I'm gonna be completely honest: their customer service sucks, but their food is good. I have found a loophole that keeps me ordering from them. I never call to place an order, and I recommend you not either. I always order via their online ordering service through Yelp. I make notes so they don't do things like send me white rice when I've paid $2.50 extra for fried rice. It's a shame it has come to that, but if you want some good Chinese food delivered at a decent price, skip interacting with them as much as you can and enjoy the ease the internet brings! My faves at their sesame chicken, potstickers, shrimp lo mein & fried donuts.

I ordered food for delivery plus a Sprite. They brought me a Coke instead, not what I ordered. I asked for them to bring be back a Sprite like I ordered. Two hours later and no drink. When I called to ask for the drink that I paid for, I was treated rudely. She finally told me that they were out of Sprite. OK, then why wasn't I given a call to tell me before the delivery? She wouldn't bring me my refund nor would she bring me another drink. Then said something and hung up. When I tried to call back, they wouldn't answer the phone. They still owe me for a drink. I even gave the driver a tip even though I was given the wrong drink. WTF???

We ordered food and when the guy knocked on our door he was Om the phone bad mouthing another customer that gave him a 2 dollar tip. Then when I went through the bag I found that the food was not what I ordered. I called the store and asked for a manager. I was rudely told there was no manager and was called a stupid b*tch by the owner. I confirmed our order on the Eat 24 app and I was correct. She said that I ordered a combo which is more expensive and I didn't. Plus the food was not even warm and the drinks were warm. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. THEY ARE RUDE AND DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! NEVER ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN!

Over the course of three yrs at my current location ive probably ordered from here 15 times. Out of those 15 times, twice ive been told they dont deliver to my address (eventho they had delivered here previously and I am only 4 miles away from their store) 7 out of the 15 times they've gotten my order wrong and not even offered to bring the correct food and 12 out of these 15 times they were late. I kept ordering from there because their food is decent and tbh its the first thing that pops up during a google search (so comvenience) but after tonight when I tried to order from them and was told for the 3rd time they dont deliver to me and then rephrased by saying "I know we deliver there before but not tonight, sorry" I am done. You do not pick and choose when and who to deliver to whenever you feel like it and then expect to get repeat customers, especially when you a. Cant put someone on the phones taking orders who is understandable b. Cant get the orders right and c. Are never on time. You lost a loyal customer in me and I will be sure that noone I know will ever order from you again.

Their food is great. Their delivery is fast, too. They get our food here in no time and they are always nice. Nothing is greasy, nothing is undercooked. Love this place. It's perfection.

We have tried EVERY Chinese delivery in our area (Crieve Hall/Harding Place) and it is the absolute best we have found - by far. I'm not a critic, just a normal person. We always order online so we don't have to awkwardly navigate the language barrier.

Their hot and sour soup tastes like plain beef stock, the crab Rangoon was soggy, and the General Tso's chicken was overcooked, dry, and bland. It took them almost 2 hours to deliver from within the same zip code.

I've read the reviews, and as with most places they are ALL OVER THE PLACE. I took the chance and ordered online. Food arrived within 45 minutes, during lunch rush, and was hot and everything I ordered was there. As for overall taste, its Chinese fast food, it tasted fine and the ingredients looks fresh. Meat was plentiful and vegetables firm.

I decided to try China House on a cold day. I didn't feel like going out to get anything, so I looked around for restaurants that would deliver to me. This was one of my only options, so I went with it. It took about an hour to receive my order. The food here is just so-so Chinese food. It is good, but not anything amazing. I spent more here than I spend at the Chinese place I normally frequent and it wasn't near as good. It is an okay place if you don't feel like getting out and just want to have something delivered to your door. Just be warned that it is mediocre!

Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. When it's bad it's really bad. There are times I've ordered chicken and it tastes like rotten fish. I question if the pans are being cleaned after each use. I've since found a new Chinese restaurant.

Well, they tried to kill me tonight. I ordered chicken noodle soup. Normally safe. After eating half of it we found they dropped shrimp in it. I am currently on a high dose of antihistamine and waiting to make sure I don't go into anaphylaxis. Happy Valentine's Day!

Pretty much your average everyday Chinese delivery restaurant. The staff is a little rushed and not very friendly however they work hard and get the job done. The food is descent for the price.

Wonderful food for the price and delivery was prompt. I would totally recommend them. One thing I will say is the attendant came off a little rude.

This is the very best Chinese in Antioch. SUPER fast delivery! SUPER low prices! SUPER delicious! Do not try any others...this is the only Chinese we order, and we order it a couple times a week.

We ordered 2 combo meals, sesame chicken and sweet and sour pork. The sweet and sour pork did not include pineapple or bell pepper, which is odd; it was just fried pork waiting for sauce which was on the side. The egg rolls were an average taste that you might find at just about any chinese restaurant, commercially bought. The delivery was faster than I expected. 2 meals came to 16.50 and I gave the fellow a $20 and called it done. For delivery it's a fine deal, but the meals will not blow you out of your chair... it will just fill you up. There's plenty of food.

We got delivery to Wallace Road. A sesame chicken "combo" and a sweet and sour chicken "combo". The combos came with an egg roll and rice, no drinks. We had to order two diet pepsi bottles. We paid a little over $18 + tip ($3.50) in total. The food was your average Chinese food....except they didn't give us those crunchy things I was craving or napkins. Also, the lady on the phone understood English very well. On a positive note, the portions were great, My boyfriend was full, and I couldn't finish my food. Overall it wasn't horrible by any means, BUT I've had way better Chinese food. If I was visiting the area again I would try one of the amazing looking Mexican joints nearby instead.

I have tried many chinese restaurants in Nashville and I prefer them the best. Fast delivery and the men are super nice. Prices are cheap for the amount of food you get. The best thing about them are their steamed dumplings. THE BEST in Nashville. Their dipping sauce is amazing. Don't get them fried, get them steamed. I also really like their pork chow mein, not lo mein. And above all, I am such a fan of the orange chicken. I have had better fried rice but still, this place is pretty awesome.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly.
