Total unorganized staff. People seating have no clue as to what they are doing. The tell us we can sit anywhere in the bar vs waiting for regular table. So we go in a find a booth. After I order they tell me only the bar tops are open. No shit, all bar tops are open at every restaurant. So I tell them to shove it and head to Famous Dave's. After 5 minutes they decide they are wrong. To stupid to ever eat here again.

Very disappointing. This place just gets worse and worse. Don't go here. Managers have no respect for their customers. if you do go there make sure to triple check and specials that you ask for its probably a good idea to make sure they write it down for you and sign it and have it notarized. Even then they will probably change the deal on you and charge you more bit at least you will have a fighting chance of get treated fairly. I used to love this place but too many times I have been told one thing only to after I ordered been given something else. On top of a this food quality is not as good as it used to be. I will not be going back.

Has the best cut of steaks in Chattanooga and the best prices around. Our waiter was friendly and was goofing off with us. He kept the fresh baked bread coming. The staff even got out and did the "Boot Scootin Boogy" when it came on. So, it was an overall good time. If anyone has a peanut allergy though, don't go here. They have peanuts on the table, the bar, the waiting area.... basically everywhere, even the floor bc the custom is to open the peanut and throw the shell on the floor. This is a great place to take the kids, the family, friends, everybody!!!

It did not start off good because the bartender was very rude. I was very taken aback because I was in uniform. The manager being a former marine took care of the situation and took care of me and my wife. I hope that bartender got taken care of. I cant stand when people work in custer service jobs and hate interacting with people. If thats the case get a job in the back!

WTF!!! I walked in and it wasn't a RoadHouse it was a Ghost Town. I stood at the bar for a couple of minutes... The guy mopping the floor didn't even look up the whole time I was there. I could hear women cackling in the back but their conversations must have been more important than waiting on the only customer at 1400. Pretty sure I will not visit this location again.

I came to Texas Road House with my mom and sister. I think my mom shot down 5 or 6 of my other suggestions. So we ended up here. We were all satisfied with the service. I really enjoyed the bread.
