great food, great atmosphere!!!!polite staff. the only issue is , it is so popular, you better make a reservation, or you will be waiting 1-2 hours for seating!!!!!! other than that you will enjoy yourself!!!!!!

I was there less than a month ago and went through the curb-side service. The staff was courteous. I did have to wait a few minutes longer because I was early picking it up. Food was great. My daughter and I will be back soon

portions sizes are not worth the money but the food is excellent. Usually 45 min -1.5 hr wait. dark inside.

I really like their Blomin' Onion and Ahi Tuna Appetizers. I don't really think of tuna as something that I like, but I tried this and have gone back several times to get it again. You don't get a ton of tuna, but what you do get is tasty. I usually order the Ribeye over the wood fired grill. I have found that if you oder it cooked medium it comes out great. Sometimes when I order it Medium Well it can be a bit overcooked.

Ok yes it is a chain restaurant but I don't think it deserves a one star rating based on that fact. The food is usually good and with the new wood fired grill the steaks are very tasty, and the baked potatoes are always good. The staff is friendly and attentive.

What is up with this place? Why is it that people flock to it like moths to a flame? Why do people hand out Outback gift cards like they are rewards? There is always a crowd waiting outside of every Outback I have ever had to eat at. What, specifically, is the draw? The food is OK for a chain theme steakhouse but it is nothing special. Same for the atmosphere. No, actually the atmosphere is horrible as with most chain steakhouses. No personality what-so-ever. OK, it is clean at least. The wait staff is either friendly or not depending on the individual. The service is relatively quick. Blah, blah, blah.

If you've got nothing to do but wait in line then go to this place. Food is decent but not worth waiting an hour for.

I haven't been to an Outback Steakhouse in years... but I decided to come back and try it... and I have to say, this location took me to the land down under, with good service and the waitress Courtney. I absolutely love the bloomin' onions. I can't mention about Outback unless it has to do with bloomin' onions. :P And while here on a Sunday (the date I wrote this review), it was not horribly packed and we did not have to wait for our tables. Sunday really was the perfect time to come, because they have a "3-course meal" deal on Sundays and Wednesdays; where you can get an entree and a dessert--all for a reasonable price. So I went for the Parmesan-herb crusted chicken with fries and a "blue cheese salad". The chicken was delicious, and it was as described. As for the fries, they were like typical dine-in fries. But I didn't like the blue cheese salad that much. The blue cheese was just overpowering to my taste buds. For my dessert, I had a small Oreo parfait. This was a good little dessert with Oreo crumbs and chocolate cake. Nothing much to brag about, but it was tasty. Outback Steakhouse is what you should call "a lot of food for a decent price". It's an Australian tradition that puts me to deep sleep.

Service is good but slow at times. I really don't know what the fuss is over this establishment. The porterhouse cooked classically was over seasoned to the point that it was a salt lick.

I wish I could give a lower rating... We made the mistake of trying this place again. Bad idea all together... When we sat down, the visit started poorly. I asked for a pomegranate ice tea and he gave me a regular tea. That's fine I suppose, just make me another one. He grabbed my glass, took it to the bar, had a few squirts of flavoring added and never mixed it. The flavor settled to the bottom and it was extremely sour. We had to ask for extra ice because obviously even though he saw that we barely had any, he didn't care. He along with another waitress decided that talking to the people behind my husband was way more important than the customers and their experience. They talked trash and cut up for the longest time. Those people didn't leave until about 3 minutes before we did which is pitiful, really. Our waiter couldn't understand our orders and mine had to be remade because of the tomatoes that were on the plate. I specifically said no tomatoes and warned him ahead of time about my allergy. He got it remade but my side still wasn't right. He then brought the toppings for my side so I could do it myself. That's fine. It's better that I do things by myself obviously. The tacos that I ordered had two small pieces of lobster on them. That's it. I paid $16 for some dry tacos with hardly anything in them and some wallpaper paste mashed potatoes. I won't be back here. Especially if the waiters think that mumbling is a form of communication and don't care enough to listen to what people want. Reordering mashed potatoes 3 times is uncalled for. You guys can have this joint.

This is probably one of the worst Outback Steakhouse restaurants in South Carolina. The last time I ate here, I ordered a burger cooked "Medium-well," but was given a piece of meat that was burnt on the outside, and raw inside. Completely unacceptable for a burger costing $10+ in my opinion. The bun was also burnt. The only redeeming quality of this restaurant is that they make a really good Blooming Onion appetizer, but it is hardly worth the visit just for an appetizer. They should take a page from the Outback in Gaffney, SC, as they provide both good service and good quality food.

I have been traveling to Spartanburg on business since 1989; Somewhere along the line I made this one of my two regular stops, because of consistent good service and good food OK, it a chain, but i don't go to the one near me back home after many bad service experience; that doesn't mean it bad -- THIS one is good Went here with two co-workers tonight: I had 12 oz prime rib with salad and sweet potato; the prime rib probably was 16 oz, but VERY good; they used to have a creamy horseradish, but tonight it was plain horseradish. Service mediocre tonight but usually has been very good; We ordered the famous blooming onion - tastes great, but it not healthy, ok you all know i want healthy food, just give in way too often,
