If you want consistency with great food and service, Texas Roadhouse is your restaurant. We've been going here for years and our food is always great with steaks cooked perfectly every time. The only thing that is annoying is Tyler the bartender. Every time he is there when we are he is very loud and likes to show off. He yells across the restaurant which I think is rude. We try to sit as far away from the bar so we don't have to hear him. Doesn't help.

This location serves tasty food consistent with what one expects from this chain. The prices are great and the portions are hearty. Friday evenings this location is jam-packed, so use the call-ahead feature if your party is 6 or less. (Be specific if you don't all want to sit in a booth if you have six adults!) parties must be completely present before they'll seat anyone, and groups of 7+ will have a significant wait on Fridays. Definitely dive in to the appetizers- yes it's a fried-fest, but you're at a roadhouse, and they'll treat you right. Service here has regularly been consistent and attentive, and the kids' menu has plenty to keep the little ones happy and full.

Although they were out of my fave (Prime Rib) the food and service was exceptional. I went with the New York Strip. It was cooked perfectly. The server Rebekah was training server Rebecca. Both had an awesome personality.

I get drug against my will to steakhouses that are typically over-priced and often have very little choices non-cow/pork. Last night i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED! There was more to the menu than things that used to moo, crow, or oink!! They had SALMON! Yummy salmon cooked to a flaky yet moist goodness! Our server, Shelley was a sweety-pie and spoiled us with extra servings of warm rolls and butter! She was super-efficient as well!

Service started out great. Ordered apps no issues. After apps took 40 additional minutes to get food. My burger came out with a rock hard bun. Server said he would go get another. 8 minutes later I finally got the bun but was already finished with my so called hamburger steak. No condiments with my meal, so made for a disappointing meal.

to keep it simple, the food was good, the service was good and I loved that they had bread and peanuts on your table as soon as you sit. As well as being able to have peanuts while you wait to be seated. If anything it seemed like they had too many people working, but cannot complain with the great service. 3 stars because the waitress was really out of her element. Food was great once it was brought to the table correctly.

Came here on a week night, the place was packed. Got seated right away, with tasty bread rolls to snack on. Server took a bit to stop by my table, but I think he thought I was waiting for someone else to show up. Nope just me! Got the vegetable plate. Caesar salad was a bit over dressed, baked sweet potato was great, cup of chili was good. Would never order the side of broccoli here again though, it was really bad. Just old, not fresh, no flavor, and all stem. Like seriously 80% of the broccoli was stem. No no no no no. Price was reasonable though. Good, but not impressive, a place for a quick weekday meal for those who travel for business. I'd go back again, just stay the hell away from the broccoli.

Phoned ahead because we had two babies with us, arrived at promised time (4 adults, kids 3 & 1). Informed us that wait would be 25-35 minutes as they didn't have tables that would accommodate high chairs (as we had requested when we phoned in). I do not see any purpose to the "phone ahead" at all. Here we are trying to keep two kids occupied while there is no place to set. Never again, not the first time we have had problems here. On a positive note, as usual it is a "power tripping" employee. Another hostess came up and wanted to know why we had been standing there 40 minutes when there were currently 3 tables capable of seating us. We got a waitress named Briranie that was awesome! We had a good dinner after all!

TRH is my favorite place to eat, so it pains me to leave a bad review. I currently live in a state that does not have TRH, so while visiting family in Chattanooga, I was so excited to learn they had one! We ordered take out, since it was late and the baby was asleep. The person who took my order was kinda rude and couldn't wait to get me off the phone. She seemed annoyed with every question I asked, one of which was wether or not rolls came with the order, and if not, I was happy to pay for them. I was assured 8 rolls came with every order. We ordered the chicken fried chicken and it was awful. It was so over fried and hard that we could hardly chew it. When I opened the container with the rolls, I found 3 of the smallest little things I had ever seen, with 3 overflowing containers of cinnamon butter. So much for the 8 rolls we were told came with the order. It was just a bad experience all around. I can only imagine we got such bad service because I had the nerve to ask questions while placing my order and clearly irritated the employee. I was so disappointed that this was my experience during my one chance to eat TRH.

I used to love this place but it went down hill. Management doesn't care about customer service and is poor at training their staff. I was literally told bad information by three different employees about a promotion they were running. When the discrepancy was brought up to a manager I was told "they could just give me what I wanted because I was a regular customer" essentially I don't care what my staff tells you its going to be my deal. Problem with this is that on multiple occasions the price I was quoted for a special had ended up different then what I was charged on my bill. (Basically stealing money from me). On top of all this the food quality had digressed over time. I have have even had them cook receipt paper into my chili not 1 but 3 separate times. (No manager apologies). It's really too bad that this place has gotten so bad. I used to love it.

