it.

Being from Buffalo, NY, I am always on the search for good wings. You can't go wrong when you eat here. The service was great and fast. We even got to watch my husband's favorite football team play. When we asked them to change one of the big screens for us, they had no problem and went straight to it.

Service was great. Multiple television options throughout the restaurant. Came to eat and watch Monday night football. My Chicago Bears winning against Detroit Loins made this experience extra good. Ordered the traditional hot wings, basket of regular fries, and dessert taco, which was all beefy deeeeeliscious. No take home. I'll definately be returning back.

Went for the first time on Monday on Veteran's Day and it was a great experience!! My friend and I had never been here and when we were sat mentioned it to the manager that sat us. She actually pulled up a chair, sat down, and proceeded to give us the lowdown on Happy Hour specials, wing special on Tue/Thurs., how to play buzztime trivia, and tell us some of the popular menu items. Definite a great start!!! Our server LT was equally as good! He told us some of his fave foods and wing sauces on the menu and made sure we didn't feel rushed in making our food selections. I decided to try his Asian Zing recommendation and let me tell you it they were the best wings I have ever eaten!! The sauce was spicy, but really flavorfull!! The fries with salt and pepper seasoning were awesome as well....crispy and nicely cooked. Will definitely return here for another meal very soon!!!

Spicy Garlic and Hot BBQ are my favors of choice... This Buffalo Wild Wing is very nice. All the employees I have had to deal with are all wonderful and out going they really make you feel welcome...

Went here once, first time in a BWW. Had the "Sampler" or equivalent and it was very good. Service was also good. Plenty of sports to watch on the various different channels of the TVs within view.

I have been here three times now (Friday night and two Tuesday nights) and they have been packed all three times. I am sure the person who owns this franchise is loving the fact they opened now. Anyway, as the previous review said, this place is huge. They have a pretty substantial menu too. So far I have tried their fried pickles and about 3/4 of the wings. Tuesdays are .49 wing night- FYI :) I really want to try their fries. I have heard they have a salt and vinegar thing going on. Anyway, my favorites so far are the spicy garlic, the honey barbecue, and the asian ones. The lower on the heat scale, the wimpier and less flavor they have to me. I tried the sweet bbq last week and the sauce tasted like they put canned tomato sauce on them and thats it. Trivia is also super fun. Ask the waitress for a box when you sit down and enjoy the questions!

Let me start off by saying that I love BWW but the Clarksville location is absolutely the worst BWW I've been to as far as service goes. Had to have a 5 minute conversation with the host about sitting in the bar area and when she sat my party at a table I asked if we could move to an open table closer to a television she spent another 2 minutes talking to her supervisor on the ear piece. I counted 20 televisions in the bar area and when I asked if they could turn a television to a specific game I was told the tv's are already set. Again I got the manager involved to let the server know that one television could be changed and that the customer is usually right. So finally sitting down I order a Stella and was told no alcohol till after 12. I'm sure this is probably TN law but that added to my frustrations. If the game didn't start in 5 minutes I definitely would've left for another sports bar.

I'm a fan. A decent beer selection. Service is fairly good in comparison to the competitors. I'm a huge fan of the wings, plus you can order all drums.

  • Donald M.

This BWW is ok. They have wings, beer, and a good time. There wings are average and nothing special. The wait staff is friendly but getting a seat in a timely manner is impossible on a payday weekend. The only thing that really bothers me is that they allow smoking on the patio while people are eating and enjoying there meal. They are expensive for the drinks. The noise is also a problem because when it is busy in there you can't hear yourself think.

Having been to BWW in other states and parts of the country, I was very excited to visit this one once it opened. The food is good. Other than wings, I've only had the appetizer sampler and it was good. The wings are my favorite thing here. The best part to me is all the different flavors / sauces you can have your wings with. I'm a big fan of the spicy BBQ. Now to the not bad. This place is huge and always packed. This is not a good thing to me. It seems that there are tables squeezed in where ever there was an inch of room. This means that your waitresses / waiters are running around serving way more people than they should, and you will get neglected. The first time I went wasn't too bad, but the second time was ridiculous. My friends and I were sitting at the table for 15 minutes before one of them grabbed a random waitress walking by and asked her if she knew who our waitress was. Guess what!? It was her! And she had passed us plenty of times before. The rest of the service was equally inadequate. I do not want to blame the waitress entirely, but she could have done better. My biggest thing though is that they try to fit too many people in there. Especially on game day. All in all, this is a nice place to go to watch the game, if you don't drink your beer too fast and aren't starving. The many wing flavors really make this a place to go to, in my opinion. Other than that it's nothing special, just a place with decent food and lots of TV's.

Much better than I thought it was going be never needed to ask for a thing. Lauren was are waitress and she's amazing even pregnant she rock the house. The wings were garlic Parmesan, there were a little hot but good even though. The wedges were great the kids ate a there meals which is hard for a 6 and three yr old but it looked good. Not much into sports but anything is better than hooters. Good luck and eat well

Always a good place to eat, whether it be to-go or dine in. It's been a consistently satisfying restaurant.

