This place isn't that bad. The line can fool you. I've been here with a group of people and didn't have to wait as long as I expected to get a seat. The steaks are ok. I can make better at home but I have a higher opinion of my cooking skills than most people probably would. For a steak house it's alright and probably one of the best since there aren't that many anymore and they are all kind of different anyway. If you're with someone a couple of people and you want a steak. The best thing to do is buy some steaks and grill them up at home for you and your friends. It would be a lot cheaper and you can control the quality of the steak a lot more than the rushed cooks in this type of restaurant. But if you don't feel like cooking it isn't that bad.

I'm not sure what's going on with this place. When they first opened, the food was great. It came out hot and fresh and the waitstaff was amazing. The last few times we visited, the food has been extremely salty and even the salads had brown lettuce in them. Whenever there is a problem, no one actually fixes the problem. They give you a look and occasionally hand out a few discount offers for your troubles. That's not how good businesses operate.

I am generally not a fan of big chain places like Longhorn, but while I was in town on business, one of my co-workers wanted to come here for dinner. So, I went along figuring I could find a fish or fowl dish that would be suitable. We ended up sitting at the bar, and I think that was a major mistake because the bartender was working the entire bar by herself and service was pretty slow as a result. I ended up getting Napa Grilled Chicken (chicken topped with artichoke hearts, portabella mushrooms, roasted tomatoes and a white wine herb sauce - $12.99) along with a basic salad and baked potato. The food tasted ok while I was eating it, but after I finished dinner and went back to my hotel, I felt yucky. I am not sure if it was something in the seasoning or dressing that I may have had a sensitivity or allergy to, but I definitely did not feel good after eating there. Next time one of my co-workers suggests that we go to LongHorn, I will search out another option.

Better than most chain steakhouses, but a chain nonetheless...But I have a rediculos craving for steak today and the ribeye here is always good.

Food was good. Wish there were more seafood options, but I enjoyed the trout just fine. Chocolate dessert was ridiculously huge. Bar seats were first come and we avoided the wait on the weekend.

Absolutely PERFECT dining experience. Best steak ever. I had a ribeye with veggies. Service was prompt and the manager was friendly an attentive. I was surprised when the wait was so short and it was clearly busy. I will DEFINITELY return. :)

We eat here fairly often, and it is usually always good. No, its not fine dining, but you can usually always count on getting a good steak at a decent price. Last night was not the case. We stopped in a little later than usual after leaving an event at The Chapman Center, and arrived about 10 pm. Not many people were there, and the staff were preparing for closing @ 11. Only 1 hour left to serve food isn't an excuse for bad food quality or preparation. My wife had her usual favorite Spinach Feta Chicken, and I ordered med rare Renegade Sirloin & Redrock Grilled Shrimp. When our food arrived, my 'loaded' baked potato was not loaded with anything, so it was sent back and came back a few minutes later properly prepared, but by now the shrimp were cold, overcooked and rubbery, and the rice must have been the last serving of the night that had sat out for a bit because it was dry, tough, and chewy. My steak was cold and oozing in the center, not medium rare. The wife's chicken was so overcooked, the outside 1/8 inch was basically like jerky and inedible. We were so hungry, we ate what we could of the meal so we wouldn't have to send it back again, or cook when we got home. Now for the good part of the evening. When the waiter brought the check and asked about the meal, I was truthful, and told him this is not the service we usually get when we come here (he actually remembered us from previous visits). He promptly went and got the manager, Shannon, and we showed her the food we received, and she immediately agreed that it was sub-par and should not have been served to us. She sincerely apologized, and made the extra effort to make things right by comping the whole meal, and asking us to please give them another chance to make it right. This is what customer service should be, and Shannon, we truly thank you. Your extra effort is the one thing that will make us return to Longhorn again. And if your superiors happen to read this, I want them to know what a great employee they have in you. We will be back. 2 extra stars just for customer service and caring about the customers experience, something you don't see much anymore.

Another time another #fail 14 min appetizer. Steak over cooked Friendly staff but no clue how to put the entire experience together. Way to go #longhorn thanks for making my day longer.

Came in at 3 o' clock for the three-course special that is advertised. Was told that they would not honor the special until after 4 o'clock. Getting pretty damn tired of restaurants changing the rules on how they operate. Will not be back to this location again. Ended up ordering something I wasn't really interested in, so the total experience for me was not a very good one. I should've left when I felt the urging to do so.

Absolutely the worst Longhorn Steakhouse location we've ever dined at. We arrived for dinner and although the place was half full at best, the hostess told us there limited seating available. After being seated, we waited 15 mins. before the first staff member stopped at our table to ask if we had been helped. After another 10 mins., a waiter finally stopped to take our order. When our order finally arrived another 15 mins. later, it was incorrect. We were very displeased with the service overall and will not dine at the location ever again.

Service at the bar was terrible! I understand if the bar had been busy, but it wasn't! The bartender was complaining about getting bad tips- well, maybe she should learn how to be a real bartender!
