The food is always consistent & delicious. It does take a bit to get your food but well worth the wait. Blows other sub places out of the water. It's my go to place for my meatball sub cravings.

Firehouse Subs, in the two times I was here, the food was consistent, and the clientele was about as random as it gets. Pros: + The subs have a good variety, but it's tough to get past the brisket. While the other subs are good, including the New York Steamer, it's just that the Brisket is so darn tasty. While a lot of it is the BBQ sauce and meat, that little hint of cheddar. + The bread is soft, and has a nice taste to it. + The coke machine, who doesn't love a random variety of tons of sodas. + The staff is friendly and helpful + The restaurant is clean, kid friendly, and will give kids helmets + When they say double meat, they mean double meat.... + Drive through! Cons: - There are issues with large orders, and they seem to have a little trouble keeping up. It's not serious, but is can have an impact. - They definitely don't feel healthy - The subs are made to order, so be prepared to wait. - The ingredients aren't top of the line, but they are solid. Overall, Firehouse Subs is a pretty enjoyable experience. For a full flavor sub, Firehouse is a safe bet. For healthy, try a subway. For an amazing soda machine, and a reasonably priced meal, get to this Firehouse. [Heading towards 3 stars, but still a nice solid 4, I'd absolutely go back for a quick sub.]

Stopped here for a quick lunch while on an out-of-town work assignment and was just hoping for an alternative to Subway and the usual chains you can find everywhere. The subs are made with toasty fresh bread, more slices of meat and tastier cold cuts than Subway would give you and a very nice selection of chips. The Club (#6 I think) was definitely a winner and if I was staying in town longer I would have come back here to try something different.