I am a huge sports fans and love the fact that they have play lots of sports games. Next time I go back, I will drink beer and watch the game bc the wings are nasty. I don't understand all the fuss over the wings. I would rather have Hooters wings any day!

Having been a HUGE fan of BDUB's, this place does not live up to the reputation I expect from this franchise. They have a great variety of wing sauce that almost anyone could find something they like on here. I also like the fact that their spicy sauces are legitimately hot. My favorite is the mango habanero which has great sweet and spicy flavor. That being said, the service has been some of the worst I have seen. Having worked in restaurants for some years I know the difference between someone who is busy and someone who doesn't care. But it does have some comedic value to it if you dont mind not having your beer refilled or getting food in a timely manner. The boneless wings are sub par in size, but I dont think to much on it as my 8 piece wings usually has 10 in it. The atmosphere is louder than most sports bars but the outside patio is a good choice if this bothers you. Overall I'd say that they are still working out a new staff and havent found hit their stride yet.

Oh the Wild Wings, I'm still hurting because of you. A brand new, very clean, massive restaurant chock full of bricks, neon, video games, loads of TVs, loud music and servers in jerseys. This place might have the largest dining room in Clarksville. I ate at the bar, as I often do when I'm alone. I recognized the bartender as a Clarksville service-lifer. Hey, I used to go out a lot back in the day. But she was and is very good at her job. Big smile, knew the answers to all the questions. She had a co-bartender who I think was newer. The co-bartender was just as cheery and helpful. I only wanted to sample the wings (hey, it's in your name, they'd better be damn good), so I ordered 12 and was pleasantly surprised to find out that since they come in batches of 6, I could get two different flavors/pain levels. Earlier in the week, I had eaten "3 Mile Island" at the Owl-themed pseudo-strip bar and was rather disappointed in the heat, so I dared to go hot without testing the waters. I chose to get the Mango Habanero wings and the Dry Desert Heat wings. I'm happy to say they don't bread the wings. Carbs are the enemy (Oh, and don't judge me for getting the sweet/hot glaze when I'm on a low carb kick. It's my diet, okay?). Anyway, my two paper boats (think skating rink nachos) of wings came and there was nothing visually striking about them. I tried the Dry Rubbed Desert Heat first. No sauce at all here, only spice on the outside. These things were atomic hot. Not with spice, with temperature. Dangit man, let 'em cool off a bit! So, on to the Mango Habanero.... Good, sweet, oh, I see what you're doing here... Yup, that's hot. Okay, let's just forget the Desert Heat wings... they were okay, but meh... whatever. Let's talk about this Mango Habanero stuff. They only offer two sauces hotter: "Wild" and "Blazin". All 3 of these sauces are on the reddest part of their hot scale, so I knew I was getting in some serious business, but man, either I've got weird taste buds, or I wasn't prepared for the creepy pain that was about to come. By the time I was waist-deep in the 2nd M.H wing, I noted the weirdest sensation in my mouth. I'll do my best to explain it. Pain was a given, not unbearable, but pain nonetheless. Hottest wings I've ever eaten, but curiously, as I took each bite, I got the flavor of the mango... MMM... then for about 2 seconds, I got the feeling of medical grade surgical recovery pain, with an odd coppery, tasting-my-own-blood sensation throughout my mouth and sinuses. As suddenly as that feeling happened, it went away, but it happened with every single bite. No kidding, ever probe your now-empty tooth socket a few hours after your wisdom teeth were cut out? That was it. That is the closest I can come to describing that 2 second wave that occurred with every bite. Honestly, by the 4th wing, it made them somewhat unappealing. But fear not. I have a feeling it was just large levels of capsaicin kicking in the door that was my mouth. I'll never order wings that hot again. They were just too hot to be enjoyable. I'll gladly go back and try some traditional hot ones, I'll bet they're great. I enjoyed my visit to BWW. It looks like a perfect place to watch a game with all your buddies, or just toss a few back after work. I'm glad the place opened!

We've been here as a family of 4 quite a few times when we could actually find a parking space! It's newer and very popular around here now! The food is great and we haven't had a "bad server" yet!

Just had to hate on this restaurant. Last night me and a friend were there to celebrate her birthday. We were given a pager and told it's a 45 minute wait. We went to the bar had a drink. 20 mins later we were paged and sat at a table. After 15 mins of sitting at the table we still had no service. No drinks or food order. After a large crowd left we over heard another table talking about how messed up it is that we haven't even been served. Waited 5 mins more before asking a waitress if she could tell us who our server was. She replied "I will find out for you." she quickly returned and asked us for our drink order (now 20 mins without service) we noticed a table that had just sat down and was already being served their drinks. We told the lady thank you, but no thanks. This was unacceptable. I will never spend another dime in this place. We told the manager on duty last night about our lack of service and she replied "where's your pager?". We informed her we were already sitting at a table no one came back for our order. She frowned. We told her to enjoy her night. We will not be returning. UNACCEPTABLE CLARKSVILLE!
