Amazing food and service! The manager John Mackey went out of his way to help me. Best Panera I've been to yet!

Panera, while a chain, has really fresh sandwiches and salads. Their freshly bake breads and pastries are delicious. You pay a little more for the freshness but IMHO, it's worth it. I eat here about once a week because of the freshness as well as the healthy alternatives (like an apple rather than chips) available. Of course that's offset by the $0.99 add on pastry I normally take home that generally lasts for 2 breakfasts. That also have seasonal items which is a nice change to the standard menu items. I have tried their order ahead and pick up from the app yet but plan on trying it soon. They also offer free WIFI in the location I frequent.

Wow! Enter a Panera Bread on a Sunday for lunch and you'll find yourself amidst a crowd of hungry Baptist! Including myself. The lines can be somewhat long but they tend to move quickly. Tables are sometimes dirty as they turn over quicker than they can be bused. Especially on the weekend. Overall, you can get a good sandwich, salad and/or soup at a reasonable price. The sweets are fresh and tasty. They change the selection often but I haven't had one that I don't like! Overall the experience is usually good. Customer service is a hit or miss as the younger crowd are still in the grooming stages but nothing that is extremely bad. Chicken and wild rice soup is my favorite! In a bread bowl for extra yumminess!

Yummmy delicious fuji apple salad! I also enjoyed the chicken and wild rice soup. Panera is my favorite salad restaurant! However, the young man behind the counter, Zachery, obviously does NOT enjoy his job. Very sour attitude.

For a healthy lunch, I love the asian sesame chicken salad at Panera Bread. The salad dressing is great and the seasoning of the chicken is perfect! Everything always tastes fresh. Good to have a Panera card for discounts and freebies.

Great food, good service, fast. The soup in a bread bowl is always a winner. The tables can be somewhat dirty as the staff has little time to wipe them off as so many customers come in.

Based on food alone, 4 stars, easily! Based on service, 3 stars. Its not that they were rude or anything, but it was kinda like talking to a robot. No smiles or anything, a little weird if you ask me. The girl said "Hi, what do you want." But the food was really good, I keep hearing my friends talk about it and now I know why. The salads are fresh and crispy and the sandwiches are pretty good. Plus, their bread rocks!!!

Hated it. Sanitation is poor. Bad enough that line staff wear beards, but when they scratch them (while wearing plastic gloves ????) over food preperation areas or even better ... wipe the back of their gloved hands on their nose, that's it! Floors behind the line were covered in crumbs, discarded plastic gloves laying on the floor by trash cans. Sandwich making counters not wiped; residual material everywhere. Sandwich not made as requested. Soup was ho-hum. This place gets a premium price for what they sell but fail to deliver on a number of fronts. Cuddos to the cashier .. she was perky and enthusiastic. When I called the District Manager, he apologized for the experience but my feeling from the conversation was he was less than happy at taking my call. Look folks ---- times are economically tough. Take your business to someone that appreciates your patronage. I won't be going back to any Panera as I 've found other establishments work to earn their customer's business. And for Heaven's sake Panera ... have your guys lose the beards. They're nasty in a food service environment. Why require people to wear hats but allow the beards to hang; with pieces of facial hair falling in/around food? It's unavoidable and it's filthy !! And my qualifications to comment? I served twenty years in the restaurant business to GM level. I know how operations should be run .. and this isn't it.
