This place was PACKED when we walked in. Not a single empty table and only 3 spots left at the bar. We decided to order to go. The food took very little time to cook and was very tasty. The waitresses made polite conversation with us while we waited and were very friendly. I wish we could have stayed and eaten in, but maybe we'll try again on another day.

Not sure why the scores are only three. As a transportation manager, I find myself in this place often and at all times. Rarely is the food anything other than great!

First thing, we go in and the only booth has been cleared, but not wiped down. We wait a short while and one waitress finally cleaned it off. Let me add, they didn't give the usual welcome when we waked in. The waitress seemed cold and almost as we were an interruption to her. She brought on drink, and about a minute later, another. I look around and right next to me on the counter is a stack of dirty glasses piled up. She brings part of the order, and then the rest of the order. The bacon served with the breakfast is half size of what it should be, curled up, and not fully done. Hash browns were cooked partially, on one side as well. Finally, our check total was inaccurate due to an addition error by the waitress as well, and to our favor. That all being said, this location has little or no passion for the quality of standard for their food and a lack of trained and caring staff. In the future, well drive further to another location we've been to before, and have never been disappointed.

You gotta do Waffle House at least once a month! Fun place to sit at the counter, watch your food being cooked on the grill, and chat with the locals. It's not gourmet, just quick and good. Had the pork chops with hash browns and side salad.

A southern institution! Go for the scenery (a look into the stereotypical south), stay for the smothered, covered, diced, and sliced hash browns and fresh made to order waffles...

Waffle. House. Yes, the Casa de Waffle. Good grief I grew up with their grease in my blood. Which needless to say is not exactly the best way to rear a child. But, I learned early that moderation is the key to most things in life. Which brings me back around to hashbrowns. Shredded, crispy, potato goodness. Most know that I have an unnatural love for fried potatoes. And if you catch this particular Waffle House on the right morning, Mr. Slim will make some of the best scattered-well's around and his lovely wife will serve it up with a smile. I have a few other darlings and honeys that take care of us on our monthly morning visit. And these ladies are doing it with style and grace! Good southern girls who make sure you are taken care of and never have to ask for a refill! This is really one of the best locations, and there are 16 within my immediate zip code. Hubbs can't seem to stray from his scramble and raisin toast, while I'm a sucker for the breakfast sammich. Did I mention scattered well? Go ahead and cover and dice while you're at it. And keep the coffee flowing!
