I will that this is probably one of the best burritos that I have had in a while. At least one full of beans n Spanish rice that is. Theses days it seems like that very place shoves all kinds of filler into their burritos. I mean if you took out all the fillers you might be eating a big sausage dog. But, the mojo burrito worked today. All the flavor combinations of the seven layer burrito just came together in one great dish. It ate well. Then you have the place itself. It's quirky, it's funky, it's Woodstock all over again. It's like the burrito every funky things works here.

Excellent burritos and excellent selection of beers. Great local place and never disappointed from any of their locations. Customer service is always fast and friendly and an overall clean restaurant. Little eclectic vibe inside but that's what makes it special. The only reason we would ever need a Chipotle in Chattanooga is jf Mojo Burrito went out of business.

I love Mojo! I live in Washington, D.C. now but I still miss Mojo all the time. I like Mojo so much I follow them on Instagram.... The ingredients are fresh, which in my opinion is one of the most important aspects of a good burrito. The service is quick, friendly and usually extremely accommodating. The salsa is also extremely fresh and perfect for a side of chips. Yes, the vibe is pretty hipster, but Mojo rocks it. Grab a brew and namesake Mojo burrito and chill!

Fresh guacamole, cilantro, salsa verde, and that old skool cool indie 90's feelin ~

I like the decor. The chicken is bland. I don't like that on dollar taco day they will charge you extra for lettuce and cilantro and stuff that should really be free. I've tried to like this place-apparently some people do, but when you have real tacos not that far away, then you realize how bland everything is here. On the positive side, they have lots of beer choices!

Wraps come a dime a dozen, but Mojo Burritos are divine! If you love tex-mex, you'll love Mojo! My family and I done here pretty regularly! It is a lot of food for a great price! And the staff is always very friendly!

Caution: Hipsters/Greenie advisory. Not bad. Reasonable price. I paid $10 for 3 tacos, chips and salsa. Everything was very fresh. I was a little disappointed with the fire roasted chicken. I was expecting some spicy goodness but it was just average. I would try again tho to see if any other meats are better!

I love mojo! The burrito is always delicious and it's fresh. The only bad thing about it is the hipster vibe. But all around a great place!

Glad I finally made it here! Super friendly staff. Indeed it IS set up like a Moe's or a Chipotle however, this place is teeming with charm and hipster vibe and local art. Great outside patio at the Red Bank location and the food....? I got a naked burrito(a bowl of the innards of the burrito sans tortilla) and loaded it up with goodness....see pic. I was satisfied and my taste buds were happy! Great kids plates!

I've eaten at this restaurant and some of their other locations a few times. Overall it's a cool local place. The food is good- nothing out of this world. You typically pay for any "add ons" to your order. Assembly line type of ordering process. Portion sizes are good. The guacamole is fresh and hand made. The chicken and beef is very flavorful and fresh. Don't get the fish or shrimp taco's. They do not taste good. Good beer specials. The service is slow. Mostly younger, hippie people making the food- they get very unorganized if there's a rush of people or you order something other than a taco. Not the friendliest staff in the world. Last time I went, the girl working the cash register (next to the food) had a cold and her nose was dripping with snot. I felt like that could be a sanitation issue. A little pricey given the nature of the food. Decent meal will cost you at least $10-$12. Very cool, family friendly environment- reminds me of a restaurant you might visit in a coastal town. Sometimes, there's a bunch of screaming children running around- given the time of day. Good place for a date or to gathering with friends.

Yummy and cheap. Veggie Wedgies were solid cheat food.

Best fish taco in town...fresh ingredients and friendly staff. Perfect outdoor seating to enjoy your taco's and brew's on a weekend afternoon.

Why is the Mojo Burrito in St. Elmo getting all the love and not in Red Bank? Those dirty hipsters...

Good, fresh ingredients. Nice atmosphere. I still have mixed feelings about this place, though. The staff tends to be comprised of snotty hipsters and the prices are just ridiculous. I enjoy eating their food but every moment leading up to that is annoying.

I'm always in the mood for a burrito and this one hit the spot! Being from southern California I have pretty high standards when it comes to Mexican food. While this is not "authentic" Mexican food by any stretch of the imagination, it's certainly that tasty hybrid of coastal fresh mex. The guy who made my burrito was also super nice. Extra points for that one! Can't wait to grab another burrito next time I'm in town.

Some friends of mine and I dropped by here one night for dinner. Parking was not easy to find as this place was packed! I stood in line for about 15 minutes waiting to place my order, but that wasn't due to slow service, it was just that busy! After finally placing my order and paying, I sat down to a pretty decent meal. The food was fresh and hot, however it wasn't really any different than any number of other "roll your own" burrito-type places (ie: Chipotle, Moe's, etc), If you're looking for some outstanding west-coast style Mexican food, head elsewhere, but if you're looking for a decent meal at a decent price... this place is as good as any other.

Ya know, I really hate to say it, but I am not all that impressed. The staff is super friendly, the beer prices aren't bad and they have outside seating. It has a great neighborhood feel. But it is a bit pricey and the food is pretty bland.

Mexican Cuisine

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.

Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.

Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.
