I had the worst experience there ever last night. My husband and I were meeting up with some friends for a comedy show near there and decided to pop in for some drinks. When we got sat, it was with a waiter that I happened to know his brother from a previous job. We ordered our drinks, sat for about 10 minutes without getting our drinks. We decided to leave bc we didnt have that long before our comedy show was about to start. When we told him to cancel our order, he got mad. As we were walking out, I looked back and this jerk decided to FLIP ME OFF!!! I flipped the script on him and went off. I had to behave myself and not get too mad bc chattanooga's finest were in there and I didn't feel like going to jail. He even had the guts to say "Oh, you think you know my brother?" Who cares if I know your brother jerk, you are not allowed to talk to me like that or act like that. Well, we just left and we left for the comedy show. About 5 minutes after we left, I called Buffalo Wild Wings and asked to speak to the manager. He told me that the waiter had denied flipping me off and that he was their best employee. So, basically he didnt do anything. He told me that the next time that we come in there, just make sure not to get his section. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!?!?!?!!?!?!? I will never be back to this place. If you have the nerve to allow your employees to flip off a customer (regular customer at that) and not even apologize for it, then I dang sure are not coming back. What a disgusting disgrace that place is. On the good side, the food is delicious and they have great drinks. I just don't think they value customer's satisfaction enough.

Boneless Hot wings are not a good choice in my opinion. Dry, flavorless, and cold...

I am giving B2Ws downtown location 4 stars. It isn't for having great food, the food is good, but I like wings and to me, all the locations do a good job of being consistent and I know what to except from my favorites. It gets four stars for always having a good service. Always being concerned with where I sit, if and when I want to see a game. They are always friendly. Maybe I should be a food snob and give them a 3, but I refuse. I love this place.

Horrible service. Spent 25 minutes sitting at a table, watched 5servers pass me by and not one stopped to ask me if i wanted anything. Happens every time and not coming back!

I have been to BWW or BW3 many times. It's a great place to meet with friends, catch a game and a brew all while enjoying great food at a reasonable price. Got it? Good! That isn't exactly the experience I had during my last visit to this location. Starting with the hostess who seemed more occupied with anything else but checking available tables and seating patrons. I get that many waiting were college students there to drink and watch games and really didn't care to gang up at the bar. Some of us wanted to be seated and eat though. The server arrived fairly soon and took our order. On the friendliness scale of 1-10; he'd get a 3 or 4. Less for checking back to see if we wanted anything else to drink, etc. I had 1 beer. I would usually get 2-3 since I didn't have to drive. I didn't have the opportunity. The food was the bright spot and was good. Never had any that I didn't enjoy there. I just wish the service could have been better. The food is why they got 3 stars instead of 2.

Every time I go here it's terrible. I just ate a to go order and I had to wait on cold wings! That doesn't make any sense. There was no sauce on the boneless wings and were very dry. If you can avoid this buffalo weird wings, do so at all cost. And some people there are extremely rude. I live here in Chattanooga and won't ever be back to this one. Just bad! Save your money.

Stopped in with some friends for some drinks & wings. First mistake was parking. Thanks GEORGE WALLS for having my car towed! He happens to "own" the parking lot between BWW & Cheeburger and has his filthy cohorts sit there & call in tows. We came in the side street and parked on the back wall & there are NO tow signs, not even when you turn into the back lot. HEY GEORGE with all the money you make stealing put up some damn signs you SHYSTER! With-in 10 min. we were towed, we did not even order our drinks yet. $200 CASH only to get the car back and a back woods trip to get it. Once we saw that we were towed what else was there to do except EAT & DRINK! Our wings were awesome as well as the service. It's a shame that BWW reputation is clearly being affected by "GEORGE WALLS" and "ALL ABOUT TOWING" just look at the reviews on other sites, heck they are not even accredited with the Better Business Bureau but they have complaints pages long! And when you get towed, after calling the owner of the lot #423-508-5755 , call your CITY COUNCIL 423-643-7170. File a complaint so these scumbags are held accountable! Thanks for the wings but never again will I spend money in downtown Chattanooga!

