Call in and Pick up: I called in an order here for pick up at drive thru window on my way to the Saturday night races. I normally and recently been doing this before going to an event. Service: Well, they were fast and friendly. The girl on phone asked me what I wanted on it and I told her. I was at Exit 10 when I called this order in and by the time I got to Exit 5, it was ready. menu item ordered: Cheeseburger with everything on it just like an American likes. I got it with cheese, mustard, mayonnaise, pickle, lettuce, tomato, onion and it was good. The lady told me they don't normally put pickle on burgers but they would for me if they have any. This restaurant is small and I would compare it to a Wendy's. I think next time I might fine in here. Location: This is located right off Interstate 75 at Exit number 5. I think this building used be a Glen Gene Deli. Now it is Firebox Grill.

I live in Atlanta and was traveling home and decided to stop here for dinner. I never heard of the place but it looked interesting. My wife and I went thru the drive-thru and I ordered the club burger. You need to order any sides separately. I ordered some fries and found there were a ton. They could have used a little more salt but overall they were pretty good. A nice, thick fry. The burger was fantastic. It was well seasoned, perfectly cooked and had two or three thick slices of bacon. My wife had the mushroom burger and said hers was excellent also. The prices are reasonable for the quality. I paid $9 for a burger (with bacon and cheese) and fries, but it was restaurant quality; this is no fast food burger. They also clearly make them when you order them as it took about 7 minutes in the drive-thru. Maybe they're faster at lunch but I wouldn't suggest this place if you're in a rush. I reallly was pleased and the next time I'm heading up I-75 I'll be sure to stop back by.

Save your money. Food was cold and reheated. Will never eat here again. They pulled the hamburger out of a cooler and put it on the grill. Not fresh and very cold

Food was outstanding! We wanted to go to a place right off of 75 so that we wouldn't be caught up in traffic. We picked the right place. I had the Asian salad and it hit the spot. My husband ate the FireBox plate. He went back for another order! They were fast to prepare the dishes and pleasant to talk to. Overall a great choice!

Stopped on a road trip. Nice looking place in what looks to be a good location. This was 7-8 on a Saturday night and the place was almost empty, 2 diners in the restaurant really made me start to worry. Ordered a philly to go. Sandwich was ready in a few minutes but was rather small. Id say maybe 8". For $7 this was just overpriced. It had really good taste but it isnt someplace i would visit again.

I like this chain. Never heard of them before -- but if you want a burger that you can dress up yourself, check Firebox out. Got a plain burger for $5.00. I added lettuce, tomato, peppers and onions, which are out for the taking at the condiment bar ... and it was a pretty substantial (and tasty) sandwich.

Was very surprised by the quality of the beef and all of the burger toppings. You top it yourself so you can visually see that everything is fresh and clean. It is worth the price. I hope they end up having one closer to where I live!

I visited at lunch and found the lot packed as well as the drive thru. The ordering process took much less time than I anticipated and was given a pager to notify me when the order was ready. The inside appearance was neat and clean with ample seating. Customers serve themselves at a condiment bar that housed about anything you'd want on a burger and a self-serve soda machine. I chose the Steakhouse burger that came with Provolone cheese, sautéed onions and steak sauce. I also ordered onion rings and a small drink. The price was around $11.50. The order arrived fairly quickly. I noted that the burger looked good visually but was lacking in seasoning prior to cooking (needed salt & pepper) and seemed to fall apart while trying to eat it. The "O" rings were good but the breading was hard. It didn't seem over cooked, just hard. Overall, I felt the meal was just okay and not worthy of the price paid for the meal. I may try it again since they are new to see if they improve with time.

We loved Glen Gene and I wish this place had kept their menu. I miss the Ruben. The fries were not greasy, but they were only warm and limp. The burger was larger and you could add your own toppings. It cost us almost $19 for 2 meals. Nothing special for the price. The service was fast but the fries could have cooked longer. We probably won't be visiting this place again. The decor is an upgrade from Glen Gene buy the food is just okay.

Gave this place a second try only because my coworker insisted on going there even though I tried my best to dissuade them. The burger was a frozen mass produced patty that you would get from a major food supplier. NOT fresh hamburger meat. It had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. I'm glad my coworker paid for my meal because I didn't feel so bad wasting $12 on a school cafeteria-like burger and fries!

The food was very good but a little too pricey for my taste( for a drive thru). An asian salad w grilled chicken and a regular sweet tea =$12.

The food tastes microwaved- nothing was fresh or grilled , and is extremely overpriced. If I'm paying $8+for a burger and fries I shouldn't have to make it myself. the only reason I'm giving it 2 stars is because it was reasonably clean and our order was prepared quickly and correctly. We won't be back

Fire broke half way through. The to-go box wasn't heated. Their iPad wasn't updated to snow leopard. Napkins wasn't efficient enough throughout the night.