We called ahead to this restaurant with a party 7 adults, a teenager, a toddler and infant twins at 3 on a Saturday and guaranteed seating upon arrival within 15 minutes. Not only did we have to wait in the corral for over 2 hours but after the hostess would not assist someone from our party went back and asked the 3 women sitting and talking after their party had left (had been there 3 hours) if they would be willing to relocate to a booth since the restaurant had no interest in seating us and we were very hungry. The women left and the room remained unbussed for a long while all the while servers and other employees congregated at the hostess stand. I asked for a manager and he touched me physically and in a patronizing and condescending manner asked if I was withe the party who asked his guests to leave. That's right, a redneck manager with no sense of professionalism from his demeanor to his appearance was "punishing" a party for doing what the restaurant should have done. When I asked if he was going to also spit in our food he laughed and said they wouldn't but I all but demanded the table be bussed immediately or we would take it upon ourselves to leave. There was nothing offered to us in way of apologies for being there so long. Our checkout ticket time was 6pm. We originally called and 1800texroad to report the poor management, hostess and entire team and spent over an hour voicing concerns. This was a month ago. Called today and they have no record of our call. Spent an additional 45 min rehashing entire story to a lady named Julie who sounded suspiciously like the original guest services personnel. She also told us that normal responses take 48hr but because we waited so long she would make it 72 hrs. Mmmkay not sure what kinda math or logical sense that makes. But bottom line we spent hundreds of dollars in this store ans regret it. From how we were treated to being blown off at the corporate level. This restaurant doesn't know how to treat guests, the bread and butter and why they have their jobs in the first place. If u have a big party or special event, stay away...u will be disappointed to say the least. And my 1 star is bc yelp made me; otherwise I'd give no stars.

Went to Texas Roadhouse after a hard day at work looking forward to a cold beer and a good steak. I got one not the other. I ordered a ribeye steak and that was not what I got. What I got was what looked like a strip sirloin. I told my server that what I got was not a ribeye and he said it looked like a strip. After his going back and talking to the cook he said it was a ribeye. I've only ate about a million damn ribeyes and I know what they look like. The manager came over and told me it depended on what end the steak was cut it could look like a sirloin. He offer to cook me another steak but I know better than to send a steak back and not expect a little secret sauce on it. I thought the manager may discount the meal or offer free desert or another beer or something..... But no. This will be my last time dining at this "steak house".

Absolutely the WOEST Texas roadhouse I've ever been to. After being seated we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table. We ordered 2 sweet teas, a lime Margarita and a glass of wine. The bar drinks took and extra 20 minutes to arrive at our table. The hubby and I ordered salads, one grilled chicken Caesar and one grilled chicken house, minus cheese. After waiting another 30 minutes our salads finally arrived. My salad was COVERED with cheese. Waitress didn't care and acted like everything was no big deal. It will be a very long time before I go to Texas roadhouse again, and will NEVER come to this one and I suggest you don't either.

My expectations at any chain steakhouse is never high, and Texas Roadhouse never seems to really impress me. Although the 11 oz Sirloin Steak I ordered medium-rare was cooked great, and I have no complaints about it, the rest of the meal was lacking any hope. As usual, drinks were ordered and delivered correctly, but as we were sitting at a booth in the bar area to finish watching a football game, the bartender came around the bar to clean up after a bar customer, and literally raked all his peanut shells, napkins, straw paper right into the floor, where it remained our entire visit. Would it not been just as simple to wipe it in his plate, and be done with it, without a huge mess on the floor? Well, here came the rolls, first we were told by our hostess, we would have rolls as soon as they were ready. No, our serve, asked if we wanted rolls. We said yes, and got the rolls soon after, but the server took off so fast, we never had the chance to ask for small plates. Although the booth near us was already set, and had small plates on it for the next guests. Then the salads, well, they are made a few hours, perhaps even a day in advance, as the bowl is ice cold. That's not so bad, but the tomatoes were so soft, almost slimy, and the croutons were real soggy from the condensation. As I said the steak was cooked as requested, and was very good. I had the steak fries with it, and nothing to brag about either, as they seem to be the standard, frozen steak fries most places serve, We'll definitely return there in the future, but I guess I'll have to ask for a fresh salad or some other side.

I don't typically go to steakhouse chains, just not my thing. But Texas Roadhouse is freaking awesome. Free peanuts, starters are great, sides are great, steaks are great, service was great, everything was awesome and I will be back next time I'm in town.
