The prices are high the service is slow our food was terrible, my steak and shrimp skewers were cold, the rice was slighlty warm the vegys were the only thing hot. The chicken looked like it was boiled then thrown on the plate. The only saving grace was when I complained to the waitress she had a manager come out and he didn;t charge for my meal. This is the third time we have been in and won't be back. My advise stear clear of this place!

Don't eat here. Their food is way more expensive than their competitors, and is not as good. Their signature deep dish pizza is blah....and overpriced. I doubt I'll ever return.

Great menu with lots of options. Oh yea, the pizza is good too.

If you like Uno's (and I do!) this is a good location. We usually hang out in the bar area where there are often regulars and the service has been very good in my experience. If you don't know if you like Uno's you probably do. I mean it's deep dish pizza so it's like a billion calories, but delicious and worth it.

Definitely declined over the past year or so. Service is ok, but food quality is mediocre at best, especially for the prices.

Well, we got tired of all the other Pizza places and decided to give Uno's another chance since our last review. We told our neighbors that each time we got there the pizza's not hot enough and were told by management to have them cook it 1 1/2 times the normal cooking time (as I said in my last review). Nothing's changed. All is still the same - we ordered the Uno Pizza with mushrooms, onions, pepperoni. Sausage on half. Told them to cook it 1 1/2 times the normal length. The pizza still could be warmer! But I must say, the flavor of the cheese and the sauce is still great. We took it home and reheated the leftovers in the toaster oven for lunch the following day. It's even better than what it was at the restaurant. So, I'm upping my review to 4 stars with the *asterisk that you need to have them cook it longer to get it hotter. Can't beat the taste.

Let me start this off by saying I've been to the original Uno in Chicago. We came in here on a Sunday with pretty limited expectations and ended up really enjoyed our meal. The service was excellent and our food was good. As for the deep dish, it actually wasn't too far off from what you would get in Chicago at the original Uno. My favorite deep dish will always remain Lou Minaldi's but they're all very close. The bar looked really cool too and will return in the fall for some football watching. Definitely will return on occasion!

A basic pizza and food place. Our server Hannah was great and helpful. Unfortunately, the kitchen made a mistake with my dish, but Hannah acknowledged the mistake and the general manager went above and beyond with the mistake. I will certainly come back because good service is hard to find.

Pros: Food excellent! Service great! Atmosphere very well done! Host great! Really liked lunch specials too! Only cons to this place are tables and menus not the cleanest and the toilets fling water out of them when you flush... Pretty badly and pretty gross....

I was pleasantly surprised at how great this place was. I had never been before and decided to check it out. I knew it was a chain and even the decor had me expecting OK food and service that would be on par with places like Applebee's or Chili's. I was wrong! The service was outstanding, our waiter was pleasant and friendly, had real suggestions and opinions about the menu items, and was extremely attentive. The food was way better than I expected too. I got a veggie burger and fries while my bf had a regular burger. His was juicy and cooked perfectly and mine was flavorful and not rubbery at all.The buns were also something to rave about, they were obviously fresh, toasted and soft. The manager come by our table to check in and he did it with everyone else we saw in there. It makes such a difference to see an active, participating management in a restaurant, unfortunately that is somewhat of a rarity these days. They surpassed my expectations and set themselves apart from other chain-like restaurants in my mind.

This restaurant is okay. Our server seemed confused and new. The fries were cold. They ended up bringing us another batch of fries. That was better. Refills came a little late. But at least the server asked that time. I didn't understand why he wouldn't give me my honey mustard. He explained but it was a odd reason. He seemed stressed. The server was still nice. At the end he asked if the sandwich was good. It was. The wifi started working mid meal. Over all, we can try this again but this experience wasn't the best.

We had a great experience there. We order their double deep dish takeout special. Everything went well. The order was ready at exactly the time they said to be. the People at the pickup window warmly greeted me and checkout was speedy. The pizzas were warm and crisp when we opened the boxes at home. My son liked the Italiano very much. We enjoyed Chicken/spinach.

He said: It's Uno. Place smelled a bit weird that visit. Fun-doo was ok, not brilliant. I enjoyed the pizza, but it's a big greasy pizza, how hard is it to make that tasty? She said: The food was good. The service was excellent! Our waiter recommended the Shrimp and Crab Fun-Doo appetizer. It was good, but I wasn't crazy about it.

