If I could give this place a double minus that would be giving it to much. Not only was the food very nasty, the server bearly understood what we were ordering. One woman that came from the back, if she had a shotgun we would have died just for asking a question. OK lets get to the food, my wife and I ordered two completely different meals. When our food came it looked exactly the same.. and guess what? Not only did it look the same they were the same just hers had other veggies in hers. Do not, I repeat DO NOT ever eat at this place unless you have completely dead taste buds. And even then your taste buds will ask you what in the heck are you doing. If you're ever downtown Tennessee don't even look at this place because your eye balls will fall out of your head for just considerIMF this place

In town for business. Ordered take out from this place after reading some reviews. Most were positive but there were a few not so good. One even said their food smelled like gym socks. I order spring rolls which were good and larger than most. Fried shrimp, the breading was to thick but good flavor. Shrimp lo mein but the noodles were only an inch and a half long (suspicious) a couple pieces of cabbage strewn about and a good amount of small shrimp. When I smelled the noodles......GYM SOCKS! They went straight into the trash :-/ Looked like they had taken ABC (already been chewed) noodles and dumped them into a take out box.

This place did the trick for my family's Chinese food craving! The potstickers could have been less fried (for health reasons), but they were very tasty nonetheless!! I would suggest the shrimp and vegetable dish - quite delicious! The hot tea had an interesting date flavor to it and could have been less strong - not the standard Chinese restaurant brew I am accustomed to. It was a nice surprise. Excellent service by the waitress, who appeared to be the daughter of the owners. The vibe of the restaurant was a bit gloomy - the shades were completely down. The table set-up was also a bit odd.

Food is good, but delivery takes over an hour and half regardless if they say 20 minutes.

I guess compared to other Chinese Restaurants, this one just wasn't great. Pros: - Friendly/prompt waitstaff - Clean(er) restrooms - Good soups - Good meats - Decent prices - Serving size was ok Cons: - Fried rice was burnt/hard(er) than it should be - Fried rice was pretty much that. Didn't come with any veggies like some other Chinese restaurant we've been to - There was a weird smell coming from the food but I didn't taste it when I took a bite. It was just a certain scent

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