This place was the worst wing place I've eaten at in a long time. The good came out cold, the service was subpar and out plain (hard to mess up) chips and salsa was lacking. I actually left regretting taking home our leftovers. I came in starving and left with a stomach ache due to the dry and tasteless wings. I don't like spicy foods and they messed up my order, giving me some wings that were way to hot on my scale. The waitress filled out drinks up maybe twice and we were there for around and hour a half. And the cup size is smaller, so to only have it filled up twice was just not satisfactory. She wasn't rude or anything so we still tipped decently, but overall the good is too expensive for the portion size and quality. Now I know that when you go to a wing place you expect the game atmosphere and especially on the first Saturday with SEC football back, so I'm not really going to complain about that. Basically what I'm trying to say is at this specific BWW you will get average service, eat cold and hard wings and get to hear loud people cheer at football. Could see where it would be a fun place to drink, mainly to numb the taste and feel of your food. Overpriced food, average atmosphere. Don't waste your time.

My boneless wings were not good. Just like nuggets with some mediocre sauce. My boyfriend ordered regular wings and one of them had a feather still intact!!!! The mozzarella sticks were ok. Drinks were ok. Tables were dirty Service was average. I don't recommend this place.

Beware parking!! The food was normal BWW. Fairly prompt, service was ok, no complaints there. Parking on the other hand, watch out. We parked next door and didn't see a Genghis Grill only sign. We were in BWW 30 minutes and our car was towed. $200 and a cab ride later we were back on our way. Most expensive basket of tenders I've ever had!! Please heed the parking signs!!! Don't end up like me. Cheaper to park in a pay lot by far.

Today my son and I ate at this particular restaurant. I am not one to complain about customer service, but this has to be the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. We were seated immediately upon arrival. We then waited for 30 minutes for our server to come to our table and take our drink order. Luckily, we had the video games to occupy our time and my son didn't get too upset. We ordered two sweet teas. Ten minutes later we received them. The tea was hot and the ice was melted. Never received refills. We then ordered nachos as an appetizer. How can you go wrong, right? Wrong. Another 10 minutes rolls by and we get our cold nachos. Yum. We took a couple bites and tried to find the server to get something else. No luck. My son then ordered some mild hot wings ( sauce on the side) he received them with sauce on the wings. Yea. His mouth about burned off. Never saw the server again. Horrible customer service, horrible food. The hostess was nice. Thank God for the games. I could blame a busy restaurant and lack of servers. The restaurant was half full and an abundance of servers were huddled around what I would assume they thought as "cool people" drinking shots and ignoring the guests. I wish a zero star was available. Beware!!!

It seems that all of their male staff are very attractive so its a great place for the single ladies, however the female staff is very inattentive (and frankly quite rude). Service was slow, we nearly left for the wait to have our orders taken. We had no silverware or napkins, had to ask for both. Our fried pickles appetizer was served to us cold. Come on guys, the food is great (so long as it's nice and hot) but the friendly and catering to your customers level needs to come up a few notches.

Great place for a quick snack, long lunch or to watch a game. Great outdoor patio to bring your dogs. Thanks Emily for great service to us and our dogs.

Good food and great service! I'm assuming that this place has read the earlier Yelp reviews, because the service was excellent, friendly and attentive and they seem to have addressed the earlier complaints that I have read here. Came here with my son and his family, children ages 10, 6, and 4, after visiting the Aquarium. The host was very attentive and made sure we got a comfortable table for the six of us. Kids get crayons and a children's menu. There was an "entertainment hostess" who came around just to ask if there was anything we'd like or if there was a game we'd like to see on the tv. There was a Tennessee Titans game in progress so of course we wanted to see that, and it was on every screen in the place. The food was delicious. I had a French Dip sandwich, my son and grandson got wings. The two younger children got chicken tenders and gobbled them up, even the finicky 6 year old who normally lives on cereal and air. You get to choose your sauce, but we didn't know what kind of sauce we wanted, so the waiter set up a sauce tasting with about six different kinds to try. That was very helpful, especially for the kids, so they didn't order anything too spicy. Our waiter was super-friendly and attentive, I wish I could remember his name. As for parking, we had parked in a paid lot to go to the aquarium, and paid about $12 for the whole day, so no issues there. I'm sorry for Kimberly P., that sucks to have your car towed when you are visiting a business.