Dear Mr. Uno, Tonight after church we stopped by your place in Lexington. I doubt we will be back. You were fairly busy and our party of four was offered immediate seating in the bar or a wait in the dining room. We chose a booth in the bar. As soon as we sat down, we heard a loud, drunk man bellowing to two young women at the end of the bar. The waitress told us "he is not going to quiet down either" like this is common practice. I have eaten in dive bars that were quieter. This continued the entire 20 minutes we were there. Yep, twenty minutes. We ordered the grilled cheese sticks. Not at all what we expected. Grilled cheese sticks is half a grilled cheese sandwich cut into 4 pieces. For $5. Five dollars for half a grilled cheese sandwich. We also ordered spicy queso with chips. The server brought us a platter of broken chip pieces and congealed cheese dip. It looked like the people 2 tables over sent us over their left over appetizer. The manager delivered our pizza immediately after we received the queso and took it away at our suggestion to bring us a fresh one. The fresh one was only better because there were actual tortilla chips instead of crumbs. The cheese was greasy, clumpy, not at all appetizing. But at least the second dish had a spoon to break up the clumps. The thin crust pizza is comparable to a Totinos frozen pizza, no flavor, nasty pepperoni.... 11.99 is too much for this pie. We ordered drinks which did not come out until we were nearly finished with our pizza... which we were hurrying, because Loud Guy was still shouting across the bar... but still, the bar was slow, with two bartenders. $40 later, we are wiser. Never Again. Overall, My Uno, you've let me down. I have fond memories of Chicago and the food. This is an insult to Chi-Town, Colleen

The service is usually okay. Food quality is always a gamble, especially if you like a medium rare steak/burger, as it always comes out well done. I never sent it back, in fear of someone spitting in the food. Random, but every time I'm here, there is a screaming child with ignorant parents, or a child that is in dire need of a diaper change, if not both. I had a few beers on tap, and they all tasted like they've sat too long. I wouldn't recommend the bar to anyone. If you're looking to get a decent (Well-done) burger, I'd recommend them, but other than that, I'd suggest a different place.

I've always LOVED unos.. So this review is in hopes for them to get it together rather than for them to lose business. Last time we went I got the grilled cheese.. I don't mind butter and grease but it was just too much. Tonight I got my favorite- pizza skins. We ordered to go. My husband got an artisan margarita pizza. When my husband got off the phone from placing the order he said he was told he could've gotten another pizza for $1. I said that's a great deal he should've done it.. So he called back to do so. The total was an extra $10. He said it should only be an extra dollar and was told to hold. After waiting for several minutes a manager picked up and said the first girl explained the promotion wrong and artisan pizzas are exempt. Strike 1. My husband came home with our food and my pizza skins were missing the sour cream. Strike 2. He went back out to get it (we don't have any in the house) so while I waited I took a bite of his pizza.. Cold. We live 2 minutes from unos so it certainly shouldn't have cooled that much in the short drive. I've brought home pizza hut (10 min away) and it was still hot. Strike 3. Get it together, unos.

I'm from Chicagoland originally and was excited to see this place. I wasn't very impressed with the service, but the deep dish pizza was pretty good. Not the best, but I didn't find the complaints that a lot of other guests mentioned on here.

An A-O-KAY place! This is a nice cozy place, not too busy during the week. Service was pretty fast! The food is good, we ordered a Chicago style deep dish pizza. The crust is very rich- more like a crispy, buttery croissant! Good stuff- Very filling! Also ordered some sliders- they come with spicy cheddar cheese- pretty good stuff. Also got a chicken dish- A rolled chicken breast filled with mozzarella, feta, broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, garlic and basil- very tasty! They offer the regular selection of beer, nothing too extraordinary- also a full bar.. Overall..A nice place, not bad for a chain restaurant. If you go-go early during happy hour, it'll save ya a few buckaroos- the only downfall of the place is it's a tad bit pricey, but not too terribly bad :)

We enjoy Uno. Food is fairly typical for casual fair but good. Service is excellent. I made a remark to my husband regarding our waitress which was not meant to be critical of her personally, but taken out of context, might have appeared to be. The owner(?) checked back with us twice to make sure everything was OK because the remark apparently was overheard. I appreciated that, though it was rather awkward because I couldn't really ask him if he was checking back with us because of something he heard while eavesdropping.

Terrible! Our server was Horrible!! Got our drink order and food, dropped them both off and he didn't bother to come back. He was having too much fun up front sitting down talking with the hostess. Food was not good either! The broccoli fettuccine was way under cooked, and no flavor! The Chicken Milanese was do dry! The salad on top was just old. The whole dish tasted like it was made 2 days ago! We spoke with the owner who was very friendly, offered us a free dessert. But we couldn't wait to get out of there! No plans to ever return!

Lived in Chicago so a little biased because started eating at Uno on Wabash at a young age. Love good deep dish and one of the few places I can get it. Is it the best no, but it's a chain and it gets close. Never had a problem with service. So it fits the bill for me until I can get back to the Mid West. The best Deep dish anywhere is Bills Mundelein, IL.

We went to an Uno in Florida and it was very delicious. When this Uno opened in Lexington, we were so excited... but that only leads to huge disappointment. We went there for lunch - pizza and soup. Both were disgusting. The pizza looked like it was frozen for some time and then reheated using microwave. It was even moist underneath. The soup was too salty. The atmosphere of the restaurant was okay. The server was also friendly even though he knew that the quality of their food wasn't good. He even offered us another soup. We probably would not go back to this same Uno in Lexington.
