Typically we enjoy a Ruby Tuesday's experience and expected the same at this location. Disappointed. There seemed to be plenty of staff in proportion to the number of patrons, however, none of the tables were bussed. Dirty dishes and plates and crumbs and mess littered at least 10 tables. And nobody seemed motivated to clean it up. The servers also did not bus dishes from meals in progress, so dirty dishes and glasses were accumulating on our table along with those dining in our vicinity. It was very off putting. The food was mediocre. Sub par for a Ruby Tuesday's. This location did not have their game on.

Worst. Service. Ever. Servers were sitting at the end of the bar and occupying booths swearing like bawdy sailors. Our server obviously had somewhere better to b. We were pretty much ignored and someone different for every thing they'd bring. I ordered ranch with my meal and didn't receive it, no biggie. I asked for a it again and never did get it. No refills or anything.

Way too expensive for what you get! The atmosphere is fine, the service is fine, and the place is clean...other than that, not worth it!

We were traveling and usually enjoy Ruby Tuesday's salad bar in Minnesota. At this location the salad bar had many items with almost empty bowls and did not get refilled promptly. I told our waitress the problem and she said let her know which ones and she would personally get more (nice). So I filled up a plate (hey! could we have larger plates please?) with lettuces and veggies. Back at the table I took a forkful of salad and something fell out of it and landed on a tomato. It was A BUG! Gross. I showed the waitress and she apologized and asked if she could bring me something else. Unfortunately I lost my appetite. There also were several flies buzzing around. I asked to speak to the manager. My husband ate his ribs and we waited. After 20 minutes or so I asked the waitress again about the manager. She said 'didn't she come to talk to you?' She again told the manger on duty. My husband finished his dinner and still no manager came. The waitress apologized and took the salad bar off our bill. She said 'this happens all the time' and she is frustrated. The manager's name is Twyla. Our waitress was very nice. Her name is Justine.

Place needs a good cleaning. Floor littered with bunch of debris. Sat down server took drink order (raspberry lemonade, short tap, sprite and 2 waters). Ten minutes later got up from table to check on drink order. Bar tender came in behind bar and told me just getting to our drinks. Server then brought drinks a few moments later and said that bar tender had told her that she was busy and couldn't get to our drink order because bar tender was busy - whole situation leaves you not happy. Either lazy bar tender or she didn't want to make our drink order. Hopefully our food order goes better.

Each time we've gone to this RT the service has been just ok. Not very attentive and they don't seem thrilled to be there. Also, each time we've gone, something about our order has been incorrect. Food is good, not great and I'm really surprised at the salad bar. Not as many toppings as we're used to and doesn't get refilled promptly. Something that surprised me on this visit was my 1 year old dropped his kids menu that he had been drawing on and immediately the manager picked it up, crumbled it and threw it away. Doesn't really send the family restaurant message. We won't be going back to this location.

This is a chain restaurant, and depending on who is working they have a snobby vibe as if it were an upscale 5 star restaurant in NYC or something. It's actually kind of funny. Service was not that great. Typical So Dak level. The salad bar wasn't as fresh as what I'm used to at RT's in bigger cities. I asked about why they didn't have some of the toppings I'm used to (craisins, blue cheese) and the girl looked at me like I was crazy. They also didn't do anything for the birthday we were celebrating, don't come here expecting special treatment on your b-day like in bigger cities. The place was clean though :)

Food was ok, service sucked. Very slow and took forever for a check. Otherwise, it was a chain place like every other one.

Arrived at 9 on a Wed evening. Quiet, about 10 people in the sitting area and 2 people at the bar. I was greeted quickly by a very friendly bartender. She took my drink order and returned to take my food order with nice efficiency. Food arrived in good time. I ordered the steak and shrimp. Steak was slightly over done. I ordered medium rare but it was medium; pink in the middle. Shrimp was good. Wish more than three but meal was 14.99. Decently priced. Service overalls very good, minus a waitress who was trying to explain why she had forgotten to check on a 70 yr. old who was seated at closing the day before. Not needed to be heard. Overall a good experience.

In town for business and staying at the Hampton Inn, which is across the parking lot from Ruby Tuesday. Over the last several years, this chain has improved. This particular location had decent service and a decent beer list (Fat Tire, Brooklyn, Sierra Nevada). The only probelm on my visit, was the fact that they were out of chicken & salmon; therefore, I opted for a steak. Lastly, it's never fun having 2 flies buzzing around, when you're trying to enjoy your dinner. Overall, I'd recommend this place if you're staying in the area. Plus, they have free WiFi.

This place is pretty good, although I suspect if you've eaten at one, you know the drill. Service looked like college kids home for the summer. What they lacked in polish they made up in sincerity. Food was your typical interstate restaurant and you could do worse.

GOOD FOR YOU RUBY TUESDAY! A co-worker and I were looking for somewhere to eat in lovely Mitchell, SD. I thought RT might have some healthy dishes. We perused the menu online and I got really excited by their Fit and Trim menu items which listed all the macronutrients (fiber, carbs, fat, etc). Even though I can't recall going to a RT's in forever, I had this idea it would be of Applebee's / TGIFridays caliber (not good). BUT I am a believer! We sat at the bar and I noticed 4 skinny cocktails on the menu. I opted for the Skinny Mojito. It could have used a little extra muddling but it was delicious! For my meal I order the Fit and Trim petite sirloin. For the sides there were, dare I say, a plethora, of appetizing, vegetable sides including broccoli, sugar snap peas, asparagus, spaghetti squash, zucchini, mashed cauliflower and green beans. I chose the cauliflower and zucc. Wonderful! And it was, like, $11.99. Now, I have to try to find one in Torrance!

The three star rating is based solely on staff friendliness and salad bar. I had sliders which were overcooked almost to the point of charcoal, my partner had chicken parmesan which had red sauce and alfredo terrible idea ruby tuesday. I ordered a glass of shiraz which had a very rough finish and was $8.

I've been to many ruby tuesdays and my recent experiences with them have sorta agreed with the law of diminishing returns. So I went here with some trepidation. HOWEVER I came away with new appreciation for RT. I had the Chesapeake Catch which was fish (tilapia??) with crab on top. Sides were mashed potatoes and mac n cheese. Yum yum yum. $3 blue moon special helped things too. My party also had another seafood dish and the chicken bella; all were quite good. Service was also friendly, though a tad slow in this depot. What can you expect, it was 10pm at night!
