As others have noted, if you frequent other Starbucks, you will be disappointed by this location. The standards here are far below what I usually experience. I travel to Spartanburg for school, and this location is on my route to campus, but I've grown so tired of the consistently crappy experience that I won't be going back. The first time I came here, I used their restroom and couldn't believe how disgusting it was. The toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, and the floor was filthy. I understand it's hard to keep a public restroom clean (I used to work in fast food), but I was here at 8:30 in the morning. I would be surprised to find out even ten people had used the bathroom before I did that day. The fact is, it hadn't been cleaned the night before. Also, the staff here really likes to take their time. They talk a lot among themselves and with other customers, which is cool, but if you can't talk and work fast at the same time, then don't talk. I count of Starbucks for their quick service, and this location has let me down numerous times. Combine all this with consistently subpar drinks, employees who are not well trained, and a host of other issues, and I think I've made it clear why you'll do better to avoid this "Starbucks."

Ok, I may be a little bit of a starbucks junkie but this one is BLAH! On my way into work for the night, I stopped by the drive through for a drink. I ordered my normal Very Berry Refresher, only to be told they were out. What starbucks runs out? I have never heard of such nonsense! So I ordered the Cool Lime. I then proceeded to wait in line OUTSIDE in my CAR for over 20 mins! There were like 5 cars ahead of me! I have never waited that long in line at a starbucks...maybe if there were 10 cars ahead of me. I was so disappointed with the wait, them not having my drink to the point that I don't know if I would frequent here much. One of my co-workers said that they always make her drink wrong so she never goes there either.. I guess I'll take it as a lesson learned!

I go to Starbucks some mornings when I'm running late to get a quick coffee and breakfast. Usually I order a morning bun, but this morning one hour after opening they were already out. So instead I ordered a pumpkin scone thinking that would be a good replacement. When I got it the Adobe was cold, inside a bag that said "Caution Very Hot." I called immediately to make a complaint, because who wants a cold scone for breakfast that they paid for? And the barista said that they come cold so the icing doesn't melt, but seriously? You can't heat it enough so it doesn't have a chill on it? I mean who the heck wants a cold scone for breakfast?!? Also, they apparently don't follow the consumer code of "the customer is always right" since he went as far to tell me that the scones weren't cold. But clearly mine felt like it had come straight from the refrigerator. I guess I will have to find a new place to stop for coffee and breakfast in the morning because I don't want to come across a problem with my breakfast being cold again.

As far as food options, no fresh fruit, no brown rice salad bowls, no protein boxes available (which are the healthy options I try to stick to), they were out of kind bars, the pastry display was an absolute mess with crumbs everywhere, the floor had crumbs everywhere, and every single table needed to be wiped down. Please give this Starbucks some TLC! Edit: Just a side note..2 people were in front of me in line when I arrived. After ordering my drink, I had time to write this review and then waited an additional 8 minutes...I almost forgot I had even ordered it!!! There are now (I counted..) 17 people in line/waiting for drinks at 3:30 on a Saturday. What a joke.

Service isnt up to Starbucks standards. Lady handing out coffees palms the top of the cup which means direct contact with the lid where I put my mouth...ewww! Garbage full at the creamer station. C'mon guys!

Worst sbucks ever! My mom:" can I have (insert name of any Starbucks food item)?" Employee:" we don't have that." So we go through almost every food item and get to sausage biscuit thing. Employee:"oh I just found one." Where the hell were you keeping it!? A half hour to get through the drive through, barely warm sandwich thing and out of coffee cup sleeves. Booo North Pine street Starbucks! A monkey could provide better customer service.

I stopped by this Starbucks for a quick afternoon jolt and had an overall pleasant experience. Since Fall is upon us, I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte to get in the spirit. Oh how I have missed this seasonal favorite. Mine came out toasty warm with just enough spice and foam. All of the employees were friendly & worked quickly, which was appreciated given the rush of people that had stopped by. Since most of the seats inside were taken, I decided to take my beverage outside to enjoy the cool breeze. The table & chair setups outside are a bit strange because they are scattered around the front and side of the building rather than being in one patio area. Still, it was nice to sit back & watch the traffic go by. This location is right off a main road and also has a drive thru in case you don't have time to run inside. I'll definitely be back by this shop if I ever need a quick pick-me-up that only caffeine can provide!
