While this ChickFilA is starting to show its wear, the food is still good and it's not as bad as the one at the Sumter. The customer service is typically very prompt and with a smile. I have gotten fries that you could tell they had been up for a bit. But letting them know about them has always gotten me fresh ones. But honestly they should not even serve the old ones in the first place. The chicken is still typically very fresh and hot.

You just can't go wrong with Chick-fil-A. It never fails to disappoint. This location ALWAYS seems to be busy. I've never had any issues getting the wrong order, and the food is always piping hot. The drive thru line is always slow- some days they even have one of their employees taking orders a few cars back from the drive-thru window. Unless you're truly in a hurry, the wait is worth it!

This Chick-Fil-A is amazing!! Fast service and VERY friendly employees!! I was amazed at how friendly they were! I came in my military uniform and they gave me a 20% discount and thanked me for my service. The thank you was very genuine! I usually feel like people say it just to say it but I feel like the employees really meant it!! After we got our food, the manager (I think) came by and was VERY friendly and talked to us as if she knew it. Chick-fil-A is normally a great restaurant but this one..was outstanding!

Chick-fil-A usually wows you with the customer service. This location failed! I was waiting to place an order for 5 minutes behind an off duty employee having a full on conversation with the person behind the register. Okay great you got to see your friend but, please put my order in first so I don't have to wait for you and listen to your conversation at the same time.

Spicy Chicken Cobb Salad with Avocado Lime Ranch dressing and Charred Tomato Bell Peppers *rocks*...as does the super friendly, attentive staff. Service is excellent and the restaurant premises always clean and inviting. Oh, and the lemonade! Still a favorite and still an indulgent treat--especially with tableside refills :)

Husband got a 4 piece nugget. He snarfed it down and stopped whining about missing "real chicken" for a while. It was hot, fresh, delicious for $1.50.

Nothing is more satisfying than an original chicken sandwich deluxe meal with a milkshake. I don't think there is a better tasting fast food milkshake at a chain.

They really deserve 5 stars! This place is awesome, among the best "restaurants" (if you want to call it one) here in Sumter. Their staff is great, they are always so nice and friendly! If they are out of something (like the toys for kids meals) they are very apologetic and immediately try to replace it with something else. Awesome!

Nobody does a chicken sandwich like Chic-fil-A. They use fresh whole chicken breasts and bread/fry them on premises with non-hydrogenated peanut oil. They also have a broiled chicken breast but I think their real specialty is the breaded version. Their nuggets are prepared in the same fashion and just like the sandwich, you can't get them better anywhere else. For a real treat try them with their polynesian sauce! Combos are served with waffle fries, which I believe are also cut on premises from whole taters, but can be substituted for a fresh fruit cup which is also very tastey. They've also got some decent milkshakes. Chic-fil-A is closed nation-wide on Sundays, which ironically seems to be the day I'm usually craving them (I've heard the same thing from others).
