-great place to get takeout. -the cashier was rude. -inside is cafeteria-like. -delicious food although haven't tried the sushi. -the unsweetened tea is really good.

Seasons is a giant hit with my whole family! While a smidge on the expensive side, you really get great hibachi without having to sit through the whole ordeal, I mean experience, of other traditional hibachi restaurants! I love the shrimp bowl...which I promptly drown in white sauce. *You are allowed one free packet of white sauce per order. Beyond that, you pay. The one packet is quite large though and is always more than enough for one bowl*. My kids love the shrimp and chicken. Chicken has always been in big tender chunks. Portions are large! I get the medium bowl and always have leftovers. The inside of the restaurant is small, but clean. The drive through is okay too, but the visible menu is not exactly the whole menu. Do call ahead or even order online if you have a big order or are in a hurry! They are also doing a reward system now, so you can earn % off and free food!

I like their tofu plate a lot but they gave me good ginger sauce once, now it's the sweet salty watery crap I had previously complained about. It's soy sauce and sugar, or teriyaki sauce? Idk its completely unedible. If the person running this would please try the sauce for themselves and then change it back to real ginger sauce?

What to say here...first what I haven't had, and what I'm not reviewing. The sushi (although it looks pretty decent) and the building itself (the building is not a sight for sore eyes-in the light, it can actually make them hurt more). What I DO like here. The rice bowls. Wow. You can bet if I don't feel like going to a hibachi restaurant, doing the whole "experience", and/or waiting on my food, I'm coming here. The teriyaki chicken and steak (sirloin?), and even the shrimp is all great mixed in with the greasy fried rice and doused with a heavy layer of their white sauce. Sometimes, things are better when you don't see everything, and that's the case here. See you all face-down in a bowl full of rice-I'm out!

I have had both carryout and dine in from here and like the chicken rice bowls the best. However today i walked in just before 2 pm and knew i wanted a chicken bowl. No one in line one guy drinking a soda at a table. And both, employees were texting on their phones. I waited about 10-15 seconds for at least an acknowledgment from one of them. No deal. I walked out and across the parking lot to dragoon something and got sweet/sour chicken and rice

This isn't exact like the higher end hibachi places. But it's fast cheap and they have a drive through.

Sucks big time. Staff is incompetent, rude, and shouldn't work in a service industery. They need to be fired. Will NEVER GO BACK. learn English or go away. Hate to even give it a 1

Good for fast food. The white sauce served in the restaurant is much better than what you get in the to-go packets. Occasional language barrier with staff leads to incorrect order.

I've been going to SOJ for years! My wife introduced me to the chain since we lived in Savannah, GA a couple years back. So glad to find out there is a location a few minutes away from our new residence. Joining their SOJ point program is a MUST! The food is always fresh & service is great. I love that they have a drive thru because I don't have to take my kids out of the car.

Solid place, its cheaper so don't expect anything over the top. But I defiantly go there at least once a month.

If I am feeling like Japanese Hibachi but in a rush and can't go sit-down at a full-service restaurant, this will satisfy the urge. The biggest disappointment I've had here was the recent decision to quit carrying the mustard sauce.

Ate here hoping the food would be good. It wasn't. I got the steak and chicken plate. The meat was cold and dry. The vegetables had a strange flavor. Rice was just ok. Got ginger and teriyaki from the condiments station and strangely, there was no discernible difference between the two. Won't be going back.

Got lost looking for a different place and decided I would settle for Publix sushi but then saw this place and gave it a go. I ordered the spider roll, spicy tuna roll, and a dragon roll. I feel like I waited forever. The girl in back was on her cell phone, then in her damn purse. About 15-20 minutes later I got my sushi. Get back to my office and the spider roll is meh. Definitely have had better but bearable. Then the spicy tuna roll: (°° ) my goodness just..ugh. disgusting. all this freaking sauce all over...just gross. rice wasn't seasoned either. The Dragon Roll: Too much sauce, bland rice, just ugh. Now I know being from Seattle I have a bit of a sushi bias, and was spoiled on being able to get sushi literally ANYWHERE that was of good to great quality but trust me...this place isn't worth it, you might as well just go across the parking lot to Publix. I wish I had.

I must have hit this place at a good time, my food was fine. Wasn't the best Japanese I've had, but def not as bad as the other reviews. I had the seared tuna and fried rice. It tasted fine to me, wasn't anything too fancy, but a good change of pace from the normal.

Places like this give Japanese food a bad name. When you walk in the door, this place screams, "FAST FOOD", but don't be deceived even though you order before you sit down. I was willing to give the place a shot, but customer service wasn't in their repertoire. My cashier sported a serious attitude and spent more time talking to the kitchen help than helping me. I felt like I was being a serious imposition on her time. After ordering a spicy tuna roll, red dragon roll and a medium ice tea, I sat down to wait for my order. I finally received the food SIXTEEN MINUTES after my order was placed... definitely not fast food. I'm not going to waste time reviewing the food. Suffice it to say that I wasn't impressed... especially when it cost $13.