Usually loud. But what you would expect at your typical sports bar. In my opinion, the wings are a bit overpriced for what you get. I recommend the chicken tenders spun in your favorite sauce. It's cheaper than buying wings and just as good. Ask for Kelly or Shannon at the bar. They're the best. Also, don't park in the lot adjacent to BWW. You will get towed even if for five minutes. Street parking is free all day on weekends, holidays. Street parking is also free weekdays after 4:30.

Waited 40 minutes for a table on a Sunday evening only to be seated at a table that was clean empty and ready when our party arrived. 20 minutes after being seated we finally got a scatter brained waitress. Another 40 minutes later our food came. No where on the menu did it say the pepperoni flatbread pizza I ordered would be full of jalapeños. Thanks for wasting my entire evening for a $9 plate I'm not even going to eat. I'd say thanks for the Pepsi, but getting a refill would be harder than passing gay marriage in Alabama.

Horrible service , mediocre food and over priced. I am really am inconvenience to the it appears. Tons of workers but they are enjoying each other and walking around. Good over 30 minutes to get 1 order of wings and they came out with no sauce, completely plain. The apologized and bright me a small plastics dish of buffalo sauce to dip in. Really?

It is hard to remember when I've had more disgusting food. We ordered wings with fries and hamburger sliders with fries. The wings were made a long time ago. Brown and nasty. They were also really cold. The fries too were very old, soggy and ice cold. I sent the wings back and they were freshly made and hot. The way they should have been the first time. The hamburgers have some kind of filler in them and they were also very old and cold. The food was just soooo gross. It made me ill to think what was going on back in the kitchen that they could send food out like this. And it took a long time for the food to come out. The service was friendly and good. Too bad they serve inedible dog food.

Don't go here. Waited over 25 minutes for wings on wing night that never came. Watched my server "Justin" stuff his face while I waited for my food. Glad he got to eat.

Food is decent and service slow but you can't expect much from a sports bar. Tuesdays are usually the best time to come because of the wing deal but could also be the worst because service takes forever. If you come with a big group expect to be here over and hour. Last time we had to wait an hour just to get our food.

The location is pretty decent as far as sports bars go. Parking just took me a while since there doesn't seem to be a lot, so I opted for street parking. Came here during a weekday for afternoon. It was not crowded, and our server was nice. Our food took a little longer than what I'd expect. We had a variety of wings, probably 6 different ones, the saucy ones are the best. Overall not bad, standard, and pretty laid back.

