Best fro-yo I've hadI Wish I lived closer! (though my waistline I'm sure appriciates that I dont) Checked out this new place when visiting the hometown last weekend and so glad I did. The selection of flavors and toppings at Sweet Frog is about double what you get at other fro-yo places. Everything tasted wonderful. I'll be hopping back to Sweet Frog every chance I get!

Impressive array of fro yo flavors and toppings became less impressive by sloppiness and scantily stocked trays. Berries were smooshy. As the location is a popular one, I would have expected it to be better staffed. I know that FROG stands for " first rely on God" so I appreciate the value driven biz model. I just prefer menchies and cool swirl for better ingredients.

My family and I visited this place July 19th in the evening around 6:30. We love hitting these type of yogurt places whenever we are in different towns. I will have to say this place was sooooooo nasty!!! The topping bar had all kind of food everywhere spilled around. Their was a large strawberry that had fell out of someone's cup in the middle of the floor that I watched one of the workers walk around and then take a seat with some of her friends. Their was 2 young girls working when we came in that were sitting at a table on their phones. They got up and waited on us and where very friendly. But as we watched they would wait on a customer and then sit down. We even watched 2 other young girls walk in, one of the employees got up and joined them, all 3 got a yogurt and then sat down with other other worker, NOT PAYING FOR ANY OF THE YOGURTS. Sorry to the owners but this place will not make it long if changes are not made. I even took a couple pictures of the 4 of them sitting at the table together and the large strawberry in the floor. I tried to take a picture of the bar but felt by this time they noticed what I was doing. I tried to locate the owner to forward this info but only found a Facebook page.

I've never given one star before on yelp. This sweet frog is located in the plaza with best buy and fresh market. Its right next to the great clips and post office, etc. Parking is pretty easy to find. Upon walking in, I saw that its very linear, a line through the fro yo machines, and toppings, then cashier. There isn't that much room to walk in between to sample. I couldn't find any sample cups in the back, so I went to the cashier in the front and asked for a few. She handed me one, then one more because she saw I'd walked in with a friend. I had never been here before so I wanted to try at least a few flavors before committing to one. I asked for a few more, and she shook her head and said they only give one per customer. I was in a bit of shock and disbelief. I was dumbfounded. I just stood there for a minute. I've been to many many other stores, I regularly go to numerous places in Atlanta, and I've never seen this practice before. My friend and I tried one flavor each, the sorbets, but they were too sweet. I don't think I saw a tart here, which is what I like anyways. We just left, and that was it. There were 2 cashiers here and they were just not very good at customer service. Like I said, this is my first 1 star review, but I've never gone back. I usually try not to stop going after only one bad experience, but there's nothing that makes me want to go back. Especially when I can go to menchie's down the street (with unlimited sample cups), cool swirl on e. brainerd, or top it off downtown, just to name a few. Even when my friends suggest this place, I always suggest Menchie's instead.

Stopped in for the first time today and was impressed. Lots of flavors of frozen yogurt and toppings (including my favorite, fresh fruit). In addition, it was much cheaper than I had experienced at a similar local chain that will go unnamed. Perhaps that was why it surprisingly busy for the time of day. Overall, everything was great and we'll definitely be back.

There really are a lot of frozen yogurt places in Chattanooga, in all parts of town! I've tried all the ones downtown (I think!) so it was a nice treat (ha!) when Mom and I were out at Hamilton Place and its surroundings, and needed a snack before a serious trip to Best Buy. Conveniently a couple doors down, we spied Sweet Frogs. A new place to try! This is one of the pay-by-the-oz places, and they have a bank of flavors and a buffet of topics. Pretty much everything you can think of to put on your cup of chosen flavors and then some. As far as the yogurt choices go, they have your basics - choc, vanilla, peanut butter, cheesecake - and enough more varied ones to suit anyone's tastes. Raspberry was the sorbet option of the day, other options were cookies and cream (next to the peanut butter for swirling, interesting and tempting combo), cake batter paired with butter pecan, and the like. I liked the taste and texture of the ones I tried, except found the cheesecake a little too tart. I went with my usual vanilla with mini choc chips but added vanilla chips as well. Might be a new fave. Mom was more adventurous as she went for raspberry with vanilla, topped with kiwi and chocolate chips. When I raised an eyebrow, she assured me this was a delicious creation she had had before. The toppings bar included anything you'd like (kids, too with the nod to about six kinds of gummies, bubble gum and such) every kind of chopped up candy bar (KitKat, Snickers, Reeses, etc), about eight kinds of fruit, three kinds of (choc) chips including the vanilla and peanut, a variety of nuts . . . NPWH. I probably won't go often because I don't spend much time in the environs of HP, but would definitely go back if out there.
