This is one of the most popular places to get coffee in Sumter. they offer brunch, lunch, dinner, and desserts. There's a glass case of pastries, and their quiches are great. If you call ahead, you can also order birthday cakes in a variety of flavors. A few years ago, I ordered the peanut butter one for my mom, and she loved it.

Their food is okay, but a little overpriced. Their coffee drinks are not prepared the way that they are supposed to be, although they taste pretty good (for example just using chocolate syrup for mochas). The quality of their food seems to have gone down since their expansion. The service there always feels rushed and the servers are kind of rude. They don't acknowledge you when you come in if they are busy. A simple "I'll be right with you," would be nice. I really want this place to be awesome because it's a Sumter classic, but I've had about ten bad experiences there in a row. They have really great special occasion cakes, though. And the prices on the cakes are well worth it!
