This restaurant was awful. I walked in with my family and the hostess was talking to some boy instead of seating us. We waited 5 minutes for her to finish talking and seat us but she was so worried about that boy that she didn't even ask for the number of guests in our party. We got to a table and it was dirty with crumbs so we asked if we could move and she said yeah go sit on the porch. She did not direct us to the porch or anything we had to do it ourselves. Then we waited 10 minutes for a waiter or waitress. Nobody ever came and so we checked out the buffet ourselves. Food was spilling from one bucket to the other. It looked like it had not been cleaned for days. We decided to leave and then on our way out we told a man that was cooking on the grill that this restaurant will lose customers because of this awful service displayed by the hostess, he said he knows but he cannot say anything BECAUSE SHE IS HIS BOSS. This restaurant had horrible service, I loves shoneys but this should not be called shoneys because it is a disgrace to all shoneys.
