Visited this location this evening. Got there one hour before closing. Our waiter made us feel rushed during dinner. We wanted to order buy one, take one. Had to request a special menu just to order the special. Was never told anything about it. We were barely finished with dinner before being rushed by the waiter. I realize that employees want to go home. I've been there myself, but when customers are paying these kind of prices, we shouldn't be made to feel rushed. When we were finally ready to pay, it took the waiter a good while before coming back to get payment. Overall, the food was decent. The breadsticks tasted as if they were heated in the microwave.

We made a reservation for my sister's birthday, yet we still had to wait close to 45 minutes. Maybe out of their hands? Sure, no problem. When we walked in, I overheard a waitress say that she didn't want to wait our group. I'm not sure as to why, but that really left a bad taste in my mouth, and the food added to my disappointment. I'm not a food connoisseur, but I was not impressed. I expected the manager to give us a discount due to our extended wait- but nope. I was considering mentioning that, but I didn't want them to think that we're cheap. I won't be coming back.

This is my most frequented Italian restaurant . I usually get the same food as always and that is spaghetti . It comes with salad and bread sticks. The customer service here by its staff and waitresses is always excellent. I have never had a problem. One helpful hint here is they have call ahead seating. When you want to come here just call ahead and they will seat you as soon as you get here.

Honestly, this is Olive Garden. It's the McDonald's of Italian food. If you go here, you were probably brainwashed by popular culture and commercials. There are fantastic Italian restaurants in the area for the same price. If you go to Olive Garden, you are making a terrible life choice. If you're not adventurous enough to go to somewhere that's not a chain, do yourself a favor and go to Macaroni grill. At least they serve real bread. Just stop going to Olive Garden. Just stop. It's bad. No one actually likes it. You just think you like it because of commercials you saw in the 90s.

We've had the absolute worst experience every single time we go here. We always try to hope for the best but this time we've decided not to ever go here again. Anything you think can go wrong goes wrong here. When we were here they were doing a special where you get a meal to go and a meal at the "restaurant." That time we never got waited on until 45 minutes after sitting down. Then after asking many people to get our waiter we told someone that we were going to order with them because of our waiter's apparent disappearance. Then we waited even longer for the dinner and then we waited until after the restaurant closed to get our meal to take home that they forgot about. We requested to talk to a manager however the manager wasn't available and it would take even longer. This restaurant provides the absolute worst experience ever.

Took my father there for his birthday, I have not eaten here in a while and after this visit, I will be going back soon.food was excellent and the service was wonderful. Only complaint I had was the bread was not that great, but I still give my visit five stars.

I really enjoy the food at the Olive Garden chain and am a frequent visitor no matter where I am. I have been to this one twice since I moved here a month ago. The first time was anything but pleasant. After being seated we waited 30 minutes before a single waiter even acknowledged our existence in the restaurant (don't tell us 15 minute wait if you are going to seat us and at that point let there be another 30 minute wait), after my few common gestures to receive some sort of service we were just told that it would be a few minutes. Ten minutes goes by after that so we pursue a manager. She took 10% off the tab and apologized for the busy day, understanding the situation that's all she could do and we weren't blaming her for her lousy servers. I've worked in service and own a restaurant, you always get a drink order and let the customer be aware of what the current situation is. The food came out and was exactly as we ordered and very fresh. The second time was quite the opposite. No long line, just a couple minutes of a wait and we were seated. Again lack of caring waiters but this one was polite and did approach us in a timely manner (5 minutes). We place our order and then 30 minutes rolls by. The people around who ordered after us have received all of there food and checks and there is us yet to see our waiter again since we received our soup and salad. A colleague of mine stops a young man to ask what was going on with our food in a polite way, that we had been there 30 minutes with not much of a crowd around and still hadn't received main course or even more drink or soup or salad. The young man said he would look into it, in which time he never showed back up. Now we are a little more than heated. We know we are on our lunch break and that we were going to be getting back to work late, but we set foot in the door over an hour ago and nothing is coming along as it should. Our waiter went on her break, and then happened to have something occur where she couldn't make it back to work. This time I did believe this to be failure of the manager to responsibly schedule and cover anyone who she sends on break.... Needless to say our order hadn't been put in and so we gave her the money for what we had received to eat and went on our way. Last time I will be attending, this place is a disgrace to the chain itself.

Too expensive for me. But love their chicken and gnocchi soup and their salad. Their Alfredo sauce is good too.

The worst Italian I have ever had. Completely cheap and nasty. My chicken Marsala tasted like it was marinated in engine oil. Restaurant looks run down and dirty. Never eating at an Olive Garden again.

Horrible experience! Our waiter was terribly slow in providing any type of service, took forever to get our food, and then when it arrived, the portion served looked like it was for a child!!

The portions are the smallest I've ever had at any Olive Garden. When I asked about the portions, the server called her manager and they both came to the table and rolled their eyes when I asked if I could have a bigger portion. I had guests with me and it was very embarrassing.

We dont eat here but got a Christmas gift cards and had to use it, we arrive at the restaurant and get seated table was dirty and wet crumbs all over the floor just gross we had a great waiter very attentive and he is the reason we give it 3 stars we ordered an appetizer that was melted mozarella with bruschetta on top and you eat it with sliced bread. The girl who brought our appetizer to the table clumsily spilled nearly every slice of bread on the table that wasnt the cleanest to begin we didnt make a big deal about it just smiled and said oops and she apologized and said she would be back with new bread for us .... we waited and waited nothing she disappeared we never saw her again we started eating the appetizer with the few pieces of bread left and well the girl never showed we told our waiter about the incident but told him not to worry about the bread since more food had come to the table and we needed the table room but the fact that this girl disappeared and we never saw her again knowing what she had done well leaves much to be desired on the service . The rest of our food came it was just alright not a place i plan to go back

We ate visiting Chattanooga on vacation and visited Olive Garden that was nearby the hotel. Great service! Waitress was wonderful. My wife ordered a pork dish. It was cooked thoroughly except the thickest part. The manager came over and explained that their policy it to cook med-well so that the pork is not dry. Without complaining about it, the manager took it off the bill. That wad very nice. I had chicken p. dish and got Alfredo sauce instead of the marinara sauce. It wad great!

Probably my worst experience at an Olive Garden. Party of 10 and the entrees were delivered 15 minutes apart from each other. (and cold)

The gluten-free pasta that they offer is the worst I've ever had. I love the salad, but the last time I was there, it was served with crutons and the server didn't understand how that was a problem. I won't be going back!

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
