My family and I stopped here tonight for frozen yogurt. My husband had to use the restroom, and as I waited, I realized this store was very dirty. The floor had stuff spilled all over it, the yogurt dispensers had old drips on it and had possibly not been wiped down all day. As I looked around, grimy was the word that came to mind. My husband came out of the restroom and commented about how dirty it was, that there was no soap in the soap container, that the towel dispenser did not work (making it impossible to adequately wash and dry your hands). Additionally, fruit and all were stored out in the open outside of the bathrooms. Needless to say, we did not eat yogurt here. We left as soon as he was done using the restroom and went to another frozen yogurt store a few blocks away. Not sure if this was an off day but not ever going back to find out.

I love this place! My favorite yogurt is red velvet. I mixed it with cream cheese, and YUM! The toppings were great. I had kiwi, almonds, blue berries and strawberries. The staff was really friendly. I'm definitely going back!

The yogurt was fine and the service was okay. The problem I had was that the restroom smelled like a restroom at a truckstop! The stench of urine was so strong that afterwards, I could barely eat my yogurt. If a food business cannot keep it's one public restroom clean, it makes me question the cleanliness of the back where the yogurt is dispensed/made/handled. There are many yogurt stores in this area, so I probably will not return to this location.

Warning: Do not go to this location: dirty, filthy, disgusting. This used to be a great place for yogurt. Don't know what happened but it is disgusting now. We stopped in the other day (hadn't been there for awhile) and the place was filthy. I mean really filthy! Floor looked like it hadn't been clean in weeks, the yogurt toppings were either almost empty with a few old, dried up pieces and dirty. Where the syrups are, there were smears and stuff running down the bottles and the counter. The best part? The employee behind the cash register was busy playing on his phone or something and just sitting there. Really? You can't see that this should be wiped up? Or those toppings need to be refreshed or thrown out? Where is the management? Guessing they must not care either - you can't step into this place and not turn around and run. Really, really bad.

Highly disappointed in this place. Yogohut on harbison is so much better with lots more to chose from. The employee wasn't even in the store he had walked down to another store. We waited 5 minutes. Do not go
