A very nice restaurant with an extremely nice staff. Free WiFi! The food was good. I had a burger which may not look like much, but tasted great. Soup and salat bar looked fresh and good. I tried the broccoli-cheddar soup, which I liked. I really appreciated a cup of coffee and the free wifi to get some work done. Update: came back here for breakfast. Breakfast is my favorite meal in the day and here they know how to do it. Especially my blueberry pancake was really delicious.
Very nice and clean place to eat while driving through. My husband got the rib special and we very satisfied. It was a generous portion size and tasted good. I ordered the blt with a side of fries. It tasted as expected. We received our gfoof quite quickly and the service was nice.
While traveling through on business, i decided to stop through. Staff was friendly, as one would expect. It was a very casual place with a couple of TV's up near the bar. Menu ranges from sandwiches in the $7-$10ish range. BBQ platters are more around the $15 price point. I opted for the chicken parmesan sandwich and waffle fries. For those two items and a drink, it ended up running me about $15 - which seems a tap pricey for small town SD. It's worth a stop if you are hungry, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way next time.
Apparently this is their version of a pulled pork sandwich. Ordered three of these sandwiches for take-out and they went straight to the garbage. Meat was chewy and tough, the buns were stale and the overall appearance was undesireable. Waste of $. Shameful.
