Every now and then I crave a huge hopefully GREAT... steak... this place always fits the bill...its loud...fast...casual...and so affordable...you get a great steak... I usually get the largest steak i can...med rare...rib eye...new york...or porter house always make me grin...nice green salad...fresh steamed veggies... I..... had the largest rib eye...cook perfect...cut like butter...all was basic...fresh... My hubby had a large NY...it filled our craving...and we agreed it satisfied our need... Also added bonus... the snack peanuts in the shell...i'm a peanutholic...bad...only thing in our high humidity they get soggy fast... Our service was fast...friendly...and for a chain...it is consistent...sides can be small...i always order double veggies...
Food was awesome! Service was a bit slow. Loved the rolls, potato skins. My steak was cooked to perfection!!!!!
Pretty good food. I get the chicken critters with fries and a salad. Love their ranch and of course their rolls! Everytime I've came i have had to wait 15-20 minutes but it's worth it. Nice staff, good food and reasonable prices!

As a native Philadelphian, I've always been a huge fan of Rita's. Since there aren't any in Augusta, I took the opportunity to take the family, while on a weekend trip. We had custard, cherry water (Italian) ice and a blendi...all fantastic and the young lady behind the counter was very pleasant & professional. Please bring a Rita's to Evans, GA.
Would not accept email coupon because not printed, ridiculous, poor customer service. So much for my 4 year customer appreciation anniversary.
Sometimes I walk outside in SC and Idk if I'm in Southeast USA or the Saharah Africa. That being said, I think we all can appreciate ice of any kind during the summer in this area. Anyways, I'm not a sweets person, but I was sweating bullets. So, I got a small cup of mango and pear ice. It was really good. Take that with a grain of salt since I was about to pass out anyway and any hydration would've been really good. But seriously, the mango is most popular and I see why. Its delicious. I liked pear because it had a nice light flavor. I docked a star because those are the cheapest cups ever. I've been here 3 times and my cup has given out on me twice. I still recommend this place for a non-dairy frozen treat at a decent price and nice service.

Hubby and I came for dinner... Fun atmosphere and music. It's a clean restaurant. The menu and service is similar to steak and shake (burgers and shakes/ sit down or take out/drive through). I ordered BLT and salad and husband ordered the chicken cordon blue sandwich with gravy fries. BLT was very good a lot of bacon and served on Texas toast. The gravy fries were tasty and the salad was decent (small). Drinks were served in styrofoam cups. Overall good fast food.
I was pretty excited for a place like this to open so close to home! We went there for a late lunch yeaterday there werent many people there. Only two other groups of 3 arleady seated and ordered yet took a while to get our orders placed. Apparently out of the 7 employees working only one was able to take our order which was very odd to me. There was 3 cooks and 3 other girls behind the counter. Idk why we had to wait for the one lady who seeemed to be running around like a chicken with her head cut off. Also this place is not good for groups...we only had our family which is 6 and there was nowhere to comfortably sit. We ended up sitting at the bar right in front of kitchen which was tough with 4 little kids. The staff was all really sweet and waitress was great once she finally got to us. Im hoping from a service standpoint they get it together and get better since theyre still new. The food was really good. I had a philly which was very flavorful and extremely tender and moist! Probably the best philly ive had outside of Philly! Hubby had the bacon cheese with mushrooms and onions I tired his and was good. The fries and onion rings were great and really good portion sizes. Will definitely try again and if theyve gotten more organized will return to give 5 stars. Wont go back with kids though due to seating.
Nice atmosphere. Good for a quick meal. Clean and service was quick. Great location with plenty of parking.

The potato soup was the best I ever tasted and I used to think Fatz had the best potato soup, think this one has them beat...different places seem to make it too cheesy so that it gets too stringy lifting the spoon..they didn't put too much cheese and just enough bacon bits and green onion to achieve just the right flavor. It was just the right texture, not too creamy . Love their bread, cesar salad with shrimp had nice green fresh romaine lettuce and I counted at least 6 shrimps, not like 3 or 4 you get at some places. Waiter was excellent , don't know what his name was, tall, slender white guy with a beard. Only been here twice..may need to come back more often. I guess I just always associated the name Outback with beef/steaks and I don't eat red meat anymore. There is actually a variety of decently priced entrees on the menu.
This place is a great location for me, so it's an easy stop for dinner! Repeatedly, I've had great service, and great food. If there's ever been a problem, our server has addressed it, and I've never had a server I didn't like there. The only reason I wouldn't give this location a 5 star rating is because of a host I've encountered 2 or 3 times who is one of the most rude people I've ever met. Some Hollister-shirt clad boy with an attitude shouldn't be welcoming guests if you ask me. The last time we stopped in, we were told there was a problem with the little buzzer things for seating, and our wait would be ~15 minutes. After 40 minutes passed and we still had not been buzzed or called, as we were standing right next to the host stand, I just asked him if we were still on the list. He said to me "Yeah we buzzed you and you never came so I just put you as a no-show and called the next person." As if I hadn't been standing next to him for the past 40 minutes. Whatever. He looked 16 so I'm sure he hasn't learned about his manners yet.
We went here for lunch on Saturday because we were in North Charleston getting a tire fixed. It wasn't our first lunch choice, but it was convenient to the tire shop so we walked over. They were renovating but still pretty busy. Our servers were nice and attentive, bringing us bread when we wanted it, extra dressings, etc. The food was typical Outback, but we didn't have any problems with it. Everything came out very timely as well, without much waiting between the appetizers/salad/main courses, but not so quickly to where all the courses end up at the table at the same time :). We went here for the Yelp Elite event a few months ago and this was our first trip to Outback since, but we still thought it was great.

Having used to work at Carrabba's in Florida it's still my fall back. I travel a lot for work so I know I can always rely on Carrabba's for a great meal! Seafood, steak, pasta, or pizza it's all great. The service as always was great and speedy. Very friendly servers and food timed perfectly. The only reason I'm not giving the 5th star is the sauce was pretty watery on my cavatapi martino. It's a tomato cream sauce which is usually really nice and thick and a little on the chunky side. Having it thinner made it a little more bland than it should be. Other than that, great as always!
I eat here often when I am in North Charleston for business. The food is very good. Tea is weak like water. Service is hit or miss. Tonight, nice waitress but barely good service. The wait people were huddled around bar area talking about GPAs and other stuff that had nothing to do with getting service done for their patrons. The Chicken Ryan was as god as usual and the sauce is very good or the pasta. I love the crispy bread. My waitress let my tea get very low as in empty and then waited on another table prior to getting my refill which is always irritating. Having traveled for 24 years with work, I sure could train wait staff how to get good tips.
The service here was great, but the food left us wishing we ate elsewhere. The only items that were really great were the bread, tomato soup, and green beans. Everything else was either not cooked properly, ingredients didn't taste fresh, or something felt like it was missing in general.