Worst experience ever. Wish there was a way that I could not give a star at all. If I can quickly sum it up. On Saturday April 15, 2014, my husband, 3 month old son and myself drove up to Chattanooga from Atlanta with 2 other couples and their small children. We'd had a long day touring the city and were really looking forward to a really good meal. After looking around Market Street someone mentioned that there was a Buffalo Wild Wings, which most were really excited about going to. The women and kids go inside to get a seat and we were seated by the hostess. (Our husbands had walked back to the cars which were parked near the Southern Belle Riverboat to put money in our meter. So, it took them approximately 15 minutes to do this.) We sat at our table that whole time without being greeted by anybody. We decided when our husbands returned that we were not going to stay. Before we left, I felt it necessary to speak with a manager and let him know about our unpleasant experience. He asked the hostess what the problem was and she said that she didn't know where our server was. We'd previously told her that we hadn't been served and she said that she was going to look for the server. The server just so happen to walk up and told the manager that she'd just gotten in to work. (So, we were pretty much put at a table of someone who had not gotten in yet). The manager stated that things were kind of hectic because they were in a shift change and would like for us to stay. He said that he'd treat us to a few appetizers, so we decided to give it another shot. We sat back down, and our server took our appetizer and drink order. When she brought those out, she took our entree order. (Side Note: when we arrived it was NOT, let me repeat, NOT packed. We actually said, "surprisingly, they're not that busy"). Time is going by and more people are coming in. Groups and groups of prom kids were coming in and they were starting to receive their orders before we did. After a few minutes our server brought out 1 couples order and food for a child. The 2 other couples received nothing. We sat munching on our appetizers and drinks for atleast an hour. We finally decided after a while that enough was enough. We'd already let the hostess (or food runner) know that we were still looking for our food. Just as we were getting ready to get our tab and leave, our food finally came out we stated that we didn't want it. The runner with major attitude stated "your food is free". I kid you not, my husband and I were so tired and exhausted from the long day, that we decided to not even stop anywhere else because it was already late, and drove back to Atlanta without eating. All of us had seem so many great commercials about BWWs and the few that had been were really excited about returning. But we were HIGHLY disappointed. We were not loud. Not drunk. Were not difficult. Unfortunately, we were black. All professional, educated and poised. Not that it should matter, but we were not acting ignorant is my point. We will NOT be returning. I will be posting this review to every relevant website and encourage as many people as possible not to return. I am also a top contributor and a blogger of almost 11,000 followers. I am also in the process of starting a restaurant review blog and this will definitely be the first major negative. I do hope that this is not how the normally run business, but based on the reviews, it seems to be a pattern. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT. TERRIBLE SERVICE. POOR LEADERSHIP.

Sports bars don't get much better than this. Not only are they smoke-free, but they have about 35 flat screens pointed in every direction possible. They also have 24 beers on tap and a decent happy hour. Most of the waitresses are hot and all of the staff is friendly and really try to do a good job. Just make sure to get there early if it's game day. The food is also excellent. I recommend the Naked Tenders with spicy garlic sauce.

Just came in to grab a beer. The place was extremely busy, but Dalton and Ashlee were very kind and attentive. They even announced our Mom's birthday on the loud speaker and gave her a crown. Great memories made. Also since we are not from here they told us the best spots for night life. We will definitely be back!

Great experience! They dropped the ball in the beginning and did not assign us a waitress. The bartender realized this and went out of her way to wait on us. The manager quickly came by to make things right with free chips and constant check-in's. The food was great. Really loved the jerk sandwich and the Bloody Mary. If you are at the aquarium I highly encourage lunch or a snack there.

Typical Buffalo Wild Wings set up! WE must have had the nicest waitress in all of TN! She was adorable. The food was so -so. The wings, same ole, same ole- nothing to write home about. Definitely something to eat there if you want to refuel off of some wings. The fries were pretty bad though. I wanted a salad...to go with my wings...wasnt happening though. That was a downer. This is the 2nd trip to a Buffalo Wild Wings, my first encounter was in Los Angeles, this place pales in comparison. I would recco for something casual and you just want something easy and quick, but not so tasty to eat. I had 6 wings with Mild BBQ sauce, not bad...I could not finish them however! Clean bathrooms, nice music, huge flatscreens...typical.

I love BWW. The menu and the sauces are great. This location, unfortunately, really sucks, which is sad because it's in such a convenient place. The service was subpar. The hostess was confused. The food took forever. The server was hard to find and didn't know her beers. The next time I'm visiting the aquarium, I think we'll go somewhere else.

Fantastic service! So fantastic, they should offer classes to other restaurants about customer service. My husband and I ate here a couple of nights ago in hopes of watching the Braves game and to waste some time. Our car had broken down, and someone from Nashville was having to come pick us up. So for 2+ hours we were biting our nails about the playoffs and how much it would cost to get a tow and the car fixed. Our server was so nice, not only was she great at our job, but also gave us the number of a good towing company the restaurant had used in the past. Turns out they were also the ONLY towing company that would get our car that night. The food was great, but the friendly staff is what will have us stopping by again the next time we're in town.
