Stopped into Kotas Your Way today because I saw it when I was getting gas. The staff was very friendly and helpful and answered all questions I had about the menu. I'm a big fan of local sandwich shops, and Kotas does not disappoint. I ordered "The Preston" which was shredded chicken, bacon, pepperjack cheese, and spicy ranch in a tortilla wrap. It was delicious! My side was the potato salad, which is a bright yellow mustard-based potato salad with lots of relish. Not a fan of this because I prefer a mayo-based potato salad, but that's just my personal preference. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu items they offer. I recommend stopping by if you're in the mood for a sandwich that isn't from a chain restaurant.
